Our experience was MUCH WORSE than Stephanie D's inspection on 5/31/2018 and similar to Ellie S's inspection on 6/22/2013. . I went to choose NO STARS, however you don't have that choice on here. I would recommend anyone to BEWARE of dealing with this company and shall avoid. Buyer beware! I started off calling to get an estimate. Jaimie would just give an estimate on the telephone rather than in person, of which reputable contractors do to assure they'd see exactly what the job would entail. I obtained an estimate on the telephone from him predicated upon estimates obtained in person. He lent me an absurd sum of money, based on quotations. After I hung up with him, he sent me a text saying that he was sorry and misquoted me. In that text, in he supplied that quotation, which was quite aggressive after being revised then. Following our conversation, he did not have my email address, although most individuals would send via email. After getting the text, I asked for an received an quote via email, of the following day which Jaimie sent out. Items came up, after getting different estimates. I called to ask a revised estimate based on what I discovered. Jaimie refused to send me a revised quote and said,"Just write it to the quote I supplied via email" - quite strange reaction. My aim was to get an accurate quote to compare so we can make he best decision for our project. Jaimie acted like our project wasn't significant to him. Based on our last conversation, we did not feel comfy and had no confidence in Jaimie finishing our project, even if he'd have the greatest bid. Our project has been finished by another firm .

Fantastic support! I had a challenging schedule to use because my husband was out of town and I work full time. He offered to come three days later on a Sunday and worked together with me! Our bathroom was mended by him instantly and saved us $150 a month!
Jaime arrived within minutes of my phone. He had been friendly, seasoned, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job! I would use his service again. He tracked a room for a leak to the origin without water. I was afraid that it had been the slab but he went the excess step prior to giving up, to verify. He found the pinhole leak coming from a pipe in the bathroom. Easy not as expensive than a slab that is leaking and repair.
