I've had Les work and I could not be happier with the results on both events. Iwould recommend him the next time you have a plumbing problem and'll definitely be keeping his number on record.
Nobody likes dealing with these types of items but its good to have somebody like Les whenever there's a need just a phone call away.

Desired some support since our warm water went out of no where. Friday, I contacted Les and he had been working by Saturday on my water heater. Humble & honest with pricing that is competitive. So I chose to just have him put in a brand-new water heater my heater was 16 years old and he did a wonderful job! Les is strongly recommended by me.

Les, owner and owner, manages the pipes of my condo association. To get an issue my unit had, he came out. During the upcoming few months, I had 2 other pipes jobs that came , so I phoned him and then he came out to do the jobs. Including installing a wet bar, which is an job. A+

I called our clogged drain line to be opened up by Les. With a couple of hours notice, Les was and in a brief piece had reopened the line all the way into the street. We'll have him back to scope the 108 year-old main line of the house to find out if there are issues with the pipe that is aging. Thanks Les for the Reaction!

Then he came out day and job my restaurant, by Les had a clog and stuck it in 10minutes. Very nice man and will recommend to other people

I had a very positive experience dealing with those guys. I had been purchasing a house and they did a camera extent to make sure everything was ok. Then they did a hydro jet cleaning of the pipes for me as a follow up. Les answered all my queries and took the time to explain so I fully understand the job to me exactly what was happening. He is a pleasant and easy to manage. He shows up on time gives fair pricing, works and does quality work. I wanted to get gas line and a water line run to my garage for my washer and drier from my house. Les of All Drains Plumbing & Rooter gave me a very reasonable quote. He was quick and professional. He included water lines for a garage sink, ran the water lines and gas to my garage and ran all the depart pipes. He ran a camera in my house to the sewer and also included a jetting. The workmanship appears clean and the job was completed in under 3 days. I'm entirely pleased with how the project turned out. Les took a peek. He walked through the difficulty at which I managed to repair it myself. Les is wonderful.

When no one would answer our calls for 21, les came out to the holiday weekend of 4th of July! . . .and saved our catushes, as our guest house was flooded. Place into a new out, all at a fair price and he worked for 2 weeks to fix our problem. Thank you, Les....and your spouse. . .for taking the time.

After he was referred to me, I've had Les. He's always been honest, to the point, and also professional. Les is that guy, although It's really funny once you think as a portion of your dearest friends. He is loved by my children and my wife never cares about his job. We just moved into a new home far away to allow him to drive; but Les came. He spent the day with us fixing. He inspected our home and gave us some tips. Disappointed--we'll definitely be calling another plumber out to address the ongoing venting issue.
Now guess what? The bathroom is bubbling since they really recognized the inherent issue, that is the ventilation, or never addressed. They never got to the roof to check to make sure there was no congestion in the port, possibly, which we've since heard is a frequent matter.
We called All Drains Plumbing out to take a look at an issue where the bathroom was bubbling up every time washing machine, kitchen sink , or the shower ran we had. Before calling out the pipes, everything we looked up online was that this was tied to some issue.
However, he ignored this notion outright when the plumber arrived out, and I tend to decide on the knowledge of the people who do so for a living because I'm not a expert plumber. He insisted that this was because of a blockage somewhere in the primary, that would at the very least demand snaking, which would cost $175. Seemed fair. In order to snake, however, he had to remove the bathroom. Fine.
Both guys that came out were friendly, but not professional, and they spent time pointing out exactly what the previous employer had done wrong than doing a good job and ribbing each other.
A couple of hours and $350 after, following a snaking effort that failed (which they still charged me ), a camera effort that failed (which they tried to bill for) and an inability to reproduce the exact same bubbling after removing the bathroom (which they also billed me for)they basically said,"Well, it looks like the problem is fixed."

Les came out with his assistant to my house. I am not good with names so since he's a great guy 16, forgive me. I think it's Gary or Ryan?? Maybe I am thinking Ryan Gosling too much. He texted 30 minutes before knocking on your front door which is always good. I needed a skillet pan installed beneath my washer but the pipe below was broken and they installed a custom pipe to ensure the drain pan. Even brought down several 2 . They were polite and enlightening. They made it seem simple and were also fast.

Les is amazing. He and his team could get the two'broken' baths in my parents' home ready to go in days that are one-and-a-half. Les gave us a super price, made sure we understood what needed to be done, and got us up and running without drama, although we knew it'd be a big undertaking. He is also super cool and we found out we frequent the very same regions in the Eastern Sierras. Thank you, team and Les!

Also Les (the technician ) is a very wonderful man, and he loves Dogs! (bonus points!)
When drains slow it is always scary we have a home made in 1965. Of course on Thursday before Labor day weekend it happens. All Drains Plumbing came out the next afternoon (so that I did not need to miss work) found the issue right away using the camera in the pipe, then cleared the congestion, re-camera'd it and we are happy!

Les and his assistant Tom came this morning punctually and were friendly and professional. Tom and les appeared then and while I clarified the issue systematically went about solving the issue. They explained what they were checking and solved the issue they dealt with efficiently and quickly to get a bargain price and discovered it for me. They were fair, friendly and honest. I would absolutely recommend Les & Tom and should I have another pipes issue, I will definitely call them back.
When the Water Department called and said it was a leak and our use had spiked to 6x our previous use, I freaked out. I had no idea who to call so I moved on Yelp and hoped that Les from All Drains Plumbing & Rooter are as good as his reviews claimed. I wasn't disappointed!
