We were delighted with the promptness and quick diagnosis. Price was fair. Can call them again if we have plumbing issues.
As the garbage disposal had ceased working we had a kitchen sink difficulty. Todd in Aptos Plumbing set up an appt for the Following Day. The men showed up on time and instantly decided the disposal had been jammed and set about repairing it. Unjammed the device and a few cups of ice hockey conducted through to clean out the gunk. All works now and we didn't have to obtain a new disposal!

With counters installed, none of our old sink plumbing lined up along with our new gas cooktop needed hooking up. Bruce from Aptos Plumbing gave us a very precise estimatecame out and put in the new cooktop, garbage disposal, sink strainer and all of the required to coincide.
Great to locate a reputable firm. Will definitely use for plumbing needs.

Karma- I can not wait until the bubble pops and the local service industry receives a taste of reality. Because presently? They've the power all. And often abuse it. That. I called Aptos plumbing . They hadn't had water for more than a week and had a major well catastrophe. Four people living in thousands of dollars in landscape in our house. They got Bruce to come the next morning that was another day out. Fair enough that it goes. He was knowledgeable yes. He really found issues that we weren't aware of.And knowing the important nature of our scenario said he was coming back the next day. And emailing me the quote to the several issues and repairs to the occupation. Then leave and I had to phone my email for that quote? That was likely to be there that evening? Never received a call the next day his wife said evening or another morning? Cut days afterwards and I have not heard a note. And this is how you treat a customer in catastrophe? No email, no phone call? No communication at all. String them along and expect them? I hate to tarnish their five star review that is unchallenged. However, Aptos plumbing was a huge disappointment for me. They basically left us high and dry they were going to perform the job. That is unprofessional enough when you don't approach a business in an already critical situation. But quite and cruel heartless given our scenario.

It was not the task but I feel great about the whole experience.
After getting"ghosted" from a plumber I had worked with before I wanted someone new and that I wanted them quickly. I had been delighted with the detail of the bid, the answer I got from Todd and the follow up of the work.
Thank you Justin for being a super controversial employee. Thank you Peter for taking your shoes off. Thank you Bruce for pointing a few things out personally I hadn't known about.

Super favorable and unexpected experience with Aptos Plumbing! Thanks to Bruce! They were working at a residence in my street and I ceased to ask questions. Bruce provided plenty of valuable info and tips. No was enthusiastic about it and charge. I said I had been doing a DIY hack until my plumber can repair my shower next week (which included taking out a wall socket ). Bruce offered to determine if he could fix it WITHOUT taking a wall out. Even the advice that I got regarding my initial query was over and beyond. I am genuinely grateful for my experience today with Bruce and Aptos Plumbing! I strongly recommend and will strike them up for any plumbing needs!

I had success with plumbers. Bruce immediately recognized it and returned within a week to repair it. He was personable and most significant, he didn't speak down to me since I'm an older woman (like the others did). This is the go-to plumber!!

So enjoy Todd coming out to the house of my mom. He had been so understanding of our situation that was special and arrived when scheduled. He managed to fix our garbage disposal rather than replace it which saved us money for sure. He tested it to ensure it worked and then stayed. Thanks so highly recommend this company.

A faucet substituted. Todd (phone), Bruce (identification ) and Justin (repairman) were all friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. It's great to locate a reliable, small, local plumbing firm to get on speed dial in case of potential problems.

In order to pipe-in the system, they needed to send a couple of their staff below the house. Working with less than two feet of headroom in water and sand, they finished the task in 1 day. Everything was done properly, neatly and to code. At the conclusion of the daythey cleaned up all traces of wreck and hauled away the heater and any debris. That evening, we had unlimited hot water. No corners were cut, and in the long run, we had been billed at the lower end of the estimate. No tack in the bill on fees or surprises.
We opted to upgrade to a tankless water heating apparatus when our water heater in our 1939 bungalow bit the dust. After reading the reviews we're impressed by the comments about Aptos Plumbing.
I gave a call to them, and they were able to send out their estimator that afternoon. Bruce was super friendly and educated and laid out our choices. In addition, he gave us a quote on costs. Conversions are not cheap, but I knew they had their work cut out with this elderly home for them. It was only a few days later they sent out a group and dove into the project.
Everybody on the site was hard working, highly skilled and friendly, and we are happy with the result. We now have all of the hot water we need and will check off. I would definitely recommend Aptos Plumbing to a friend or relative.

Called in to find a quote on a recirculating pump to get our heater. Aptos Plumbing managed to give us a few ideas about how the best way to move forward and with water and came through ancient. They were very fair and I never felt as though they had been pushing alterations that are unnecessary. Looking forward to working with them in the very close to future!

From the beginning Aptos Plumbing was really responsive. We contacted many businesses to fix our circulation problems. The other firms appeared shady and were slow to react. Aptos plumbing came and gave us a reasonable quote with multiple options for us to pick from. It made sense to re-pipe the whole house. They gave us a fantastic deal and the before and after water pressure is incredible. They also got it in a day which is great as to not interrupt the house water supply long. I strongly recommend if you want any plumbing working with them.

Amazing business! So I phoned plumbing businesses my water heater expired. I left messages didn't get any returned calls. By the end of the day I had a brand new water heater. The builders were very nice, worked hard and fast. After they have been done, cleaned nice. The owners are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment. Five stars doesn't seem like enough!

These guys made us space on short notice and made repairs on the afternoon. Very pleasant to deal with, very knowledgeable, and they kept us informed all along the way in regard to what went on. We asked about them installing a replacement kitchen faucet which we had and they did this too. We will constantly call Aptos Plumbing first and have recommended then to our friends and neighbors

A backed up shower that we attempted to snake but couldn't fix. Called these guys and they were great. Easy communication via text and phone. Someone sent out in time to our place. Guys really understood Aptos plumbing issues specifically and before using their motorized snake that he moved under the house to check the pipes to be certain a puncture did not happen due to pipe conditions. Great job offered quite reasonable price to substitute all of our pipes when needed. Fixed the shower dilemma 1 week, and also provided warranty which we did not have to utilize.
Would highly recommend and call them when needed!

Todd bruce and Justin were fantastic people to use on replacing a bathroom and repairing our pipes. I would highly recommend this firm. Very professional and they customized the occupation to my needs.

These guys are Family member had some help over the hill so I phoned and spoke to Todd who promised me my family would be in good hands. Allow me to inform you, not only was the work done correctly the first time in a great cost, but Todd called me when the job has been completed and let me know what was done and the warranty info. Never had an experience with a plumber for this earlier. Will definitely be using these guys again.

He clarified pricing. Described what it'd cost me to resolve sprinklers when he was professional throughout the process did it.

I tried phoning a well known all night plumbing company and I was told by them they would be not able to come out before the late day. With kids and pets 24hrs is near impossible to not mention that I reside in a unit that requires water for an fourplex turns off.
We had an exterior pipe for an outside faucet fracture, last Saturday. It was like 7:30 pm and we attempted to perform a fast fix before Monday. A couple of things tried but it did not stop. I started calling everyone to receive a plumber.
I called Aptos Plumbing believing that there was no way they'd come out as nobody else had. Well one of the owners answered, he had been about a 40 minute drive out but told me he would be in two hours since he needed to pick up his truck. All was straight back on and my neighbors were happy.
He explained if I did the sprinklers myself the materials will cost me $20 and when he did it he would charge me around $300.00. Fair enough, he might have just asked if I needed them reconnected and charged me $300.00 longer without telling me as others have done.

Our water heater had some corrosion on the pipe fittings. I had 4-5 quotes from businesses who all wanted to perform a full replacement. Aptos was the only company that provided a short and long term alternative. Bruce was very knowledgeable, professional, and agreeable, they were. We felt we could trust this group. Big thanks to Todd, Bruce, Justin, and Jose. Highly recommend.

Update: The owners have spent more time than they did return to me with a quote reacting to my review. As they advocated I did upgrade the faucet into Grohe. I called my builder, who discovered his paperwork with county. When I asked about the cost of hydrojetting, he said he would place it. He especially warned me that they could be removed by just an RO system, and about viagra and birth control hormones in the water. I had been amenable to the majority of the work which had been indicated, but needed an estimate to make an informed decision. This is a she said/he said scenario. The point is, the man shook my hand and said he has send the estimate in the next day or two, and it was never received by me. When I called and worry about it, I was left hanging and heard nothing more until I watched the response to my review.

Not a fantastic experience in any way. Needed fixture replacement and a plumbing fix . Got a response back through Yelp, and even experienced a owner and helper head to give a quote to me. Never got the estimate, despite a followup telephone call and text. Must be since I declined their tactics adding an RO filtration system, jetting, and shifting and moving my perfectly working tank water heater to get an one. Did not appreciate the scare tactics about pharmaceuticals in my water supply. After waiting in vain to get a quote, went with a community plumber who fixed everything for $225. It's fine that others obtained 5-star support from Aptos Plumbing, but I didn't and can't recommend them.
