Atlantic Blue Water Services

It was a fantastic experience working on our project together.
We'd Atlantic Blue set up fresh well water tank and a chemical injection system . They were easy, upfront, and knowledgeable to take care of. They billed fairly for the work and did outstanding work.

By being charged a service fee for substituting a sump pump which was a-year-old, having to come back several times for"upkeep" of their job they simply did, to the last time, where they diagnosed a part on the R/O which had gone bad, verbally quoted a price tag, but then never followed up to really do the job. As it happens, I simply did it (using a $10 component from Amazon plus a Youtube how-to video) and saved our family a few hundred bucks.
I suppose I have always gotten the B-Team in contrast to the other reviewers. We've used AB about a half dozen times (they did installs of their water filtration system, sump pump and other items for the last owner of our current house who indicated he was pleased with them), but I have always come away with a"mehhh" opinion.
I'll say that the plumbers who showed up to the home were considerate, knowledgeable and willing to come back without any complaints when things weren't 100%. However, their quality leaves a lot to be desired.

STAY AWAY. These men are scammers. They are seeking to up sell. AB installed the machine and I used them. They wanted to charge me for charge hundreds of dollars stating that it was not covered by warranty and a new one. Another company came in, fronted me a tank bc he managed to replace it and get reimbursed by the manufacturer bc the tank was under warranty. They upgraded the filter which AB had set up and also cleaned up. If that is how they treat a client after 10 decades, how are they going to treat you? I know a plumber who used to work there who advised me that when it is not vital, they're taught to upsell.

I will be a client for life. Was told by a different company we needed a completely different neutralizer system. Atlantic Blue also fixed the little issue and came out for another opinion! Honest firm!

Atlantic Blue did a fantastic job of making my wife and I had been happy with their job. They dug a new drain at our foundation and our new shower pan was place by them for us. We had a complaint using the shower enclosure, and they came back out and fixed it immediately.
They are a group of people who were very professional, and did good work for us. They showed up immediately when they said they want.

I utilized my water heater to be replaced by Atlantic Blue. They are easy to work with, using prompt service, clear communication, and a courteous staff! I will continue to call for all of my water needs on them!

What more could you desire? Speedy response time, in explaining water methods quite knowledgeable and patient, did a number of water evaluations on web site, estimate that is very competitive, and eager to fix things instead of telling us we had to replace everything. We and business will not go elsewhere.

My nicely pump gave out last night... Unless you've lived during this... it is difficult to describe how much this may impact you. No well pump-- no shower even brushing your teeth is a challange.

I googled repair services... and narrowed it down to 3 according to reviews and loaction. Had to leave messages 2 from the three. Atlantic Blue Water Services was the sole person who answered the phone at. They had a repair person at my home by.
My well is down. He showed me that the pump collapsed... Which I understood. He recomended I replace the cable and the expansion tank going to the pump. He took the time to show me he made the recomendations. The cable was worn, with cable that is exposed are a couple of spots and the expansion tank bladder was 50% full of water. He completed the job.

He let me know he was on his way and called. Kyle was super and professional nice and came. He cleaned up after himself and the service was quick and turned out the lights .

Kyle called 15 minutes to say that he was on the road and he came punctually. He was efficient, quite knowledgeable, and prepared to answer questions. Kyle followed up with a telephone call to make certain that all was working well with all our water system now that he serviced.

Came home to a cellar full of water since the water heater had surfaced a leak. Called ABWS, they got me fixed up and showed up with in two hours. Nice guys good work.

Again, a different clean and skilled job! Atlantic Blue is my go to company for all my"water and plumbing" needs.

We have utilized Atlantic Blue twice to help wash out our sump pit and also investigate some miscellaneous additional plumbing problems. They've been great both times. They arrive on time, are extremely considerate, get the task done fast, and charge exactly what they told me. We'll continue to utilize them for all our plumbing needs going forward!

Met Dennis in the Maryland Home Show where he introduced us softeners which we were in need of a brand new one. He put up an appointment for us instantly for somebody to come to the home. The owner came out to the next business day and supplied more in depth info and gave us a quote (as did Dennis) and we decided right then to establish a date for installment as we'd already spoken to a different company that was really less expensive. The installers have been laid down plastic when they brought in the tank and other gear, to cover our floors and knowledgable. Overall, a fantastic experience and from begin to finish could have taken under a week for our program.
