Our exposure to Done Right was the day my wife was going to give birth. I realized we had no hot water upon attempting to fill out the tub. According to a neighbors recommendation I called Done . After briefly describing our plight and how we had help straight away, John came rushing out to save the day. He came at 6, and worked to another 90 minutes on our own water heater to get it producing hot water. He has been plumber of choice because.
We've had Done Right straight out to fix faucets, bathrooms, hose bibs, etc.. Anything plumbing related we know we can count at Done Right on John and his team. My wife and I, together with our now 4 year old son, cannot recommend these folks enough! Great work, reasonable prices, and service!

Really techs that are cluttered and dirty, lazy team, Expensive, Late, Late. Incomplete e and job
Stay away from these guys. Not sure how they've got their license.

Do not employ. The plumber they sent out we later found out was a subcontractor. He gave us a quotation that was inline with other bids we'd. We compensated the next day for the service that was launched and not completed as promised.
Promises and Many days turned in months. We are left with a pipe and hole in our walls.

Time using this company. Every time I called they were out over a couple of hours. They provide quality service that I've been able to trust. This time Caleb ( I hope I spelled his name right) and Harry came out to install a tankless water heater this moment. Prior to the they installed sinks and new bathrooms. Initially a pipe was mended by them . They have been and will continue to function as plumbing company.

I wish we had been warned by someone.
Buyer beware. They do not stand behind their own work. We hired them and they damaged our plumbing. We asked them to come back out and they said they were traveling for another 6 months. We have to hire someone to come out and fix their errors.

The plumber was called for a water heater issue. The water heatier wasn't heating the water . He shifted the temperature to a high setting (that is not recommended- just masking the underlying issue ), forced it to operate hard and it broke in under a week.

This must be my encounter with a plumber I've ever had.
In the afternoon of August 3rd, a plumber named Judd came here and performed the fix. During the fix, Judd showed me some minor damage to some recently-installed $19 (Mixet brand) stem which he said he had repaired as part of the repair required to prevent the leaking.
I tried politely asking the owner several questions. The repair invoice only said"Repaid Mixet Shower Valve." It became evident that the above part which prices"over $50" was not installed--let alone any new pieces. I was advised that I should be aware that they'd helped me out by doing a supposedly normally-priced $280 fix for $130. I also was told they"warrantee" they function so when the problem persisted they would help me. Despite the rather rude nature of the proprietor's emails, I decided to just let things go to not make things embarrassing when I needed the plumber to return.
I contacted that company 15, Following the escape came worse than. On August 6th, to notify them of the faulty fix, I emailed both the owner and the plumber who did the fix (Judd). The owner emailed me back saying Judd would touch base with me. Two hours later, Judd amazes me stating that if the escape had come back, then I would have to pay them and they would use $65 of the $130 paid towards the fix. I replied to Judd, telling him that I would never have paid $ 130 and that I did not have that sort of cash. So much for the proprietor's"We warrantee our work."
Update on 8/15: A plumber did the fix the way for just $65 labor and arrived. He confirmed Done Right hadn't installed so that he had to purchase another at Home Depot a brand new Mixet stem. He said that Done Right was one of the most crazy things he heard! I asked Done Right to repay 100 of the wasted $130.
On August 2nd, I started communicating with the owner (Jenny) of Done Right Plumbing through text after getting a response to my project petition on Thumbtack. The issue I was facing was that of a flow in my tub faucet. I stated that I couldn't afford to pay more than $130 total and should the fix would cost more than this, we would have to wait to have our trusted handyman take a look. The owner proceeded to inform me that a brand new plumbing part--which costs in excess of $50--was going to have to be set up and they would fix my issue. The owner told me that she would appreciate me writing a favorable review for a way of saying thanks and that she gave me a price break with this fix.

She arrived and did our tile back splash in our kitchen! The work quality was exceptional, she was punctual and professional and very helpful! Done Right Plumbing is highly recommended by me!

John (owner) spent a good deal of quality time answering my queries on the telephone. Showed up to the second on time. He did a great job installing my water heater which he recommended to me. In addition, he gave me a six year labour guarantee (in his own cost ) over and beyond the water heaters six year guarantee. I'm fully expecting that I won't be needing warrant but if I do I feel convinced John will return and honor his assurance and treat me. This man has his act together and I have no hesitations recommending his firm.

If you don't hire this provider if you require ANY plumbing work completed, you're doing yourself a disservice. I've worked with a range of technicians over the years, and these men are the best. That said, I had a plumbing job. I had three other plumbing firms it might take anywhere from 3-6 hours to finish, and all did not look confident that they could finish the task. "Done Right" had their technician Jake come out.... The job was perfectly completed by him ! The business is blessed to have him as he's an worker! Quick, efficient, moderate and the work is top notch. As I said, do yourself a favor and use this company. I will be referring them to family or any friends and I will just use these guys!

Jenny went above and beyond to correct our shower tile. Our shower had mold and sealing. We utilized some different sellers and grout doctor previously. She had been the individual that properly grouted the places which needed it and cleaned out and took the time to determine the cause of the problem the mould. She secured areas that we didn't even know and the shower were an issue and repaired. This is an example of someone who takes pride in their own job and knows what they are doing. We're extremely happy with her job and she was also a joy to use. She is highly recommended by me!

We'd issue with our clogging and we predicted Done Right Plumbing after taking a look at the reviews. John came out earlier the time which has been granted, even on the weekend. The drain removed and provided to the line to camera, we didn't have a clean out and one needed to be installed. We received a quote and we chose to get the job done. It had been done with in 48 hours and my lawn had been dug up and put back better than they way it was discovered by them. The cost was just the sum of the estimate, without any hidden fees. Another plumber might have benefit from this situation, John didn't. Good work at a cost that is reasonable. I will be using and advocating Done Right for all of our plumbing needs.

Done Right can be my go to Plumber about town for all my rental properties and has an excellent team in place! Service in the office and in the field.
