The tech was great, '' he advised me to repair the problem. He also recommended one way which would cost somewhat more, but stop repairs later.
Although we were prepared to make the decision to proceed, the July 4th weekend began.
We had to have the repairs done by a different firm, only because we were unable to receive a tech from Aqua Science to make the repairs.
Having a hot water heater I wanted to get in touch with a company who understood how to repair the water heater. I contacted Aqua Science who delivered a tech.
He set up my R.O System.

I was anxious about spending the money. But we am SO happy we did. We LOVE it. It has made our backyard so usable. It drops the temperature so much. Not to mention the cool effect it'd visually... But that's just an added bonus
My water softener had been working until lately, so I called this company and paid for a technician to have a peek at my water softener. He did nothing except to tell me I needed to replace everything or else install a softener that was brand new. Both prices were basically the same, around $2,000.00. My issue was that the technician was completely unfriendly spent zero time diagnosing and didn't turn off the softener as I asked. I basically threw the money with this poor tech out
I scheduled a Consultation with a 4 hour and the person called to notify me when He'd arrive I then received a text with his Image and a bio for the individual that would be coming Then I received a bill for $25 for an Yearly filter membership and $60 and after I whined the filter membership fee was credited by him

When he came on time that I showed him where the filter was and then we walked to my garage (20feet away)
It was only expected that I pay it
This isn't the least expensive system out there. They start at around $2500. You can get something for a good deal less, but you'll end up bloated, dripped onclogged nozzles, etc.. This system is around 1000 PSI, which results in a very find like you would see in a restaurant or entertainment park mist/fog.
If you'd like a quality, enjoyable mist strategy, this can be an outfit you have to speak to.
We are blown away by how amazing Aqua Science has been so much better.
We put up an appointment, also saw their misting system cited in a magazine. Joseph talked us through the choices and came out. We settled on a system that'll mist our pool and future pergola, in addition to fog our pool. They came out today and put in the terrace and pool parts, and we want it was 100° to check... it looks FANTASTIC! The whole procedure has been easy.
. Morning rescheduled for Saturday they did not show up. We called and texted, took us some time to get a hold of someone who said there was a plumbing emergency and we had been called by them . This is a total lie - no calls, no voicemail. Steer clear of this company then and as they waste your time don't get the job finished. Very unreliable and incredibly unprofessional. Looking through the other reviews I can see I am not alone.
I called their office to provide my feedback, but the individual who received the telephone is on claim, instead having listening skills and taking notes on what customer says, he was protecting his technician, stating that the technician was a specialist and his view was fine, and he'll send a better technician expert, who'll do exactly the same (sell products and bill for their offerings ). I asked to not send anyone.
Last month, I called to have a support to my existing water heater, the technician who came, talked to his supervisor for half of an hour after seeing the system (he's not experienced enough to open the system to support it). He cut on a drip line and place a stopper at the end and ceased the system (disconnected the power). Instead cleaning the softener, he had been pushing me to market a brand new system (since he ceased the water softening function at my house ) which is 3 times more expensive than what we buy in amazon. So, I got a sells person sent to me. The guy ship the offer for a brand new system along with an invoice for his visit. I did not get support that is required.
Great job installing misters for us. They were fair and the service was great we'd Chris as a tech and he did an superb job with setup and showing us the way to utilize the machine. We both had with the put in a break in the middle and one system's done out patio. Great job!
I understand that where it's needed, the technician should attempt to sell work and have my own service company but I do not force my technicians to sell within the job to earn money.
Overall I think they sell fantastic products and provide decent service but that which I haven't enjoyed about them in the last few years is that they arrive from your house and attempt to upsell you and that is good for them but unfair to the customer and makes me believe looking elsewhere for support.
My principal reason for supplying this evaluation isn't due to their end outcomes that are awesome, but more around their customer service. Dan and communicative and Jake we professional, fine, really aware of putting things back in place, things were cleaned up, trash taken with them! They were always on time and when they were delayed they allow me know in advance. I would strongly suggest Aqua Science for any of plumbing requirements or your RO, you will not be let down!
I used this company the first time about a year ago to do the maintenance on our RO, because the other firm it was originally bought from, would not service it due to age who and desired us to purchase a brand new one. So two decades after and Aqua Science's 2nd maintenance our RO is still functioning fine! I called them back to install a kitchen faucet AND that the pump they spoke to me about which is awesome. . .we now have warm water almost immediately after turning it on. It's great!
Chris S did a superb job installing a 1GPM mist program for my backyard. There were some complex aspects with a pergola and 2nd connect location, but he made it seem simple. Highly recommended!!
Decided lately to have a misting system installed on our back patio to fight the heat. The machine work fine, as advertised and assured, my wife was pleased with the outcome. I had been not and in Colorado through the setup present where the pump could be positioned when they determined. As soon as I got home the pumping mechanism was not exactly where I want it and I contacted Aqua science and mentioned my concern. They sent Cody who did the initial install, their tech , back out to remedy the problem. He remedied the problem but left us with advice on maintaining the system going forward. This company is interested they're professionals!! Highly recommend them
Install of backyard misting system was seamless and installer was very helpful having the app setup.
They have present technologies, install on schedule and prices are competitive. Aquascience is the way to go.
Love this business a day and age where customer service is at an all time LOW this business delivers every time and steps up. . The only suggestion I would have is the men and women who perform the scheduling must look at a map and know where they are currently sending their technicians love this organization and their customer service
Very educated and professional. I got an email with the name AND picture. He was on time and wearing proper credentials with photo ID. Every facet of this project that was planned was explained clearly and he made sure we knew everything.
Several years been using this business. Something over ten. Scheduled apparatus for water softener RO and hot water heater. The cost that is told is $235. Reluctantly agreed. Technician was decided the Hot water heater anode rod although nice. Quotation $29.95 and has been charged additional $129 for installment if already there and removed. Part can be bought at Home Depot for $19.95. Serious price gouging going on particularly if part of regularly scheduled maintenance. Very unsatisfactory. Avoid at all costs!
The installation of that new system was good. Regrettably the water spikot was faulty however Aqua Science offered to instantly replace it. I had been so impressed with his customer service and attention to detail, If the guy came to set up the spikot. I would strongly recommend these men if you're trying to set up a new system or have a routine maintenance contract.
