Angel Plumbing

Angel had good communication from the beginning to end, explaining every measure to be sure I was comfortable with his recommendations on how to position the new valves along with the cuts he would need to make in the gutters. He took the opportunity to have a look at a plumbing that was different which I had using a shower faucet and got the job done quickly, clean up afterwards. He made a recommendation and I never felt he was trying to upsell me.
The valve for my water line to the washer seized up and I could not get it to turned back to put in into our washer. I contacted Angel to get a quotation to replace both hot and cold lines in addition to the washer outlet box. He promptly followed up with a quotation in addition to the days he'd be accessible and reacted quickly, ask me to text him a snapshot of the issue. His price was aggressive and his testimonials was what gave me the confidence to schedule the task together.

Angel was very instant responding to my quote request and was the most inexpensive of all of the quotes I purchased for my plumbing job (replacing water hookup in wall for a new fridge. Very efficient and clean. Does a great job and highly recommend.

We only had Angel replace our water heater that is leaking and highly recommend his services! He was quite receptive, did an excellent job describing the different options was on time, and did a job. Of all of the plumbers we spoke to, he was the only one who asked us to send him photos and gave us a precise (and VERY fair ) quote on the telephone. We will definitely hire him again!

Disappointed! He started to describe how to fix it by draining it with a hose - that is excellent for all those of you who wish begin a DIY job and to save the money. I didn't want to begin something or worse - do some thing incorrect where I couldn't use my water heater. If I could hire him to do so I literally had to ask!
THE BAD
You don't have a plumbing crisis and Should regular work hours are worked by you, it's can be difficult to obtain an appointment. Angel said he reserves his weekend appointments . But to get him to come out during the week, he'll contact you if he is in your town or can squeeze you in.
When I called, he answered right away. I explained my problem and he seemed to understand the problem without seeing it, stating I most likely had sediment built up at the base of my water heater (that was set up 5 years ago).
5.31.18 - Text from Angel saying"Ok". Did not get requested quote.
Didn't look like he had been hungry for the business - perhaps it was too little of a project and not worth it? Maybe he's great if you have an emergency or can see him during business hours when a lot of us work?

5.31.18 - Texted Angel to state that I got his call, but I was not home anyway - said we'd want to look at his availability for the next week and to keep me posted. Additionally, I asked a quotation.
THE GOOD
I first called Angel 5.30.18 and my last communication with Angel was on 6.14.18 - no repair, so that I finally have to seek the assistance of another plumber.
I've have a strange sound coming from my water heater when I turn on the hot water (it seems like one of those long Alphorns blowing off ). My neighbor at the next door hears it!
Plumbing Problem:
As a business owner you need to decide that is not and which business is worth going after. But those smaller tasks done to the satisfaction of a customer will lead to bigger jobs and/or referrals. And earned bucks. Well, my money will be spent elsewhere after 2 weeks without a service or follow-up - particularly when I was the person who reached out to him ("hot lead" - for those working in sales) based on these Yelp testimonials. Disappointed!
Availability of the support:
After reading Carol C's inspection I was hopeful about getting my pipes problem fixed. Unfortunately I did not get the assistance I needed (and still need to find another pipes service); consequently, I don't share the excitement for Angel Plumbing.

Not sure what business turns down without even finding info out and trying to schedule at a later date.
My critique is based on client service . I contacted Angel plumbing for a problem and told that they were reserved and not able to assist. I discovered this could not come away and unprofessional as he could have stated that they were x number of weeks booked out. My issue was not an urgent issue and could've waited.
That customer service right there clearly was unprofessional. They got me back immediately and Another plumber was contacted by me and were awesome.

My water heater have gave a leak. I procrastinated to preemptively replace it and expected an excess fee. After finding Water Heater firms on short exchange of messages and Yelp I've chose to and I am not sorry for my choice. He offered me a price, superb solution, and fast service. From the end of the next day I had no pool inside my own garage , hot water at the home, and a new water heater installed.

Angel provided the best quotes and was very helpful. I wound up with him for setup of three water heaters. Very professional and knowledgeable.

A foundation that was leaking was secured by angel . A couple of months later the leak showed up again. I messaged him and he replied that I would have to pay him again to fix the issue. No thanks. You should stand by your work.

This is a review for Angel Plumbing!! Angel has done outstanding work on those every time and has helped our family. This previous job - replacement of our leaky water heater-has made us appreciate him more. He had been prompt, courteous and professional. Before he leaves he goes out of his way and pays attention to be sure everything works. We wish all contractors take pride in their work like Angel!

Angel said he'd provide me a quote within a couple of days, and came through to check our issues out. Never recieved an estimate. I guess he just did not want to perform the job.

Our water heater called and leaked Angel for a quote on the telephone. He asked us to send him pictures and arrived. He had been able to diagnose and repair without having to replace the whole unit.

These guys know what they're doing and actually care about getting the job done properly. It started with some beneficial texting and Angel's professionalism lasted all the way through the job. He explained every step of the way as he replaced an old water heater and removed. Price was very reasonable and what he said it'd be. Will use them again.

Angel was definitely an angel to me after our water heater broke and left our family with no water. Imagine returning from the gym and having to shower in ice cold water...I know there are advantages to cold water treatment, but I would rather ease myself into it, lol. You don't understand how much you take for granted creature comforts until you don't have them! Happily Yelp came to the rescue. Angel responded to my inquiry right away, and after describing the matter and texting a few pictures, he got back to me with a quote along with his recommendations. His price was significantly lower compared to the other quotes I purchased, and I got the impression that he was not interested in upselling, since he really advised against purchasing additional (unnecessary) merchandise or an extended warranty. He came to my place another day (messaged me en route) and obtained my new heater installed without issue. I have had Angel come out to mend various plumbing problems. I have had plumbers come out because he wasn't always available when I want him because he does good work at a reasonable 32, but he's my go-to plumber and he's fair. He did a superb job of substituting a 75 gal water heater, last week. Not only was the installation better than what was there earlier, but I asked that he drill a hole that leakage exceeded the drip pan's potential. Another plumber told me that this couldn't be carried out. Angel made it happen.

Super simple to receive my escape! Promptly answered my call, requested me to send me a photo because my escape was visible, gave me an estimate and came the next day. Very affordable and fixed efficiently.
