Along with also the Ricardo has the gall to write a negative review on pipes work that he failed to mend himself.
Plumbing rerouted the drain, worked fine I had been in the apartment. The fee was fair.
This is in response to Ricardo's inspection, elsewhere. I am the renter, Ricardo is the home manager, the house manager gave me permission to receive my contractor to mend what Ricardo further ruined and himself attempted to mend, and wouldn't correct the leaking pipes pipes beneath the kitchen sink.
Do your research. I didn't and boy didn't wind up paying.
I gave the man a rest and we reschedule for Saturday beetween 10-12PM. He calls 11:15 to state he needs to find the part and will be there soon. He shows up with his helper and the son of his helper. It wasn't professional to attract a younger kid who is still young enough to get bored while I don't have an issue with children.
My time is limited as I recently began a new job, although I normally do my study.
I understand and agree to reschedule one time for Wednesday moment. This time I'm asked that when we could meet at 5:00 PM as that will function better for"his" program. I'm unable so that my son steps in to meet him on time to be home at 5:00 PM.
Cold weather was setting in and I had a previous engagement. I needed the valve changed so my son consented to stay while the valve was being substituted.
The amount I was charged for labour and parts nevertheless ended up costing me 15 minutes worth of work and nearly 6 hundred bucks for an hour, and an hour and half an hour to pick up parts. BTW - I found exactly the exact same part for a great deal less then the $250.00+ bucks I was charged on the invoice.
The first appointment I had asked my daughter in law to meet up with him as my work schedule would not allow for time . My daughter in law ended up getting blown off. I did contact him in the day and he explained he was tied up in Golden.
REALLY - after the wrong size valve 2 SHOWS, and a fourth appointment that we accommodated him ?
We ended up needing about what size that the sprinkler line was since the question was not asked to reschedule again. A one inch valve was needed by the pipe and I was told was a 3/4 inch valve. At this point I was not in a fantastic location and he cannot receive the proper fitting.
WELL NOT EXACTLY ...
I needed a shutoff valve in my sprinkler line substituted.
Yay, I come home and it is finally fixed!
We reschedule again for Tuesday. A no show! I call as he is currently finishing up and crisis occupation somewhere across the town.
At this time my son is not impressed.
I come home to find the pipe looking good and the valve installed, but the very small drain nipple is on top side of the valve that needed to be set up instead of the bottom. Great? When the line to empty, the water is going to spray UP like a water fountain. Wonder how that's currently going play out in my completed dry wall.
Not just that, I wound up with an enormous bill. When I called to question Dan about the time I was being charged I was told that he cut the bill down because he was not charging me for Saturday's trip, which he was not charging me for the service call since he missed the first appointment!
It doesn't feel really good to have to hand over a week & a half pay, get ignored 3+ times for"3" hours work and then be told he's doing me a favor by not charging me more!
Next time I will find somebody whose prices will continue to keep their appointment the first time, and are fair!
