We recently came home from being out of town to find a water leak at our house. We obtained a few estimates and called a couple of plumbers, and were ready to our home based on the feedback we were getting.

This company came up with a great notion of re-routing online so that we both fixed the matter, and got peace of mind in respect to the possibility of losses. They worked quick and extremely difficult for a price that was fair. I had been out of town to make matters worse but they kept my spouse educated so far as the advancement and what extra steps were required. I contacted American Plumbing about some puzzle dry rot we noticed in a spot. The owner reacted to me and troubleshooted with me through Yelp messenger to find out if he could figure out what went on before committing me a quotation. He had been honest and let me know that he didn't think it had been a plumbing issue after all and offered to refer me to a firm who may have the ability to help. I will use them!

I was very impressed! They arrived on time and referred to as. Everyone was really friendly and my toilet was fixed by them in no time! Surely would use them.

Jake arrived punctually. He removed the old system. Thoroughly explained the new system to me - even describing why salt crystals were better compared to pellets (who knows this material????) He cleaned the salt residue in the concrete. The experience was top notch. I will use American and I highly recommend them.
While I had been out of town, leaving a salty mess in my own garage, my water softener tank failed catastrophically. I reached out for a quotation to American through Yelp. Got a reply right away. Sent some pictures and they gave me quotation. I asked for extra information (such as the brand of the replacement system, 1 tank vs. 2, etc..) Which they quickly provided! Saying that they didn't mind me asking tons of questions. And super easy since we did all through text. We scheduled the setup in just two days.

Spoke about our water heater to Rich, also had a unit within a few hours to us. Fantastic service and fair pricing. He managed to get the job done quickly and explained our options. Another firm quoted an outrageous price simply because of this"title". I called Rich and went with a local company that treats its customers with ethics and respect. I will call for any pipes issues later on!

Responded to my Yelp quote immediately (within minutes) and gave a good analysis quickly based on my photos. My water tank was very old and has been leaking awful in the early morning hours (noticed it before I had been on my way to operate - 7:30 am). His price was fair based on. I choose to have him call me to discuss further and set up a time for him to come out. The proprietor, who I communicated , was that the one that out me and came. Really nice guy. Service was quick (removal of broken tank and helped clean out water in the garage). There came A technician out the next morning to put in the new one. No complaints! Happy with the service and would highly recommended to others.

Needed to get the valves onto the washing machine we were getting started on. Rich gave me and responded through Yelp to my request to get a quote right away. I dropped off the radar for a bit with everything going on but Rich was there and prepared to go when I reached back out a couple weeks later. He had somebody scheduled the week.
Jake came out on time and prepared to work. Funny story, but Jake recalled installing our water heater and worked for another plumber! He knocked out the job and left the area as clean because he found it (sans the hole in the wall that was necessary to eliminate the old valves.) I had been satisfied with the courtesy, the promptness and the job by all members of Rich's staff that I interacted with. If needed, I will definitely recommend them to anybody who will use them again and needs a plumber.

I need to acquire a water alarm.
Based on this service telephone I can suggest them and I plan to use their services the next time we now have a plumbing problem.
So our disposal stopped functioning. My very first thought was I needed to press the reset button on the device, so I open the cupboard and find the sheet pan we've got below the sink (that was a great decision!!) Is filled with water. None ruined the wood, it had not YET and had overflowed to the cupboard. A small water from the sink runs and watch as water streams out the bottom of the disposal. Have to replace the garbage disposal
I found this business on Yelp. Comments, figured I would give them a go. Of all of the problems to possess this is probably the least risky in regards to trying someone new. The person on the phone was very upfront with me and advised me to wait till Monday (this was a Friday) to steer clear of the weekend service telephone rate. So I did.
Communication was great. Originally scheduled to come out between 8-10am, approximately 8am we have. And he ended up arriving at 10am. No problems and it had been completed , although it took about an hour. Appears to work properly. Pricing was fair.

Experience with these men was fantastic from beginning to end. They were courteous and gave me a few estimates on the phone before they came and then gave me a call. A gentleman who came in to do the repairs repaired it for a sum of money and identify dilemma quickly to get a shower. Yep yep

Thankful to operate with Rich and also this company. They were friendly, professional and able to help me with what I wanted (they helped me to fix a toilet sink drain). Certainly plan to work with them again.

My water heater stopped supplying hot water and needed indications of rust. My first call was bombarded by Rich and he was really helpful with answering my questions. He walked me for a quote and replacement. He managed to get someone out on Sunday. The plumber Nick and rich called prior to coming for the inspection. The quote conquer at the price of the organization's you see on TV and was reasonable. Replace the gate valve using a ball valve to the shut off and the replacement plumber Jake came out to replace the water heater, copper piping, flex pipe to the source. Rich also followed through text to be sure everything was okay. The old water heater couldn't drain because it was obstructed, so Nick and Jake returned to eliminate it and properly drain it. The Rheem water heater is taller than the original but smaller in diameter. This allowed some space around the tank. The repair was completed clean and the warm water was running better than before and up. Because I would work on electric projects, I will call them again.

Truly outstanding support! We awakened from our own garage and also a laundry room. Rich had someone out within two hours to our home to fix the problem. The repair technician was knowledgeable, professional and incredibly efficient. The price for the fix was fair and they did not charge an emergency fee. I will definitely call American Plumbing time I want a plumber!
