I had a clogged toilet and I could not. In 7:33 am, Ifilled out the online form, found a $60 on Greg & their site was at my home by. He explained my choices with pricing. He was very courteous and professional.

Roto-Rooter is the not the plumbing firm that you want to call. The Master Plumber tech they sent to our home tried to charge $600 from the beginning to substitute the most important water pressure regulator and informed me due to code he needed to place a another check valve above and I said no thank you personally and had him only fix the issue. This is my very last time dealing with this plumbing firm they're real crooks that are honest!
Roto-Rooter just came out to give me a"free estimate" to get a clogged kitchen sink pipe. The estimate (greater than $600!!) Was exorbitant and once I stated it had been too much and my husband walked into sight, the plumber"called his supervisor" (such as I need to deal with car salesman techniques when I am coping with a clogged drain) and provided to do it for $400(which remains large, according to my study ) and threatened me that if I didn't take it, they would charge me $50 for your visit. When I told them that I had confirmed on the telephone that the estimate is free - he explained the $50 was because of their diagnosis - even though I am the one who told him it was a clogged drain along with his"diagnosis" was that he needed to wash the drain out. I sent him on his way and refused to pay the $50. I am disgusted with all the price and dishonesty gouging.
I am called by the plumber from the tenant's cell phone to tell me that it's going to be around $1000 to repair the issue After that day, but he will not give me any details about what is wrong or what caused the problem. After asking a few times what resulted in the issue, he kept responding"do you wish to repair the entire thing or only a part of it today" as if attempting to close the deal. No, I'd love to hear what is the problem first.
What a waste of time, entirely unprofessional.
I hang up (with my renter, since again, the plumber seemingly does not use his own telephone ) and phone the corporation. The customer service rep is very apologetic and admits"I really don't like what is going on at all." She asks to place me on hold to contact a manager. Seven minutes later, she comes back and says no manager can be obtained but that they will call me back soon.
Twenty minutes later, I get a different call FROM MY TENANT, who is telling me that the supervisor called the plumber directly (not me) and they are giving me a discount to repair the issue today. No excuse about what the issue is. I immediately call the business again, third time and client service successfully transports me to a supervisor. I explain what is happening to him, and he is unapologetic. In addition, he tries to close the bargain,"the tech offered a discount to do this job today," and ignores my request to know what is going on. I told the supervisor that I don't believe this is the right company for me.
How blessed the service team is blown away me.
I've got a home with an issue. I predicted early in the afternoon and the customer service was scheduled with my renter and fantastic.
Roto-Rooter is a joke. The tech they delivered to our home attempted to bill us $900 in the start to snake our main line and if he could not correct the problem he not only explained it was broken (assumed that it was broken) but billed us $300 for nothing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF

I have billed $258.00 for opening up a man hole cover following Baltimore county DPW advised me a day later it was a sewer up a day later. I had been told I shouldn't have been billed to start a manhole cover to see a fucking. He did not even open up my MF sump pump cap. I Won't Ever USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
# 19545596 Darryl #3172 (part of the Dream Team) was a life saver. He also fixed. It was snapped flush with the ground and had to be dug out. He busted the concrete together with hand tools and completed the job in record time himself. Companies or The majority of plumbers would not have tried the occupation let alone without the help. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and prompt. I'll be asking because of his solutions, Should I ever need any work done again. Thank you Darryl!
Personable, professional, accommodating... highly suggested! The team that answers the phone are kind, patient, explains things until I knew and assisted me. The technician/plumber arrived on time, was considerate, steps and clarified pricing. This day the adjustor came to a day away as I had to work (I'm an ER nurse) and then once he followed up with my employer insurance we had been made to reschedule according to Allstate's timeline. Two technicians came on Saturday to start the damage control/work; they explained what they were doing and what to expect. This company is strongly recommended by me.
I wouldn't suggest this place. We had a drain outside that wasnt draining water, we predicted roto rooter and they came out and tl eliminated a bit of plastic in the drain. That cost us $300.00. Called back after of the rain that was heavy and was told by the proprietor we get 1 courtesy telephone. They didnt return until two days later. We were then told that we needed a new pipe. (Not sure how that was confimed) since they didnt use a camera of this sort. Fixing the pipe could have cost $2200.00. We were eventually able to move WHATEVER after snaking the drain ourselves WAS BLOCKING THE WATER FROM FLOW..SINCE THEN THE DRAIN HAS BEEN WORKING JUST FINE!! STILL WONDERING WHY I NEEDED A DRAIN. This place is a currency racket. WORSE SERVICE EVER!! SAVE YOUR MONEY CALL SOMEONE ELSE
We called to snake a clogged drain. Dispatching a plumber and getting a quote has been free of charge. A plumber showed up. However we were quoted $625 into SNAKE A DRAIN! When asked why it was so pricey he said we had a"permit" to conduct it. We had another plumber come out an hour later and charged us $125 to the job. Roto-Rooter is not recommended by me unless you would like to be ripped off.
Dama #1503 and Samual #3656 reacted fast and professionally to our basement backup. A few days before they and thanksgiving cleared. They taken good care of our concerns and answered all our questions. I am quite pleased with their job and will surely use them again. Thanks guys

William Shorter mended and came a busted pipe that encompassed our basement. His customer service was excellent!! He finished in a timely matter and made sure we had been satisfied with his work. He's the best plumber that I've ran across. He deserves a marketing and that I will see younger surgeons being trained by him on excellence in client service and their own work. I will suggest Roto-Rooter to family and my friends particularly if William Shorter is about the Job!!!
William was fast, capable, and respectful of the property. He solved a issue that's been dogging us for years. Roto-Rooter showed up the same day for a non-emergency call. What more could you ask for?
First called Roto-Rooter when the shower in the cellar kept backing up, they came and removed the drain. Upon inspection we discovered out that the pipe in the back has been damaged. Everybody was very professional. Glad we picked this business to help us resolve the issue!
Purcell, #3755 was totally awesome! Our hot water heater went up and that he reacted immediately with a fantastic attitude (even thought it was in the evening). He spent nearly 7 hours finishing the task, and he did a fantastic job. He made a trip to Home Depot to find a part that he didn't have - in order to be certain that the job was done properly. It was great talking to him. He is a very nice man, and he knows his stuff! He was exceptional.
This place is really a joke. My husband called yesterday to get an appointment for our residence. Our bath was leaking and there wasn't any way to prevent it other than just to turn off the main. That left us without running water (with two adults and a toddler ). Anyhow, roto stated they'd be at our house day, involving 6-10pm. A hour window. Got into 10pm, no one was here. I called and they said guy got hung up on a job, he would still be out but they didn't know when. They called me to say someone may be over. Uhhh, no. Sorry, we decided to go with someone else. Called Abbott's pluming today, got home and the guy was sitting in the front of my house ready to work. Next time I call Abbott's to start with.
OBrian #742 came out at 8pm on a Sunday night to fix a copy in our kitchen sink which overflowed our bathroom sink. He was very efficient, and prompt. all queries that were answered, then went round the house to check other pipes connections and make recommendations for corrections to our old residence. Glad to have this problem resolved , although me leveled.
I talked to Roto-Rooter to get a plumbing problem and that I explained to them the problem requires a line which is longer than 130 feet. I left the cancellation of another firm because the customer service stated that the technicians are currently coming outside and of this roto-rooter called. However, after waiting another 40 minutes, they called back and explained they don't have a line which is 100 feet. This caused me a significant problem as now I've neither company here to fix the problem. Truly disorganized for such a business.
We have. He whined that dirt and water was piled up through his shower drain. I called several local plumbers who said until they could escape, it'd be in the day or maybe tomorrow. I decided to start a load of laundry error, water poured into his shower almost overflowing the basin of our standing shower! He discovered a blockage in our principal line. He had us up and cleared the lineup and running in under an hour. He worked together with us on the price. Fantastic company!
