Fantastic Job! We will will use.
Great service. In the girl that took the first call to the follow up by Hailee. The guy who came out was Landon, he had been enlightening and engaging. He looked very professional and was polite and very nice.

That all happened on October 22nd. Because the kitchen sink once again backed up I called. I was told that there would be no charge for the service of today. After the technology showed up, '' he told me there was another charge of $335 or I could sign up for their"membership" for $285 and now's call could be"totally free". The technician said about not being charged, I was misinformed. They had me over a barrel. What was I supposed to do with a backed up sink but to pay to get it unclogged.
I was in a rush. I predicted Sunny Plumbing on the advice of a co-worker. They customer service representative said I was following in the queue and a technician would be in my home between 6:00 and 3:00. Not sure why there was 3 hour interval if I was following in the queue, but I left work I a hurry. The plumber hadn't revealed or called. I called the customer support line and was advised the plumber could be at home and finished his previous occupation. He showed 7:30 then started talking an inspection. I stated due to a stopped up sink, I predicted. Then he quoted me a cost of $335.
On October 23rd, one of the directors, Jason, called me to discuss the scenarios. My faith in this company and their customer support has been restored! Jason told me that the rep which gave me the information. Since I registered in the maintenance program I was also assured a refund of the service call. I'm quite delighted wythis resolution!

That sounds rather expensive for an easy clean out but what do I know? I'm unhappy about the wait or the confusion of this service telephone or the cost.
The plumbing to my barbecue gas line had rusted thru and it has only been a few months old. I reported it to Geottle company they sent another plumber he replaced all of components including getting plumbing tape, hope it lasts!
I hired a handyman, A week later. Went to Lowes and spent $40 on parts. It took him less than 20 minutes to replace all 4 closed off valves.
You have got to be kidding me. $ closed off valves, $800 to replace a bathroom sink. What a ripoff.
YES, SUNNY PLUMBER WAS GOING TO CHARGE A CITIZEN ON A SMALL PENSION $
If I had that choice, would give it no stars. TERRIBLE organization to work with. Son called them to have them come out to look in a within our house he's living in with his loved ones. They assessed the work came, said they could not go in through the roof with all the snake to unclog it but would have to take out the bathroom and go through the plumbing that way. Was $815 and they said we could find someone else that could do it cheaper. Turning company off, that is a brand new one for me. Charged him to assess what needed to be done. Called another plumber who snaked through the roof for $115 and also did not have to eliminate the bathroom. Avoid it at all costs!
Very bad service and over priced, they charged $218.00 to install a garbage disposal that I bought, and that was at a price. When I phoned and spoke with a manager his attitude was"what do you want me to do about it". Definitely don't use this company, check Rosie on the home to acquire an affordable, friendly plumber.
The absolute worst decision of my life was trusting The Sunny Plumber. Hands I've ever dealt with. They lied about what was needed, lied about what insurance would cover, they robbed us blind, and then completely disappeared when we needed the help they promised coping with our insurance provider. It was months of hounding them only to get documentation. We ended up having to sell our house to escape the huge debt that they left us . Then, to top it off, the review revealed they had CRACKED our FOUNDATION which decreased our house's value.
STAY AWAY FROM THE SUNNY PLUMBER! They're pure evil.
Best Plumbing Firm EVER!!!!! We'd The Sunny Plumber outside to put in an RO system and a water milder in our new home and let me just say what a fantastic experience. The customer service from the office has been fantastic and quite easy to envision an appointment. The dispatch team needed the Plumber Matthew outside to our home early and bright. Matthew was quite professional, clean, courteous, and also wore while going in and out of the property his sneakers covers. Matthew explained everything in great detail. The sunny Plumber is defiantly affordable. My husband and I didn't feel pressured at all. Since then My husband and I've told our neighbors, friends and anybody who will hear our experience with The Sunny Plumber. We will call the Sunny Plumber for ALL our plumbing needs!!!
Our Sunny Plumber Steven arrived. He proceeded to exam and advise us about each plumbing mechanism which enables water to enter our property. While our property is still new (less than 2 years old) and still had no issues to be concerned about, his insight in to how I can quickly correct a sometimes slow draining faucet brought on by my gel teeth-whitening kit has been super helpful and appreciative. When/if I have any plumbing needs, I will call the Sunny Plumber and ask for Steven to return!! Fantastic job Steven/Sunny Plumber!
OH MY GOODNESS WHAT A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!!!When I was employed I worked for almost 40 years for the federal government. During my tenure I handled tens of thousands of customer service representatives. In all my time in service I never encountered people pleasant and more thoughtful, or kinder than Landon and Robert. These men were REALLY
I never thought I'd say that about a plumbing repair. We were lucky to be the primary customers of the day for Robert and repairmen Landon out of Sunny Plumber. They were VERRRRRY type, technically proficient, and professional and personable.
Plus they were not just nice, they also knew exactly what they do! They took their time to describe my aunt of the repairs and made recommendations for work to avoid a mould problem.
I just can't find nice things to say out of Sunny Plumbers about Robert and Landon! They were the personification of customer service professionals! YOU HAVE REALLY GOT TWO KEEPERS SUNNY PLUMBERS!
I'm a retired senior executive and I came to visit my aunt. While here, she had a flow under her kitchen sink so we predicted Sunny Plumber.
Our plumber Matt was great. He did a great job of cleaning out our bathroom sink drain, and was considerate. He left it cleaner than he ever discovered it and draining well, although it was dreadful. The well for several decades has not drained.
Landon was the technician/plumber that came into our house flush out our hot water heater and to do a review. He was professional, knowledgeable and shared some tips with us that other firms had not. We will use their service.
Landon did a great job and was very professional. We are members with Sunny/Goettl so far we like it.
The amount was refunded by them rather than disclose how much they truly charged for 30 minutes of real work for labor. And to avoid an accepted review.
Our Expertise Using The Sunny Plumber's Mike and Seth was Fantastic. Seth took the time to perform quality work, going through the work with me to make sure I was comfortable with what was done and even staying late into the day.
Seth noticed the pressure whilst doing the other work more than usual because he worked at night. He mentioned it about how that might be a testament to the end devices along with the pipes themselves. It turned out that a"vibrating pipes" problem that we had been having with one of our showers was likely the result of extra pressure. Note that our excess isn't only a couple PSI, but twice, based on day's time. When he came back to test the work, Seth put in a pressure reducing valve and then adjusted it. He did quality work and reviewed it . What is even better is that I have yet to listen to the pipes make the awful"rattling" sound ever since that time.
In addition to the superior plumbing work, I loved them taking the time.
I noticed a couple of years ago that several, but not all, homes in our neighborhood had what seemed on the water line going into the house. I learned what those likely were when"high water pressure" came up in a health check of our plumbing. (When we used Goettl to replace a failed air conditioner a couple years ago, they checked out a couple of things). I never thought it was important, therefore we didn't to it afterward. I mean, who doesn't enjoy enough pressure?
Seth had called ahead to let me understand what was happening, so I loved that and we got started a little late with the job, although things happened at another site. I am unfamiliar with needing to cope with whatever the previous person did to fix a problem and doing repairs. Sometimes things take more time than anticipated, but keeping me informed rather than leaving me wondering what exactly was happening is exactly how it must have been treated.
Easy to Program. Showed up as promised. Enlightening and informative. Very patient with my distractions (children and yapping puppies ).
Great support.
After we have the install I'll write another review.
I highly recommend The Sunny Plumber for water treatment systems or all your plumbing. We are getting a complete house R.O. System. I can't wait! It's affordable, and we won't have to use bottled water.
It was simple to book a consultation. I didn't feel they tried to sell any merchandise. The sunny plumber was educated and understood what product would best fit your own requirements.
I guess a upgrade that is late is better for yelp viewers than no upgrade! Short narrative, following the Sunny Plumber soaked us to get about $2500 of work and quoting $14k on really"fixing" the matter, we brought in a different company who 1) understood what they were doing, 2) was much less damaging to our home than Sunny's approach, and 3) was actually 1/3 the price. Tried solve with a supervisor and to call Sunny, but never got a call back. Read my sad tale under...
How do I know that? Because the opinion company came out to have a look at the job and ran a free camera review. Within 5 minutes I was told by them what occurred. The Orangeburg piping had deteriorated and smashed at the edge of the expansion and at the foundation footer. Literally this man immediately nailed it, and BTW was put on when they finally awakened to it into pipe burst in a new segment of sewer pipe (the component that was really needed).
Where the difficulties were the guys water jetted the line beneath the home. He exclaimed they did a fantastic job on the whole house jet when Vic came out to re-camera the job.
This tech was not able to get things going and said a camera crew required to check things out. He sold the merits of the"member program" or whatever they call it, that would include the clean-out and a camera, saving us hundreds of $. Ok.
(quick notehe had no blade on the snake and attempted to convince me that the threaded end flopping around did"a great a job" as the cutter blade that comes with the gear. You see, those blades I had been told were very pricey, and all trucks weren't outfitted by The Sonny Plumber together with the part that goes on the end of the snake.
Long story short, Sunny plumber didn't diagnose the issue properly, sold me over $2100 of unnecessary service, could have trenched throughout my home to"fix" the issue (so my flooring would seem hacked), and ended up charging me another $14K to really fix it.
Out comes Victor the camera man. He puts within a couple feet from the exterior enough there's plant issue climbing into the piping. And we can really see where some of the piping was decayed... but that is where the"investigation" ends.
So after gushing about how Sunny Plumber was, and BTW Evan was awesome for helping us becoming briefly up and running, a turn that is poor is taken by the narrative from there. The exact same issue came back two weeks later again. Another technician came out to snake out the line.
Immediately I'm told by Vic this will be expensive, at least 40k, just due to their job. We needed the iron piping replaced throughout the whole house. We saw the way the pipe has been decayed, it was likely like that during the home (isn't his camera job to really find out?!?) . Vic really puts it on thick, goes on and on about it. But wait, The Sunny Plumber can help us out... They can water jet the whole home for us for only $2100. Vic clarified this could let us put off the complete pipe replacement for a year, possibly five; so we consented.
I would really like to ask Mr. Goodrich if Vic had been"Sadie-certified".
I attempted to solve... Called The Sunny Plumber many times to talk to a supervisor and at least get back the $2100 for its unnecessary whole home water jet. Of course there was never a supervisor accessible, but who did they have call? The man that sold me services that are unnecessary in the first location, vic.
What Vic thought were decayed iron pipes in the 1970's expansion on the home, were the Orangeburg. The Iron pipes were fine, so had he looked beyond the first blockage first time, he would have seen the recommended $2100 whole house water jet was a total waste of cash.
Had no idea until recently (when we called for a/c servicing) they had a plumbing side. Andrew and Chris (manager) arrived an hour and a half after my initial call that was super quick, to unclog our kitchen sink. Our pipes backs up in the kitchen around every couple of years and each time, a snake has run through the vent pipe on the roof. Chris promised me that they had to go in through the clean-out below the sink. This has been a problem since the cap is suspended into the pipe with crud and there are lots of turns that are hard-to-access once the snake is at the wall. Andrew worked tirelessly to have the suspended cap off the out and finally had success. The pipe was totally filled with nothing and sludge has been getting through. We had a debate about our plumbing system and our future plumbing needs might be down the road. Solve and they conducted a camera to try some of the puzzle of our plumbing system has been put together back in 1955. $299 per year to have 2 a/c units serviced plus there is a 20 stage plumbing review a fairly darn good bargain and they did a marvelous job! The sink clog including all the extra things that they did and the time that they spent chatting with us cost under $100. Seriously?! Both Chris and Andrew were kind and professional and did not gouge our budget. For that we're very grateful! We are hooked and dedicated Goettl/ Sunny Plumber lovers!!
PLEASE PLEASE, stay far away in the Shady Plumber. We had trouble getting everything to fit back together and had a little leak that we attempted fixing ourselves. Sunny came and told us that our water needed rotted a hole by means of the valve that he showed me, also quoted $1,400 to replace the whole valve, plus the price of a subcontractor to come and rip the tile from our shower. They have been scheming about how to think of a endeavor that is more expensive. A cam conducted through the sewer and quoted $15,000 had to replace our sewer line.
They run on a script and don't stop. They talked about water softeners, which I agree could be necessary for our house and that I was interested in hearing. He started with details on the level and worked his way up. After getting halfway through his description of the 2nd level unit, my wife attempted to stop himsaying"I think that's enough, we would only need the cheaper version." They are. SHOP LOCAL DO NOT TRUST THESE FOLKS, and ALWAYS GET A 2ND QUOTE!
Once Sunny left, the rep began calling me every 20 minutes attempting to get me to dedicate to the job they quoted to start - they desired to start digging the sewer up that same afternoon! Large pressure, clearly working on commission, and legally making repairs that don't need to be done up. They'd my spouse and she'd been there certainly would have been duped into signing off on of their ridiculous work and quotes.
I got a 2nd opinion, and the other plumber stated that there isn't anything wrong only an old part of spring stuck back there which is why it wouldn't match. He DID N'T have to rip our bathroom apart and also fixed it. The 2nd opinion stated we could probably use a new hot water heater but it's certainly not as dire as Sunny described (Quote $1,000 to substitute, in comparison to $1,733 from Sunny for the exact same replacement). I exaggerating and will be having the other plumbers take a look at the sewer as I am sure Sunny was gouging.
