He thoroughly explained the issue and discussed answers. The job was much more in depth than originally anticipated but Jim did not complain and knocked on it all out on a Saturday to me. Jim has a fantastic knowledge base and I highly recommend his services!
After getting the run around with the 1st company I worked with, I was fed up and called Flatirons. I phoned Jim and Saturday AM was at my location within 3hrs to have a look at my water heater that was broken.

Technician, who I later learned was not even a plumber however an"apprentice", arrived and without even attempting to diagnose the issue I was having, advised me $900 to replace my not-even-5 year old in sinkerator pro 333 using a 1/2 horsepower disposal that retails for $199. When asked for a lower cost option, I was quoted $600 to put in a 1/3 horsepower disposal that retails for $99 and takes 45 minutes shirts to set up. Told the man $500/hour is a steep rate for this job, I would say.
Shudder to think what Flatirons would cost for a certified plumber to put in a 3/4 hp machine. $1500? $2000??? Sky's the limit. BUYER BEWARE - they will ship an"apprentice" outside rather than a plumber, not even try to diagnose the issue, then quote exorbitant costs that have no bearing in reality.
This is highway robbery. Over the hour, I ended up ordering a 3/4 horsepower In Sink Erator via Amazon Prime Currently for $197 and using it delivered within 20 minutes for $7.99. Hired an certified plumber to put in it. Total spend, $285.

Barret got to work!! and was right Shoe tarps and covers spread averted As he progressed on the bathroom replacement I was kept advised and all went well until on the water turned back and found that the cutoff valve was leaking! No problem for Barret, he had it replaced in no time!! He did a fantastic job all over!! I strongly recommend Flatirons Plumbing!

These guys were fantastic! Zack kept me advised of the prices all along and was on time. He explained that the problem and gave me exactly the parts so I could see for myself, when the problem was be more severe than I thought it could. He had been efficient, professional, and pleasant. If I have some plumbing issues, I would call these guys.

Outstanding support from start to finish--we valued the texts that provided upgrades, the calls and the professional customer service. However, what stood out the most was that the support from Barret - that was professional, friendly, and knowledgable. We would definitely contact Flatirons Plumbing again and request Barret.

Booked online and got a confirmation right away. I cancelled an important business meeting in order to stay home to meet with the guy. Waited the two hour windowno show. Called (obtained VM), texted--no response. After 4 hourscalled another plumber (Dr. Drain) who got me in right away--technician was even early.

Not one return and also left three messages call. Terrible customer service.

Only had Flatirons Plumbing out to fix a job I was lent by them after the first time I called about a year ago. I should have left a 5 star review back then but let us just say I'm doing it for those visits. Flatirons Plumbing's team is extremely detailed, attentive and prompt. Both times I have called them it was painless to sign off on the fixes and easy to schedule an appointment. I cannot recommend them enough and I think the pricing is good for the quality of support they supply. They know just what they are currently doing and are thorough. Suggest them to anyone who needs help correcting fixes or some plumbing work or I wouldn't hesitate to use them. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would!

We had a plumbing remodel. In the water line coming into the home , all the water pipes and fixtures in the house and the sewer. Dave Choka really took the opportunity to explain and understood our concerns. The job lasted and they made sure we had water at the close of the day even though they needed to shut off the water onto a couple of events. All the details were handled by them like professionals although it was a major job. From today on, they're my first telephone.

Would highly recommend. They had been at my house in a few hours of me calling on a Sunday. I will be using them again for sure!

Being a high end builder, contractor, remodeler, I know what a quality project is suppose to look like if it's done! These guys are exceptional! They do a great Job and receive it right the first time. As you never know if your going to need you every one needs a quality plumber. When you telephone.... These guys will probably be there! Could not be happier. Jim was able to take care of it right then and there and showed up to give us a quote. More to the point, Jim is an expert, although of course, that was helpful. He took care of the work professionally and also understood what he was doing. When we have a plumbing need we are extremely pleased with Flatirons and will not hesitate to call them.

Flatirons is fantastic. I have had them come around for multiple jobs and they're always very pleasant, know what they're doing and get the business. I have had them return for various touch-up work a few occasions and they have been very accommodating to my loved ones and me. Paul and have no plan to use anyone and John are fantastic guys.

These men are the best. Were able to fit me on a Sunday and Jim was knowledgeable and nice! As it could have caused a significant problem down the road, found a larger issue that required resolution and am glad that he did. Give them a call!

Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. John was coped with by me and that he couldn't have been easier to work with or more accommodating. He got the job done on budget, and when we had questions that he was back another day to walk is through it. Such a stark contrast compared to other plumbers I've worked with in the area. I can't say enough. It can be tough to find fantastic people who you trust and love being around, however Flatirons blew me out and I couldn't be happier! Thank you John for everything!
John was amazingly kind and helpful and walked me. It was a fairly tricky issue, but he started on it straight off and did a variety of diagnostics to figure out the true issue (vs. masking the issue or jumping to the expensive/intrusive alternative right away). He worked throughout the full process and spent a total of 4 hours. He had been a nice guy, I understand from now on he'll be our go-to guy for anything plumbing related!
I can not rave about Flatirons! In the moment I contacted them, it was clear they had service. I emailed the business check out a issue happening with my own shower and to have them come out. They contacted me stating they could come to my house the next day, to check out the issue involving 12-3. They advised me they would give me a 30-minute heads up until they got there (which was SO helpful!) ....however, turns out I did not even require the heads up because they came just at 12.

Quite delighted with the support we received. Honest, quick, courteous, all around great work!
