Now, my landlord and severe pipes issue called. He predicted Erik Menendez using Blue Frog pipes. He was all day, he working! Resolved the issue ( clog from the main drain) professionally and is a super nice,honest guy. I completely recommend this Business for any plumbing wants!!
Erik using Blue Frog Plumbing and drain saved the day for me last week and Really impressed me. Came short notice for my escape out on a weekend! I use them for the very first time, great company, they show up on time, keep me inform of my up coming appointment with emails as well as the day of the apt send me a photo of the individual showing to my home wish make me feel secure and more comfortable.
His occupation seem great but the very best part was doing and I would request Eric very profesional and friendly and I was happy.
We can give a to this particular location. Unquestionably the WORST excuse for a plumber (I guess we are going to need to find the group 6 investigators after them). Their man, HENRY, was hired by my mom (Donna) to replace the old toilet at my condominium. Firsthe showed up, looked at the toilet (to understand what kind), & proceeded to phone & purchase the brand new one. He said 3pm, in the afternoon, was too late for him to proceed pick-up the brand new one & install it. Ok. He called, & said he was coming. The next day, A couple of hours later, he called back & said that the new toilet was broken during transportation, he couldn't catch another'till. He shows begins to install the brand new toilet, & the next afternoon . He also decides that a pipe needs to be cut shorter, & even rips out part of their toilet wall (it's a in-wall toilet, maybe not an in-floor) to determine how the pipe contributes (left or right). That NEEDED to be done is questionable. He said he was curious. Anyhow, he decided that he needed to cut the pipe in the wall to allow it to be shorter, & that he didn't have the tools with him. TWO WEEKS later he finally comes back with the right instruments (this was his THIRD trip to my condominium to replace the toilet! We are at the ONE MONTH point from his very first attempt at placing in the new toilet!!!) . This time he was seemingly aggravated from really doing some work (cutting the pipe). It is he's ready to depart, & the Friday of Memorial Day weekend, at 4pm. He tells me"I'll need to come back next week & finish this. U SHOULD be able to use the toilet tho for a DAY or even TWO if ur really, really cautious (even tho he's not coming back till 4 more days???!!!) . I am putting in two screws so it hopefully won't move, & there's some cardboard under the bowl to help steady it." After calling HENRY almost everyday for another 3 WEEKS ("yeah, I'll be there tomorrow morning." OR"yeah, I'll be there later this afternoon.") I finally called my older mother to let her know it was a fantastic thing she never paid him the next half of this MONEY (half when started, half when finished), and to let her know we had to hire ANOTHER plumber. Regrettably, HENRY had told that he'd FINISHED the job (& sadly, she had not called me to ask whether HENRY had done a fantastic job), and she'd ended up paying him $1,600. -- SIXTEEN HUNDRED -- bucks (MORE than DOUBLE what should have been billed for replacing a toilet)!!! Its bad enough that HENRY left us but in addition, he billed an ELDERLY girl MORE. Blue Frog Plumbing must have their license revoked. There is NO EXCUSE for what their employee has done. Oh, & they refuse to return the cash told him he ended the job. I said they should come see my DESTROYED toilet & NON-WORKING toilet. .
Eric was prompt (really came earlier), listened to my concerns, explained what he was going to do, how long the project should take and how much the cost was going to be assuming there weren't any other problems. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody looking for a reliable plumber.
Eric did a great job. He did a video inspection of our pipes at no charge and came out to our repair shop! Eric was able to estimate us a considerably lower cost than other firms we spoke with and also a much simpler fix to the issue which would not need us to close our business.Would definitely recommend.
