Saturday night. Not a good situation...
I reviewed Yelp to find a good firm, and"Water Heaters Only" looked like the best choice. Not only were they a reasonable price to get a new furnace, but the coordinator (Christian) was responsive and we have things setup for the next morning (Sunday).
I know who to call if I do, although I hope I don't need to have my water heater replaced any time soon!
The technology (Danny) came right on time and was dealing with a complex setup. He worked for many hours to get this done quite professionally, and I could not have been happier with the result.

Water heaters only came out a couple of hours. Same day service is excellent. My tech Michael was considerate and professional. That is my second time with W.H.O. And everything went smoothly.

Mike and Chris came out to install my brand new water heater. This is the second time I've gone through WHO for a water heater. The service was top notch. All they did was explained beforehand so I knew exactly what I got. Chris and Mike were profesional capable, and favorable. WHO can be highly recommended by me.

Rude customer service, parked in my assigned place to do some one else's water heater and when I was compelled to have to attempt and put my truck to some one-car garage and messed up my mirror that the proprietor says that he will not do a damn thing about it. I hope nobody uses this business just do He will not own up to his employees mistake

We're very happy with Water Heaters Only. We found out our warm water had stopped working when we return from a camping trip on Labor Day. I predicted , they picked up the telephone immediately and could send somebody out that afternoon - on Labor Day. We had a new water heater installed and a reasonable quote and the old one removed in just about an hour! Pat with Water Heathers stored our Holiday weekend!

Aja out of Water Heaters Only replaced our broken water heater onto 9.19.18 and he couldn't have been more helpful, educated, or even professional. Situations like these can be stressful but he came out calling WHO and within another few hours had the heater ready to go over an hour. Aja was so adaptable, so we can sort our a mess with our property manager that is terrible even if we had to place him. He accommodated our situation and after he had the green light, we had water . He went over everything he did and even educated us of steps we must take to prevent strain on the heater that was and the way to follow along to accomplish that. Theses urgent and situations can be stressful, As I said and sometimes you are at the mercy of whatever firm is available but we couldn't be more happy that we picked Water Heaters Only and'd this thing is attended by Aja - such a relief. We found out that they have been in operation and it is not surprise- professional, dependable firm.

Our gasoline valve dropped after 1.5 decades. I called to request a tech to come out to fix it. The salesman promised it would cost 159 for a trip out and that they would bring the part. The guy shows up without the part and says they'll have to control 259 and that he'd have to return another day to install it. 4 days after our appointment is set up for 4-7pm for install of their component and they call . I called the office to ask why they were and the woman apologized stating that the tech would be here at 4. The tech calls at 2pm and says he's a half hour away. He gets here and is significantly less than agreeable in his introductions and then I asked that he drain the furnace completely before installing the component (that's what the last tech recommended we do) and he denied. LIES ALL AROUND. I'VE HAD BETTER LUCK WITH COMPANIES THAN! 0/10 if it was an option.

I phoned water heaters only and within 4 hours they had someone out to replace my water heater. Chris, the service tech, was very professional and in 2 hours had my water heater installed and working. This company is quite fair and easy to handle.

Pat said he can not match my own water heater and his truck was full and disposal was not included. WHAT!? They said they'd take back my older heater in that time, hired them to perform the install then.
They are overpriced and the superior water heater you're likely to get isn't known by you. Home Depot beat their price by a heater compared to what these men install, took away my old furnace, 12 year warranty, and $300.
1. They give quotes over the phone say they do not quote over the phone and show up. Afterward, the quotation is considerably higher. It's also higher than every other quote I got from every plumber.
Then they offerred me a quote for the install which was $1,859 1,759. This quotation was more expensive than the initial quote even though I'd already paid them.

Water Heaters Only quoted me about 1600 for replacement of my own water heater. I explained that I needed to de-install it, do some fix, then re-install it. They quoted me $260ish for the de-install and a $100 credit if they are chosen by me for the install. They didn't really ask me much and I didn't know what to talk about. Pat said the price was too low because a valve required to be replaced and immediatly showed up. He sad the valve replacement would cost an extra $100. The labor was under an hour and a ball valve prices very little. Randy credited me $60 for the miss-communication so I was only out an extra $40. So I was stuck, I'd the drywall removal men coming.

I had been directed to Valerie. She was sweet polite and knowledgable. She set me up within minutes to get a water heater-same day. Aija Harris, A few of hours later, came at the doorway. He was respectful and super clean because deliver the water heater and he had to bring outside the old water heater through our kitchen. He had been careful not or scratch on our hardwood floors, he helped me move my table. His setup is superb! He knows precisely what he is doing and does not rush the job. I could tell he takes pride in what he can. We're so happy we went with Water Heaters Only. Our experience was exceptional and when I could give them an additional star, I would! I can not say enough good things about this organization and the people they hire. At the very moment I knew exactly who to call. A year prior, a gentlemen came over to light that the light and provide a quote to us. Our water heater was 16 years old, it was just a matter of time until it expired.

I called Water Heaters Only since my plumber recommended them, saying"they are the only company I use", and I have a lot of respect for my own plumber. Pat was early and didn't complain once I hesitated to get the installation completed - ! Very considerate, neat and clean work...Ipersonally, like my plumber, highly recommend!

They could answer all my questions and arrange for an installation of a new water heater the same afternoon. Pat, the installer, cleanly and worked fast and communicated. After finishing, he answered all our questions and went over the. I went due to the reviews with the business and because they provide the warranty servicing should any problems arise.

Very impressed with exactly the day service Water Heaters Only supplied. Chris was quite knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Was clean and nicely done. He took the opportunity to describe the reason why it was required and what we do to deliver my water heater to code. I will use this company for any future needs.

Water Heaters Only did a great job replacing our water heater. They match us quickly in their schedule. Chris and Milton worked while explaining to us all measures required and answered questions we had with regard to the functioning of the water heater. Their work was tidy, and they have been done in no time. The final bill was within their telephone estimate. We would definitely utilize Water Heaters Only again!

Water heater installed 1/20/18
These guys are great. At 9:00 on Saturday I discovered that my water heater was leaking. I phoned Water Heaters Only and they were able to schedule me. And by 2 PM we had a new water heater installed. Pat removed the old one, replaced all the piping, gas and mounts and we had hot water again.

Our water heater issue ended up not being covered by our house warranty since we attempted fixing it ourselves but our warranty company asked if we needed to continue service with Water Heaters Only to get the issue fixed, ha! No thanks, we will not be asking them back. Thus weirded out now...
I'm left feeling really weirded out that he requested to be made to work on it for about 30-45min and so I go to work in my office as he's functioning, its dead quiet at the house, and then about 20min after, to my complete surprise, I look up and watch Chris becoming his van and driving away, and FAST. . .he never said anything to me, the house owner, who had let him. . .he just bailed. I phoned him to inquire about this and see what was going on and he said he"knocked on the door to attempt to get my attention" (rather than the front door, the back room doorway on the other side of the home ) but that is BS since I have two big dogs who go crazy at the smallest noise of knocking imaginable, particularly with a stranger in the house, they're on edge with sounds, and they never made a peep. Additionally, Chris called me when he arrived to tell me he had been here. . .if on becoming my attention prior to bailing he really intended, he could have easily called me. When I called him after I saw him speeding away he was likewise quite dismissive about me inquiring what just happened, finishing my inquiries in a short, arbitrary"have a blessed day" and then hung up. Great customer service men. . .leaving your customers feeling violated.
Chris came today to check out our water heater which was covered under our house warranty. .

I wanted to re-affirm my score. On Sunday, unexpectedly (as home repairs tend to occur), our present hot water heater went kaput. Having had such a experience with Water Heaters Only in the past, we gave a call to them. Pat gave my husband a call when he came about 11:45 am and had been en-route. The service was simple and speedy. Pat was quite favorable, and provided a review on the new unit upon completion. We're so thankful!
