Affordable Plumbing Pros

Made an appointment with a 2 hour window. Called it was passed manner and as no had revealed moves the window. Both times they assured me that a technician would react my call within 15 mins. 30 minutes later still nothing. He advised me he was in his manner. It seems they didn't notify him until just before he called me . Perhaps, the technician was not able to make it and he filled in for him. Glad I didn't reserve on a work day.
My landlord has been working for a while together and has said they have provided support. This weekend I can say, Kerry did an excellent job. The matter was addressed by him straight away, quickly and left no mess left behind. Plus great customer service was provided by him.
The reason

Definitely do not waste your time or money for this enterprise. Just look at the guys face, I definitely would not trust someone. Looks super shady, I heard they are truck go down the road falling. It sounded terrible. If u want something done correctly. Do it yourself or phone anyone besides these clowns

3feet was collapsed by our tank into our yard before Christmas Eve. Richard responded and had his backhoe out within the hour to ascertain the cause. A quote was drawn up by him and came back Christmas Eve. I am absolutely convinced that day that if the store has been open that day, our tank could have been set up. But within 4 days our system is up, allowed by county and completed. Since our insurance wouldn't cover any of these repairs, I had been quite nervous about the cost ( understanding these items can range around $30k). . On Christmas no But it was cheap. I strongly recommend this company and wouldn't utilize any plumber!

Can't thank Richard and his team enough. Our water heater busted in the morning at 4. When we visit our kitchen and it was covered in water! Affordable Plumbing Pros would be the only ones who sent a plumber out to assist us by 6:00 AM and answered our call! They gave us a fantastic price and must work right away. So that it was critical to maintain and running it's a house of 5 and they solved our issue. Thanks your Team and again Richard!

We had no hot water for many days that is not fun. The problem had been identified by another plumber. We obtained very prompt and expert service and the problem was fixed and identified. I think the fee was very reasonable.

Our hot water heater went out and we received immediate and very professional service. Our choices were clearly presented by him for repair versus replacement with prices. We chose to have our water heater is replaced by him. He left everything in working order, got the job done the exact same day, and asked us to tell him if we had any issues. We're fulfilled by the customer service, labor, and product replacement and pleased we obtained from Dave at Affordable Plumbing Pros.

I guess what and called another plumber. It only had 15 minutes and a 60 part to repair. Wow. Nothing but liars. Discrase of a organization. PLEASE BEWARE.
We had them come out to look at out shower that leaked on off. They came out and advised us that we had to split the wall and do a complete replacement of the shower valve. They said our entire home will be flooded and that if not taken care of it will burst. Im not a plumber but it seemed rediculous being that it was just leaking from the shower head rather than within the wall. had to tell them to leave due to the estimate over a $23, they pressured my wife and I. But yet they said it will take them 1-2 hours. The supervisor that had come out with the tech had no manners at all and smelled like smoke.
Scam artist. Never use them.

When my garbage disposal started leaking during the night I thought that I was screwed. Like any red blooded housewife, mine likes to put down things that a Great White shark couldn't grind . So with the odor of garlic and onion and egg along with a bowl underneath the leak I started calling these"24 hr" plumbers. Only two of the 20 I predicted answered. One sounded and just like so he wrapped up, he answered. He could take care of the job however although he said he was out to supper with his loved ones. I was shocked due to another replies from"24/7 Plumbing Companies" He said he didn't have the part on him (understandable) but when I could run and get one he'd be at my home asap. I was like. He told me the exact one to get, even the place at the shop and he understood the model and cost. As soon as I returned 30 minutes after he was already there and nearly had the old one. I handed him the one and within 15 minutes he was cleaned up and describing my wife exactly what should and shouldn't return a disposal. Finest thing though? He charged me exactly the same rate that the other firms advertised at nighttime for its install even at 900pm.
I've read the reviews and they have had a change in management for the greater. I am able to judge based solely, on my experience. All I could say is, any employee/company prepared to hurry his family at dinner, dump them off at home, which likely irritate his spouse a tad, just to come to my home and fix my sink just so my spouse stops being irritated with me? But Don't tell that to them.

Arrived at time they stated they would and that is honestly the only reason I don't feel bad for that one celebrity that I'm FORCED to place. Upon speaking to the plumber he said he'd charge us $123.00 to place the snake down the bathroom. We inquired why it was so large that he then said"warranty" he said we would get warranty for the next 90 days. He found a larger issue after placing in the snake. Before we got the larger job he proceeded to tell us we had a temporary fix for at least. He said that they would come out if it got clogged in the next 30 days before paying this man. The toilet got clogged in less then 24 hours. We called back and they gave us the run around saying that they had the owners approval to come in to the house"we are renters and can't give approval" wait you didn't say that the first time you stepped in my house. It's so messed up that these people get away with it and do this kind of things. You gave me warranty for the next 30 days although I completely understand I have a larger issue. You're going tell me I must be ok paying you $123.00 and getting my bathroom get clogged the next day. I called the office and they were no help. Before calling these people I must have looked. 3 begins isn't good enough for me and I can't think I was going to invest over $700.00 for the"larger Job" since they provide us"warranty" at this stage I must shop around. Before you phone them, Individuals think. They get you with all the"no cost to come out and look at the issue" cover professional and make sure they have warranty composed on the paper that they give you. The people in the office said so they can't do anything about it it was not written. That is not ok.

We had help straight away due to a water tank that was leaking. I called and they sent out David ! David did a great job! Thanks so much, you saved the day!

Kerry did a nice job fixing a hose and stuck on valve under our bathroom sink. Arrived following our telephone to our house 30min and the project took approximately 1 hr. Work was guaranteed for 30days. He was considerate and courteous. We will use them.

Called to get a reoccurring problem in my drain. As in the past, Terry was the guy for the task. He is always professional and knowledgeable about what he's currently doing. My plumbing issues are more. When I have issues in the future I'd call Affordable Plumbing Pros again and ask for Terry.

I called Affordable Plumbing Guru's for a quote to install a tankless water heater. Upon agreeing to a price they agreed to start my job the day. What was likely to be a 4-5hr job turned into a three day job. They were several times on times. Kept me waiting for hours. They wouldn't call me to notify me on there coming time. I had been without Hot water for three days. I would strongly recommend you guys stay as far as possible and not seek the services of this company. Don't let what happened to me happen to you. I would have given this review a Negative evaluation but wasn't allowed.

I phoned Affordable Plumbing Pros because I had disposal problem and that I had a coupon. Isaias, the service technician/plumber from Affordable Plumbing, just left my home. Never, and I mean never, have I had such prompt, capable, neat and considerate service or service person for any problem or from any company. I would strongly recommend calling Affordable Plumbing for any plumbing problem, with or without!

Made calls to various pipes and Roto- businesses. No one was available. On my last attempt to find a plumber, I called Affordable Plumbing Pros. Best thing I did. Kerry Johnson came out roughly 30 minutes after I called and spent another few hours working on my sink pipes. He never gave up did a great job and never attempted to sell me on an expensive job. You could see he took pride. The issue was fixed by him and I was a happy camper. If your drain is stopped up, I recommend giving him a phone.

What great service from Affordable Plumbing Pros. My call was answered. They came and got the job! All at a price. Things are not always so simple with tradesmen but ethics and honesty with a job well done means they've gained a customer for life. Thank you Affordable Plumbing Pros, you guys are excellent.

The hot water unit stopped functioning and it is still under guarantee. Had someone come out by Martin's name. Me and my father felt like we got the run around. 3 whole hours later he says it'll cost $380 only to"diagnose" the problem. Remember this is still under warranty but doesn't cover labor. Only"all the unit". Yikes. I believed he wasn't straight forward along with his answers in addition to it all.
I wasn't going to get him do the identification that is pricey and phone up the office clearly not pleased. When I asked another plumber to phone me long story short for some reason that they had the same man call my dad. This guy ended up speaking to his partner with his telephone STILL ON. We heard him employing each insult in the book and clearly calling my dad every name below the rainbow. All we wanted was our water along with a reasonable and clear price quote back.
I was planning to give this a four star review because of how arduous it was on the telephone with the company to get out him here. Plus the obvious previous experience. However he has gone above and beyond what a normal professional would do. Was transparent and respectful . Inform us the best price and advice to help us save money on maintanence to avoid possible! He would be rehired by me in a heartbeat for prospective jobs, if he is normally enjoy this!
Now for the great news! The business apologized and chose someone for us who was a much better match for us to communicate with because the tech for that unit had made his belief. Matthew Arndt that is low and behold comes in and instantly he made sense. He was straight forward and did not sugar coat what we needed to know. He also spent FOUR DAYS functioning on the unit saying that he wouldn't charge us before this was fixed and also to help overwrite!

This business is a joke! STAY AWAY! Worst service EVER! A very simple water heater setup still isn't completed, 2 1/2 weeks later. And no one will also call me! I am calling code authorities!

Upon finding out that Affordable Plumbing Pros. Our quotation about $300-$400 has now tripled to almost $1000! Sean says because he wasn't anticipating the review take as long or to have these problems and he has to leave to order another part. He says he'll come back around 2 or 3 o'clock with the components prepared. Meanwhile, I have driven 90 moments to this house and am now stuck waiting while I'm stuck in a home with no functioning bathroom, for work to be completed by him with different customers. I can't leave until this is fixed, I don't have any way of knowing if the home will flood and as it is not my home or some nightmare When I go home. Also, If I go, I have to drive 90 minutes then come a time that is distinct out and drive 90 minutes each way. Bottom line, I had to come back another time. When I did come back, Sean does the review and then states,"I have it all back together today, do you have any towels to wash the mess?" Me? Have towels to wash a mess that happens every time a plumber does that kind of work and comes out? Can a carpenter build cabinets in someone's home without a vacuum or broom for the sawdust? Ever? So, no, this home is empty and there aren't any TOWELS from the home. Are you truly going to leave me here with a large mess that I don't have any way of cleaning myself?"
Were willing to perform the Sewer Lateral Report and take payment through the close of escrow, we picked them. Our encounters with Affordable Plumbing"Pros." Are as follows.
A week goes by, and no report is seen by me. I call and they send out a physical (paper) report, but apparently now I'm made aware by Affordable Plumbing Pro receptionist, Troy, that they had since discovered that when Sean did the review, that his scope recorder was broken, and did not record anything - so a SECOND INSPECTION WOULD BE NEEDED! Oh, and incidentally, a THIRD 90 minute drive to the house for me personally. The world may never know.
So I say,"Well Troy, how can we really get that very important DVD Video portion of the report that we have all worked so difficult for and really compensated for??" And Troy's answer?
"Uhhhhhhh, well....you can pay us and have us come out and perform another review..."
The record is finished. . .this is weeks after of course. We finally get sent a copy of the physical (paper) report. Both the home AND the Seller's Buyers are going to require the report's DVD Video Proof so when repairs are going to be made, that there is a reference . This is one of the MAIN REASONS to get a buyer to have an inspection when purchasing a home. In accordance with receptionist, Troy,"oh, sorry, we sent the DVD into the City of Ventura and that was our only copy" Line themselves, as when the City is going to have to make the repairs into the Sewer Lateral. No, the City of Ventura wants a listing of each property's Sewer Lateral Line's state to their knowledge base. In terms of the Buyer and Seller of the house (who really paid for this report!) , I guess we are just out of luck??
This is unprofessional. What about when we adhere to the first agreement?"
In the home and he told me without breaking up the pipe and cover, he couldn't open the blank outside to do his review. Alright, fine. So instead of we are now looking to take out the bathroom and go through there. Next, the Sean tells me that the flange"just broke" after shooting the toilet off and that he might have to charge me to the part that he just broke. Sean said it was due to old age, but, in an automobile dealership, when a tech breaks something similar to a delicate plastic clip my car while fixing it, IT IS THE DEALERSHIP'S RESPONSIBILITY TO REPLACE AND/OR FIX THE TECHNICIAN'S DAMAGE - period.
I talked at this point with management and called. The next day, three unique trucks appear in the house with"lead technicians and managers" to finish this fairly basic review, correctly. Ok, so it gets done.
This isn't a joke. It is factual. It isn't embellished.
So I said,"as consented to by your business before we agreed to allow you to do the job, your company is going to be compensated when the escrow closes"
