We have. We called Bernie's pipes whose plumber spent a few minutes and decided that the leak resulted from unsealed shower . In 2 days the leak was much worse. They delivered another plumber who saw the leak was inside the wall of an upstairs tub and was leaking into the downstairs bathtub. The drywall was replaced after the plumber, but is completely destroyed. Bernie's won't stand behind their screw up. The supervisor explained that"we can't always diagnose the issue." Why call a plumber??? Their screw up will wind up costing us about $600. A mistake is clear. Not owning up to it's not. PS. They did deduct the cost of the trip - $155 in their over $300 bill that is brand new! Big thing.
