I've had great experiences with Aqua pipes, they are not the firm that I normally use, however when I've been in a bind with sound from cast iron baseboard, then with a relief valve out of the boiler setting itself away with no routine company understanding it. Don and trusted advise that helped to resolve the issue and Eric came out at a time that gave me fair and fit with my program.
When Aqua arrived, I repeated what my plumber (who's experienced and honest and we have used him many times) had said. I cant think he uses that tone with a man) He moved to our sink and invested an hour before telling us it was only buildup. He said it would be fixed by a bio cleaner and it had a 30 day guarantee. $165. When he abandoned, the sink was running.
35 days later, coincidentally enough, our sink is right back where we were when we called. We don't have any $165 for this man. If he would have listened to me about what the other plumber had completed and checked it out as requested, I imagine, we'd have a working sink.
We were referred to Aqua by our usual plumber, who didn't possess all of the tools required for the matter. He believed it needed to be addressed otherwise , and had spent over an hour working on it. He said we should tell Aqua what he recognized, as he'd referred several times to people before, and that.
They were clean and on time. 1 star for each of these. However, the issue persists, their attitude was bad, and I really feel as if we had been sold snake oil.
Don (the proprietor of Aqua) was in the area in the time I called and managed to stop by over 60-90 minutes of my telephone. He diagnosed the problem, and assessed operation of the boiler. I had a brand new ignition control module; the difficulty was that the boiler fire would not stay lit. I called him back the next morning to record it began acting up again, although he strove to get the old one working again, and seemed to succeed. After it arrived in a couple of days to install it, the component was ordered by him and returned. The part appeared to solve the issue and I was good to go. The boiler is over 25 years old and my preceding HVAC contractor had stated it had to be replaced. Don looked at me like I was nuts once I told him that. He genuinely believed in repairing rather than replacing if at all possible, and I couldn't agree more.
Called to get an over flowing toilet in evening. They came over the hour. They snaked the toilet but still a little clogged. Got out the most important snake. Came back the next day the clog. Overall excellent experience quickly local and cool people came out. Despite the parking round here.
New customer for life! Aqua pipes saved the day once I came home - that they had water flowing within two hours, all for a fair rate and were out here within an hour of my call the next morning. Don and his team were amazingly professional and friendly. Could not recommend them !!

They were clean and had quite fair pricing. Once I okayed the price there were able to start the very next day. They even swept up after themselves when finished. I can not even begin to tell you how thankful I am for Aqua Plumbing. These guys were great! Super efficient professional, reliable, and sensible. I am so fortunate that we could locate them once we did. We needed to have an emergency replacement and I couldn't have asked for anything more from Don and his group! I strongly suggest them.
These guys do a fantastic job. They are friendly, professional and their rates are reasonable. Where the work was being performed in order to prevent a mess, A drop cloth was placed on the ground in the basement. They if they were not able to fix the issue, promptly came back to resolve it and arrived. We would highly recommend them and consider using them again.
