We jumped to update our Biltmore terrace home. We struck every hiccup on a remodel you can imagine including sewer lines. Elite Rooter came & installed new sewer pipe using a high tech of threading the new pipe w/out needing to jackhammer the entire floor invent out. Soros & frank were meticulous & thorough . They went above & beyond to make the experience as pleasant ( which is a feat in itself) as successful as possible as quickly as possible. They spent additional time & hours to find out in which the"problem" was to mend & pass inspection though it was the poor plumbing work formerly done.

Elite Rooter was quick to diagnose the pipes back and very reasonably priced up problem and managed to come out.

I had a plumbing issue that had to be addressed and submitted the project. Elite Rooter was able to provide the accessibility that is soonest that same morning and that I had a plumber at my house. Had an appointment set up and was told they'd appear between 4pm and 5pm. At approximately 445 I called to confirm they were coming and was told to anticipate them between 4 and 6 and I was the next stop. We had a clog in our sink that our snake could not reach. We reached out to technicians on Yelp and Elite Rooter gave us fastest response time and the best price. They came out the day and got our drain running . They are quick and reasonably priced! We are quite happy with them.

The Elite Rooter team proved very high quality. We have a stomach in among our drain lines that they jetwashed, unblocked and checked with a camera. Will call them when I have any drain requirements.

This was the rooter provider in town that had a $99 sewer scope fee. This is exceedingly frequent in Denver. We have a firm called rooter that is $99. The scope of the work is only worth $99. We now have this service completed with property inspection. I have a real estate company in Denver. When I purchased a house in Phoenix the companies all were prepared to charge over $200! This is really to require less than 30 minutes to find a clean outside or pull a toilet, run some water, then run the scope camera (that resembles a hose) down the sewer line to where it drops into the town line, then turn off the water and then pull back the camera gradually checking out the line and tape. It's a job that is simple. The very first time I attempted to use this business they called on the day of and were likely to be over an hour missing their appointment and the woman not answered. I was in from out of town and my appointment period was important to me. The second scope interview went well and the technician that they sent out was very knowledgeable.

Drew came right at the beginning of the time window I had been told to expect. Very considerate, neat, informative. He obtained the drain emptied but was concerned there might be problems so sent for a different plumber named Tim who was also considerate, neat, and informative. He gave me recommendations for drain functionality and then also brought a camera to look into the drain. I managed to use that made the experience better and since there is a 30-day work guarantee, that made it much better. But they do not offer a paper copy of this estimate so that may be an issue for some since they will only email it--I think there must always be a newspaper choice if asked --Plus, there was some issue with the computer therefore 12 hours later, I have yet to obtain the reception and estimate for extra work I'm considering...

Job by Jorge, much appreciated. We had an issue with the shower that had almost quit draining and needed aid. At which I thought we may require a new disposal, it cleared and then went to our sink. A bit of plastic which had wedged the blades was, surprise, after a few attempts, dislodged and functioning just like new. Quick service, excellent price and excellent work from a personable plumber. We've had a problem with our two master bathroom sinks well. We dragged our feet using it addressed as we feared it might be something major related to your inadequate and remodel plumbing work. We got to a stage where neither sink was draining all, and Soro was recommended by friend of ours. We found Soro to be educated, thorough and honest. The price was quite reasonable for the job. Enjoy Joel and Soro here. I just moved to this home and had to find drain cleans out so I really could drain my pool. They located it brought it for me to ground level and 6ft underground dug it up. They were very professional and courteous and informative. They allow me to know what they do. I believe they were very affordable and did not nickel and dime me. I would recommend these guys. Before I call anybody else They'll be my go to guys.

We had a significant kitchen sink clog/backup, saturday morning. We tried all the regular homeowner solutions, like baking soda, boiling vinegar, and water and sunrise liquid detergent and diving, it wouldn't budge. To be honest, I called 2 other places to be told me that they do not work !! Isn't that when you want them the most? So I called Elite Rooter Phoenix. Joel arrived hour later and a little over. He was very professional, and did a superb job. He tried to spare some cash by checking the main sewer tap outside, but that was so explained to me what his sole option was and the cost. When I want them again I won't be afraid to call.

We Predicted Elite Rooter Outside to our condo complex at about 5 on a Saturday and Brian arrived within an hour. Another plumber had already been called by a different owner in the complicated and they could not correct the issue. They wanted $900 to remove the toilet to snake! The difficulty was so we called Elite Rooter for a second opinion. They need to have become the very first call. Not only were they fast to arrive, Brian was nice and he knew what he do. He also fixed the issue. The cost was reasonable. If Brian is accessible, We'll absolutely call them and determine.
