Though it may look odd, this problem is not all that uncommon. Inside the walls of your house, bathroom, your tub, sink and shower are all connected to the water supply pipes. A problem with one faucet can be related to pipes resulting in another part of the bathroom. Each is linked to the main water line in precisely the same manner. Then the toilet faucet drip is caused by water pressure when the toilet is flushed if your faucet flows. The water pressure from the water supply line has exceeded 80 psi. Whenever your toilet is flushed, water flows to refill the tank. If the water pressure is too large, it may force water through a seat washer that cut, may be worn or deteriorated, causing the faucet to drip. You must have your pressure reducing valve evaluated by a plumber to understand the house's water pressure is really high, if your water pressure is 80 psi. Over time, more complications can be caused by this problem.

I wanted a plumber to deal with and it was that Tony is right round the corner . So thankful I called him!
We had to remount our water heater, replace an ancient kitchen faucet, and diagnose a water flow which occurred in our shower/bath. Tony managed to pop over the evening and provide a detailed and written estimate. He was honest regarding and quite thorough looking over things what could be put off until the following day, and what had to be done.
Both Tony and his team were respectful and very professional, punctual, and kept us informed of any issues as they went along. His rates are very fair and he had been happy to take on a smaller occupation we have talked to in the past. Tony is our go-to guy for plumbing requirements!
I called Bay Plumbing to get a quote on a gas pipe fix when another organization's estimate appeared high. So I had Tony perform the job, the quotation was much more in line. I hired Tony to do a little bit of job in the laundry room and kitchen area to maneuver appliance hook-ups and put in a new disposal. Throughout the projects, the group was great. Before beginning to decide on a suitable anticipation for the final outcome and timing, tony explains the job in detail. There have been no hidden charges and we worked to adjust some of the project. I recommend Bay Plumbing at Berkeley and also intend to use Tony.
On the recommendation of our contractor, we hired Tony initial to get a sewer lateral replacement and then for other (smaller) plumbing jobs. He's truly a joy to work with -- he does work, and is quick, responsive, friendly. Thanks Tony!
We know if we do, that to call, although we hope that we don't have to see him again. Antonio is your man!
Antonio is amazing, professional, extremely responsive, so friendly and knowledgeable. And he does good work. We had a sump pump decrease through the last rain and it caused major flooding. I called and he came out the next morning. He assessed in and installed a pump straight away.
Good quality good cost by back flushing the supply line, fixed pressure in bathroom faucet would have replaced faucet for cost.
Seriously, hire this man! I know we'll be using him.
And that's not the best part. We had our new gas stove installed by Linn Star Transfer (a builder for Home Depot's appliance deliveries) once Tony put in the gas line. Instead of coping with Linn Star if we can pay Tony to do this job, we decided to determine --we'd have happily paid him more than it was worth to get it done properly rather than waste his time. He said sure, he'd check it out; then he fixed it at no cost and went to our house.
We found him during our real estate agent, and asked him to do several jobs before we moved to our new home: fixing some existing shoddy plumbing job, running a gas line into the kitchen and the backyard, ventilation our laundry properly, running pipe to get a utility sink.
This is excellent, right? It gets better. We ran into Tony in Home Depot near our house one weekend while we were setting things up ahead of the movehe went there to catch a part for the job he was doing in the home --and he volunteered to take a roll of linoleum we'd only bought back into the house for us we wouldn't have to return . So kind and unexpected.
He did the job in a timely manner, offered us rates for every single section of the general project, and was super communicative with us throughout. He was pleased to explain whatever we gave some helpful advice about how to find some work, and inquired about. He also has an helper who did a lot of the work--he was considerate and fast.
Now listed to Telephone in my Connections There was water leaking out of the master bedroom shower faucet. So that I understood it was about the time to cartridge updated and the fittings the fittings were out of the 1970's. Tony came out to evaluate the problem. He didn't want to make any promises and had been upfront; I was updated by him across the way as worked on the faucet and when he went searching around to the cartridge. Tony found a cartridge and replaced it fast an at a very reasonable price. Tony also said I must start to look at updating the faucet / figure in the near future as he showed there was lots of rust on the pipe that is current and me . When I am ready to replace the fixture, I will certainly call Tony back.
My sink sprang a leak another day, due to work done by one of the crews that were impressive I have had here, and I realized I telephone Tony and could move on! It was just like a fantasy that is happy - that he and his partner were at my home in an hour and took care of everything.
I have to state this company had the very best customer mindset I have experienced since beginning this redesign in June'14. It was an added surprise they were softly careful with my entire house, although they had other things too, such as patience and expertise. No attitude, no fuss, coated the floors where they worked, and just wear the booties - and did I mention put?
The bathrooms are old, and they made suggestions and some useful observations . This was a change that is pleasant also, because I often get stupid suggestions from guys who seem to think I'll go for anything. The thoughts of tony were sound, and conservative, and a welcome relief.
Happy to recommend them.
Called Tony this morning. Best decision ever! This guy is amazing. He showed up when he said he diagnosed two problems fast, would, gave me a quote, and then fixed both problems immediately! He is a true professional. Not only that but he's a moral and nice individual. We're having family remain in 2 days, and Tony fully saved the dayfixing bathroom problems will result in a smoother visit! I can not thank him enough.
We awakened to a dead water heater. Tony was useful in describing our alternatives and working through to see how he can solve our problem. He and his helper were fantastic - we recommend him!
Tony came into my home to help me find the origin of a smell in a toilet - I thought it might be a failed wax seal beneath the toilet. He came the same day that I called, and texted an hour prior to the appointment to inquire whether he might come a little early. I haven't worked with a plumber to communicate with, and he is a trouble shooter that was fantastic. I ran a few difficulties by him if he had been here, and he solved all - plumbers had no suggestions. His pricing is extremely reasonable, and that he is the sole plumber I'll predict in the future - that I feel really lucky that he was found by me.
I texted Tony in a urgent plumbing dilemma after hours on a Thursday night which I had dealt with the following day. He texted right off and told me that he wasn't available but that he would refer me to some colleague of his own.
It is now 15 minutes after my text and I have an appointment scheduled for tomorrow afternoon.
Thanks so much for the great customer support!!!
We've worked with Tony on several plumbing projects, but this past one at our home was a doozy! He was persistent in finding the origin of the problem and conveyed with us each step along the way.
Thank you Tony!
He has been honest, dependable and dependable. We recommend his team and Tony.
We hired him for a bathroom remodel which included moving drains, installing a sink, and a new shower system. He coordinated with our tile contractor and work was conducted on a timely basis. When we phoned back him throughout the process because we decided we wanted to relocate something we'd initially had him put somewhere else, he came almost immediately to take care of it, because our plastic contractor wanted the change right away and he managed the"redo" in a really amiable fashion. He is wonderful to work with!
And his prices are MORE than honest. We highly recommend him!
Tony is a great plumber in ALL ways: Professional, competent, responsive, reliable, thorough, courteous, etc., etc.!!!
Tony is dependable and professional. He does not work strictly"from the clock," which is a refreshing change from many plumbers these days. I believe that our plumbing bills are lower for this reason.
We feel really fortunate to be introduced into Tony. Tony assisted us two pipes problems. One required that he install new taps in a downstairs bath. It had been difficult to find replacement components since our hardware in the bathroom is older. But he worked to help identify the ideal components. He doesn't charge for all of the time he works, although I should not say this. Anyway, we were very delighted.
Our problem was no hot water in a shower in a bathroom. He got the part, went and diagnosed the problem, and we have warm water.
Perhaps not the cheapest, but not the most expensive . Most importantly, communicates well and is straight ahead. Really accommodating and gets the work done. Will use services .
Tony is the best plumber in Berkeley. He is professional, honest, promises his work, and can be reasonably priced. I refer all of my friends. You won't be let down.
