AZ Preferred Plumbing

I phoned this morning and they could get me in today's schedule. They delivered Jason, who was polite, destroying early, so he needed to find out when I was prepared. He arrived and was fine and clean, we had just had our carpets that was important as I've had other transactions in that have had oily or dirty shoes. He did a fantastic job describing the pipes issue, where the plumber had fixed it 22, also showing us.
I would recommend this company for any plumbing issue.

AZ Preferred Plumbing, LLC would be the plumbers in town! I had a problem with my plumbing. I mean everywhere!! I was worried and did not know what to do. I phoned and Marat picked up quickly. He directed me exactly what to do and came first thing! They fixed the problem and immediately recognized it. Marat and Paul are honest and knowledgeable. They arrived and got the job done fast. I have found my plumbers! Will be using for my home and all of my rentals moving forward. Fantastic job Marat and Paul!

Murat and Pavel were quite professional and thorough. They were called back for a reassessment of their gear and reacted very quickly. They are highly recommended by us.

I Don't Recommend. They came out through the home warranty company 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty regarding a leak on the side of our house. After their 8-10 am timeframe they came hours. By taking a look at the wet rocks on the floor they stood around and made an assessment of the leak. That is it!! No Shovel -nothing!! They advised the warranty firm that it was a leak in the line. The line isn't covered. After we paid our $70.00 service charge to AZ Preferred and dismissed them, my husband discovered a plumbing elbow in the irrigation system and chose a shovel to the area was the difficulty!! UGH!!! We will do our best to receive our support fee back. My husband took photographs to prove the truth of the issue.

Az Preferred (Murat and Pavel) came out and performed support on a few items that had it. They was extremely professional and got it done in a timely manner. I talked with Murat all the time. Additionally, he answers ALL phone calls (and yields calls when he explained he will) and is an excellent communicator. When they said they would and was extremely candid about what was needed, they showed up. Az Preferred does not overcharge or try on products that are needless and does a fair job. They will be used by me in the future in rental properties and my personal. It's tricky to find. Az Preferred will stay at the top of my contact list for my plumbing needs! Kudos to Preferred! They were very prompt in returning my phone call, and were keen to schedule us away. They showed up when they said, and also did a fantastic job! We had our sink, faucet, garbage disposer and RO faucet replaced our gas line supporting the range shifted. They were washed everything up when they left, friendly and very professional. We have quotations, and they had the best price. Will definitely call them needs!

I noticed our water heater had been leaking - not sure when it started - and our home warranty company set us up with AZ Preferred Plumbing. As I had been having business coming from California the following day, I wanted immediate help... Maret and Pavel came before I expected them. . Both super nice and good to use... I'd hot water an hour when they left that night (10-8-18) I had been happy, as I was worried my guests could be visiting a home with no water heater. . After calling 5 different"family owned" pipes firms I discovered these men and what a find. They came out the same day. Price ended up lower than quoted. The plumber Jason was fantastic while I paid my daughter was entertained by him. Customer service was top notch. Will be calling these men next time I want a plumber.

This is what doing business is supposed to be such as: A prompt answer, a warranty on workcompleted in time and to get the price. We are delighted with AZ Preferred Plumbing, and won't need another plumbing firm for so long as their doors have been open for business.
Might it be feasible to love a plumbing firm? We do if that's the case.
I cannot say enough about how amazing Marat, and this business, really are. Marat even found other problems that they builder had caused, which we dwelt with, because not one of those plumbers we've used over the decades have been smart enough to determine there was a defect. Once Marat found the issue, I reviewed it with himand I have another very reasonable quote to get a project that we'll have done by AZ Preferred Plumbing.
Marat is the proficient technician that they shipped to our home. Marat was professional, respectful and on time. He did not charge for the quote, as we live relatively far from a significant city while plumbers try to. Additionally, the price for the work has been as stated within the quotation. Not just that, the toilet we had installed was an update form the original, and thanks to Marat's information, we now have more space in the commode than we ever had before.

We had our water heater leaked on Saturday and called around but no one is available to view it on the same day we discovered AZ preferred plumbing. Marat came over within a couple of hours and answered the phone. They came by and looked in it and it turned out that it was totally broken and have to be replaced. They gave me the exact quote and since they have it I went ahead and replace it. They did the job fast, efficient and very well done. They even eager to stop to show me the way to properly drain/flush it. They were highly recommended by me for water heater replacement.

I had an older, leaking water heater. I called to establish an appointment, Jason came the same day at 10 am and was finished within fourteen days.
Great experience. They had been Quick, professional, friendly, very good price, and my Technician, Jason did a great job describing and installing the new unit.

If you want to cover $142.00 to get a tap bib to be substituted, call this company. No difficulties with the support except I'd ask for the quotation versus being said to a customer in writing.

We called AZ Preferred Plumbing, LLC on a Sunday afternoon. They stated they could be here within the hour....and they WERE! He had our kitchen sink draining in less than an hour. We had been so impressed with his support we asked a quote when he was done--and his costs were more than fair for EVERYTHING. Everything from his timing to his quote to his clean up was on point. The epitome of customer support. I will be recommending this company to family and all my friends , for certain. Actually, this is the plumber we will anticipate from here on out!

I was able to be scheduled for the morning, and phoned for an appointment for a kitchen faucet setup. It was as perfect a plumbing encounter as you can get. My appointment period was quoted as being between 8a-10a, and Jason phoned at 8:40a, and stated he would be there in 20 minutes, and that he arrived just a minute or 2. Jason was polite professional, and friendly, and completed the job in a hour or so I was quoted. Our brand new faucet looks amazing, and he cleaned up the region, made certain that I had my warranty info and works perfectly. We will definitely use this company for our future plumbing requirements. We had a previous negative experience with a different company (that also had great reviews on Yelp), but we were quite pleased with Jason and this provider.

Really miserable with our experience with this provider. I wasn't home and he said he would stay for another 15 minutes and then we would have to reschedule. So that he waited, Fortunately I was about 20 minutes off. He looked in our water heater for about 5-10 minutes, knocked on my door and said we had several"components" and that he had to make a telephone call to have a quote and it'd be around two hours and they would return to us. But the workplace woman will probably be calling the $89 service call fee to be collected by me. Never heard back after I followed up with them. Finally I spoke to Nick who supposedly is the proprietor and called at 9am the next morning, but the service man was Nick. Same individual?? As if they weren't the same person, but is was a bit strange, He spoke! Anyhow, long story short we cancelled our business and after a hassle that was little they returned $89. We went with Lawson's Family Plumbing instead. Turns out it had nothing to do with our water heater, only a valve in our shower faucet. $233 and it's repaired. ++ side note: AZ Preferred Plumbing is precisely the Exact Same business as ASAP Pipes ++

Called AZ Preferred Plumbing to replace a kitchen faucet I couldn't eliminate from my kitchen sink. They did job came at their time, and cleaned up everything. They were also very nice to take care of. Their speed was fair, and I will definitely use them again should the need arise. Thank you!
