Not prepared to do this, I called Matt Farmer in Armstrong and that he came out....ON TIME. . .spent a couple of hours on the house and finally found the escape! He then got the parts and fixed the leak in record time! He explained exactly what he was planning to do and he went to take action. He was back to be certain everything was fixed and the leak was fixed!

Mark was quite proficient and figured out that I had a new one right away, he get my sink and then even had a brand new one on his truck so he managed to replace it. Matt did a great job fixing and identifying a leak for me. He had been out to my home over an hour of my call, and his price was great. I will use Armstrong when I need a plumber.

Yes, the fix call was to replace the shower cartridge to block the leak. But it expectation that everything has to function the way it had been after the shower cartridge has been replaced. The simple fact that the water temperature is lower than before the fix means that the occupation is incomplete. When I attempted to take the shower, I discovered that in the day. Your plumber did ask me"if the water is warm enough" but he requested without circumstance. I had been working while he had been doing the fix. He requested me to come over to feel that the water to determine whether it is"hot enough". I went and felt believing he is doing some regular check..the water felt so hot so I answered"Yes". I had no clue what he was trying to do and that he did not tell me. If he asked me"Here is the hottest temperature setting. Is the water warm enough?" . I would have said"No, it is not hot enough because the hottest temperature setting initially is higher". He just asked me without any circumstance. Sure, maybe I should have asked him exactly what his question's circumstance is awaiting. However, I didn't know better as I was busy working without understanding the context, and that I responded. Additionally, he had been throwing out"F WORDS" while functioning and ignored some questions I asked himit made me feel very uncomfortable to stay nearby to see him perform and I attempted to leave him alone. So you completely dismiss what your plumber did and took my response not to stand behind and guarantee your job. I don't think that's fair and professional.
Sure you mended the trickle, but my maximum water temperature was messed up by you and you are asking me to pay a trip fee to fix what you messed up. It's insane and unreasonable. Think about that from my standpoint instead of just from your own point of view when you were also not there with your own plumber.
If I could give, it is a zero star. They do not honor their job and need extra trip fee to fix what they did not do properly in the first location. It's terrible.
I also did not mention that your plumber's work let air into my pump and it's not working. I did not ask you to fix this. ALL I am asking is to restore back the maximum water temperature that is original since it is supposed to be. You would like to charge $125 to return to repair something that has been changed by your plumber in the first location. That does not make sense for me since the job is incomplete in the first location. It ought to have been done beneath your labor guarantee.

Have to Yelp-out at professionalism fixing trapped & this business because of his patience to get Matt, calcified valves in my 85-year old moms shower. Following his site visit he scheduled & pick-up is purchased by components with no hourly charges that were additional. She was also concerned about bathroom mechanisms that were inner but he assessed out hers and said she did not need to waste any money - that was working fine. So 5-***** on the honesty, customer service & professionalism scale!! Thanks Matt!
