Ken began by explaining what could be the issue and how the pump worked. Because the pump was installed by the pipes erroneously he ran into some challenges, but he kept going until everything was working good.
Ken is the BEST plumber I have used! He's friendly, reasonable, makes certain the job is done he clarifies what needs to be done, and he's prepared to follow up for support.
Ken came out on time on a Saturday to give us a quote on obtaining our sewage ejection pump functioning. His estimate was fair, and he had been prepared to do the job that day, which was great as we had been dealing under the home with some sewer overflow had to restrict use of laundry and bathrooms.
He offered to come back later in the week to set some lime on the ground also to bring a pump alarm that had been cut by the plumber, and to clean up the area.

Zero stars. This guy is a total asshole. He hung us up twice and becuase of political explanations! I called about a vanity. What exactly does that have do with him being a trump lover? Do not bother.

I must have gotten a price . Too expensive. And he used a water soluable lubricant on a bathroom sink value. Stinky and yuck tasting water and it's been a few weeks.

Ken has come out many times. Once to fix a clogged bathroom and the heater. He's instantaneous, communicative, and super fine. So he helped us locate fixes rather he also copes well with the older plumbing of our house. Can not recommend him enough

Gosh, but Ken's Plumbing is excellent, as is the owner behind the business. He had been the one who answered'reside' on a Saturday afternoon, and reacted that we'd been dealing with -- involving lots of parties that are different -- for a time. He worked hard and meticulously, analyzing taking his time, trying quite a few different approaches, and trying to troubleshoot and repair the problem. Hedoes exactly what he says he will do,'s true to his word, and so is trusted. Even my neighbor asked for HIS upcoming plumbing needs for the contact info of Ken. He did what needed to be performed at a reasonable speed. Ken will probably be my move to plumber from today on.
We were using a problem along with another plumber advised it was a major task and gave us a price tag. Ken came and solved our problem and let us know it wasn't the job.

Ken came out and substituted my water heater. It failed and then worked fine for approximately 2 1/2 years. I contacted another plumbing service. Their plumber told me that it couldn't possibly be just 2 1/2 years looked at it ! And, it had been installed and did not meet with the code requirements! I'd, if I could do a review with no stars here!

If you're going to push the shoulder of the highway then cut people off I would advise you to take the name! Just sayin'.

It was Friday afternoon at 3:00 and I needed a plumber! I predicted three businesses I'd used and previously they didn't pick the telephone up or they could not squeeze me in until the week. Ken not only answered the telephone, but he was able to reach me that evening. I truly appreciate that he was able to look after my problem so fast! His prices were fair and he did a superior job. I am keeping his contact !

Ken came to briefly mend our non functional shower amidst a remodel (with two small children in the house). We advised him to put in a sink, fix our washer and drier, and tackle a filter at our refrigerator. We stayed at a hotel for 3 days using a 21 month old and a 5 year-old banking on his arrival and completion of just a sink installation. Not only did not appear if he was scheduled but didn't answer either of our calls when we called to assess in. Ken left me along with my two kids in a circumstance that was stressful that was horrible.

Ken came out immediately on short note, sized up the occupation (eliminating a hot water limitation stop from a bathtub valve), and worked quickly, professionally, and courteously to take care of the issue.
I might add that this was DESPITE the erroneous advice which we obtained from American Standard.
The charge was so we felt that Ken was honest, about what we had expected for the work. Plus he's a wonderful guy to deal with, and he wore proper clothing (such as shoe covers) so that he didn't leave a mess for us to clean up.

Ken is a one man show. He answers his phone, comes and solves the issue at a reasonable price. He is also very personable and spends time to describe what he is doing to a lay man who doesn't know. He is professional and personal- great features. I recommend him highly!

We'd gotten some quotes from other regional businesses in santa cruz to put in a sump pump. We called his quotation and Ken was a third less than the others. Ken even let us borrow his sump pump until he can come out and perform the work. Ken came out on a Sunday after we had to reschedule. Ken was clean did an excellent job and did a little work for us! What a fantastic man! Would highly recommend Ken and we will definitely use him !! R & K
