Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

The drawback is with the obscene expense from the Water Restoration section. $900 to possess two fans and a dehumidifier running in our kitchen for 3 times. It had been about 45 minutes worth of work by a crew install and to inspect. How can Roto Rooter warrant such a cost!? that is crazy
John, our plumber, was fast friendly, and beneficial. He went beyond and over with information and made us feel confident about our decision.

I have had experiences with Roto Rooters. The customer service has always been wonderful - office and friendly technicians workers. Their speed at contacting my insurance is holding me back from getting new flooring after a restoration and flow fix, and has been super slow. They ruined some of the molding and didnt tell me, when performing the restoration. Their 24/7 service is appreciated by me, but am tired to call them again.

Soooo frustrated for this corporation. Charged me $98 to come for 5 minutes for me to detach the pump and plug it back in. For traveling. Don't use them again.

I had a water leak in my upstairs master bath that drenched the sheetrock our garage. My Roto-rooter tech Don and Dominic provided exceptional service! They cleaned up all the sheetrock and insulation and located the leak's source. I needed to receive out , Matt, a plumber to fix the problem and it took approximately 30 min to resolve. The dehumidifying is underway, but these guys are amazing and I would strongly recommend!!

Roto-Rooter is the best! We are extremely satisfied with their work and have called them twice for minor, plumbing work. They arrive within the window of time that they say they will (which can be fairly immediately ), they're professional, and they leave the place looking better than they came! We won't be afraid to call them .

This Began in Tandem my son made the mistake of calling these Men to fix a toilet after a 500 dollar Fee the toilet was replaced wrong it Had Been leaking well they Arrived back after several calls they Eventually got it replaced Correctly always Really nice but you could see and feel it was Just because they'd my 500 already but that did not stop the smart Remark When I had been asked to sign the bill the guy made a crack about it being a free excursion I responded I just payed 500 for an 90 mins or less work plus there was an horrible odor after they left repeatedly called and tried to post for their FB page but you cannot post comments from the public section it's blocked you can only do the Personal messages

The bottom line they broke the pipe I just payed to flush out all of the waters and water from my house they are crooks look else where for an honest plumber let's me tell you I predicted I had been promised a call back 4 different times never got a call the charges are out rages I do not mind paying for quality job paying not the problem it bad ceremony poor feed back after anyone pays you what you bill You're due some respect

Jeff was professional and efficient! He fixed my kitchen so I did not have to wait around and unlike many house-calls showed up immediately! Fantastic customer service!

Wayne (technician #3112) came out despite very terrible road conditions, was polite and did a great job in a crisis. Highly recommend the business and him who kept me updated on status of repair after there was a rescheduling needed as a result of poor winter weather. Technician completing the job and did work in addition to was polite throughout the job.

John was in solving our pipes problem, exceptional! We had been so stressed we were going to pay large after we noticed issues with all the kitchen drain. Roto Rooter came to the house immediately after we placed the call and were very professional and honest. Highly recommend!

This is the second time I've used the services of this office and I've been pleased both times. Scheduling has been easy, the technicians were highly professional and arrived on schedule both occasions. Today's technician gave great tips -- including a few city rebate info -- should new gear be necessary and offered good tips for diagnosing troubles.

Had a toddler induced clogged toilet and we've coped with another plumber thats local therefore and before did not wish to address them. Google pipes and found local roto rooter #. Called and was surprised they had a person to come before 5. John our technician was awesome and beneficial. Before he came in took his shoes off. Unclogged gave us a coupon to help with cost and toilet. We're really pleased! Will call again when desired!!

I phoned Roto Rooter after arriving home from work to some dish disposal which was obstructed. I paid $179 for the guy to invest adjusting the blade. I'd have saved so much time and money if I had looked it up on 22, waiting for the man. The good thing about this adventure was that the man was fine. He didn't apologize for getting there late and did did not offer any vouchers for the pricing that is over to me. Will not be calling them .
