Thank you Kyle Plumbing! Moses came to my flat today and saved the day by fixing a really hard to find escape in my bathroom tub.This escape was such a headache and I thought it would never be repaired. A plumber by another firm came to my location twice to correct the leak and could not find it. Moses pretty much found it right away and fixed it very very fast. He was fine too. Thank you to everybody at your company for being so nice and professional. Scheduling was easy, you guys were on time, and I appreciate the follow up check and call inches. Thank You ALL!

I never believed I'd be posting a negative review for Kyle Plumbing. For all the years I've known about them and employed them they've been phenomenal. A couple years back (after I inherited my home in my BFF who passed) I had a good deal of late maintenance done. Kyle was the only real plumber I called since they had worked many times previously. They replaced my toilets with Toto brand. "You won't have any issues". I find that the water level was set too high and one of the toilets was running since day one. So I have not heard it and utilize my aids in the bathroom I have a hearing loss. My water bill was climbing, little by little. This morning I explained my issue and phoned. And $55/FOR EVERY 15 MINUTES AFTER The toilets were installed by them! Won't they take responsibility?! I have contacted my handyman who says it can be fixed by him. The site for Toto wasn't any help. Whatever happened to the old ball cock?! Those were simple to fix.
No longer Kyle.

Prior to this I'd used Kyle to the last 10 years I was disappointed
Well the installed waterless box that is new. It wasn't even close to level, they did not set up shutoff valves valve leaking without a wiring has been done.
I called Kyle about repairing a leaking water heater. I wished to go tankless. They were quick to squeeze me with on Monday after noon and stated they'd set up all but breakers for tankless.
I never got a call and call them the following day. Cost me $1400 repair the issue and to have somebody come back.

This organization is wonderful. I called at 5pm and was able to acquire a appt that was 7am the next morning for a leaky bathroom. Even though the plumber showed up a couple of minutes he was able to correct the toilet within 45 minutes. He was professional and considerate and I was able to get $25 off my invoice since I was a first-time customer. I would recommend Kyle Plumbing

We utilized Kyle Plumbing in Deerfield Beach, FL, if you want a reliable plumbing firm. When we had a crisis, they came out immediately. The plumber has been quite pleasant to take care of. Kyle Plumbing has completed many jobs for our home and business (Broward A&C Medical) within several decades.
To the technicians that appear to your home that answer the telephone, from the folks. Really professional.

Would not recommend them for home or business. Had an episode where there continued to bill me for job and in the end, didn't fix the issue. Had a call another plumber to cure the circumstance. Would not recommend them. Find other options.

I will be calling a plumber that is different and reading Yelp reviews before selecting another.
I wouldn't recommend this corporation. We had two stopped showers up and while the plumber was there, '' he acknowledged he could not get through one of the shower drain's traps. He instead used plunger and a vacuum which didn't seem to me like it'd work, but it appeared to drain fine while he was there. We went for an extended time out of town and I noticed that the shower isn't draining and I'm back to the exact same amount of difficulty as before , once we returned. The office individual didn't wish using the shower and to consider the simple fact that we were not home how could we understand itn't drained??

Went to Yelp (who else!) And the Better Business Bureau to obtain a plumber to put in a garbage disposal. Kyle got good reviews and I made an appointment for a 10-12noon timeframe. In addition to this garbage disposal I wanted a toilet seat set up as I couldn't get off the old one and 2 shower heads replaced. Received a call and was asked if they can come before Andrew did a great job on all as well as me asking a few questions plumbing questions that are associated. Definitely would suggest them.

Turns out I had roots in the line and Andrew was able to temporarily fix the system. I did follow up with a camera inspection. It was efficient and a simple process.
He had been very accommodating in case and im in the process of working together with my HOA and that I talked at Kyle to Bob the HOA had added questions. He offered to appear and show them where the line is blocked.
Great support. I had a back within my line on New Year's Eve and they were more then happy to come out and fix it.

They a Fantastic! I've used them many times to now and are quickly do a great job and are fair. From leeks that I have needed to small clogs that they take care of my problems quickly. They're family owned too which I really like about them. They treat you like family.

Wouldn't use or recommend. I picked this plumber . I waited four days to repair a drip pipe escape. I had been told their coverage is a test was needed by them . I left a test along with my housekeeper given my presence would not be enabled by my schedule. The technician had left, when I returned home I discovered the escape was not fixed and no bill or request for payment had been made. I was informed by my housekeeper they'd need to order parts.
I received a call requesting payment via credit 12, the following day. To be able to leave payment I would need a statement I advised. I requested one is emailed by them and conveyed I would have the test. Because they weren't paid in the time of this trip I was told they wouldn't take my test and needed a credit card. I conveyed that I had specifically left a test for them, their technician didn't request it nor did he present a statement. I conveyed that it was not convenient for me to provide them a credit card right now. I was subsequently asked if I would call back with the credit card. They had been told that was not convenient and the test would be sent upon receipt of this bill. I was subsequently put to have to explain to someone I had left a test for them and given they give an invoice the test would be mailed upon receipt of this requested bill or didn't request payment. Because they have had individuals that didn't send checks in the 28, I was told they wouldn't accept my test and needed a credit card.

I asked what the cost was to fix the leak and was told she didn't understand. I've had plumbers perform work in my homes. I have not ever run into one which required the position if their coverage is to get a check at the time of 33, they'd only take a credit card. Especially when they themselves failed to present an request or invoice payment. Had I never made the attempt to cover the test was available to their position may be more clear. The call concluded they aren't currently getting my credit card with my advising them I will not be using them again and I'll send a test upon receipt of this bill. I was subsequently asked if I would send a test. As soon as I received the bill of $99.00 it was to get more than what they were told before they even came out"Called out for escape coming from among the connections". Does this sound like an acceptable consumer experience? The flow remains unfixed, the test was sent the test and my review was set.

Quite delighted with the experience! Morning, I predicted on Tuesday and they could get me scheduled the next day. As promised, I got a telephone call when the technician was on his way. Moses was courteous and professional and did a fantastic job installing the dressing table at my salon. The entire process took less than an hour and also the toilet area was left clean, precisely how it was found by him! Loved the bag! Will definitely use Kyle Plumbing for each of my future plumbing requirements!

Which kind of company leaves a pit set of a kitchen sink to a customer, and then charges due to your inconvenience and their incompetence.
Kyle pipes is incompetent and deserves NO Stars. After sending pictures of their kitchen sink (top & bottom) they arrived several days after the guarantee from the company that no preliminary review of the job has been required.
After two hours my sink has been gone and so was the plumber.
I suggest everyone to rethink being billed for work that is incompetent and using Kyle Plumbing unless you enjoy annoyance and won't ever recommend this company. I placed a stop payment and I haven't got any correspondence thus far. So far, that is Kyle Plumbing's only quality. They knew they were not wrong. If things change I will keep everybody updated.
Their office has been called only to be informed they don't have any one available to help us.
They informed her that they can not fit the sink and wanted a check in my daughter for more than 300 and I want to find another plumber.

Kyle Plumbing was utilized by me since a co worker recommended them. She had been really nice on the 14, when I booked my appt and I managed to get appointment quickly. The plumber showed up within an hour. Was having a hard time fixing what had to be achieved and was just akward.
To make a long story short, I WO N'T be using them since not only was overcharged $127 to get a part that is $30 but they tried to overcharge for the labor! I needed to talk with the manager to express my concerns. She told me they've been in business for over 30 years?! I don't understand how when you attempt to take advantage of individuals. That's not the way business is built by you. Be sure to take note of the time and ask how much, if you use them. Very disappointed.

Put in $3600 bath tub. 2 years later leaks. Cannot recommend. Don't stand by their work.

I used Kyle Plumbing in Deerfield Beach to Get a Bathroom Copy. I would advise Kyle Plumbing.
I wasn't disappointed. Pete, our technician, was considerate and attentive. He recognized the problem. This required removing the toilet for at the root. He cleared the line, altered the flange and seal, and confirmed everything worked. The mess thoroughly cleaned up and has been done in 90 minutes. Not a minute of time that is wasted. An online discount coupon I saw was applied by him and the bill was reasonable and fair.
My call was returned by the technician promptly and arrived in less than an hour. He explained that because it had been Saturday, overtime rates would use. It had been nice to know that when your toilet is stopped up, you hope someone shows up fast.

Excellent company with great individuals. Really professional and reliable... they do the job right the first time and stand by their own job. Highly recommend.

Kyle Plumbing. Where do I begin? They sent a technician who took a very long time to rebuild the mechanism in the tank. He explained, I'm having difficulty with this"shank" A week after he left, the toilet was leaking profusely. I called and had been put together with plumber's putty. At expense I had the toilet rebuilt including a brand new shank. I talked to the owner who asked me to record it and called Kyle pipes. I was out of time and patience. The fact is, it should have been"repaired" how it was. The company is a facade for plumbers that are hack who haven't any idea what they're doing. They'll hire anyone. That is my impression. I won't ever hire this company. Thus, I'm done. Be my guest if you wish to hire them. Just don't say I did not warn you.

We've used Kyle Plumbing times with mixed results. It depended upon which plumber they shipped. I had pipes installs and good bathroom vanity and another which was redone a few times. Recently we predicted to get a flow on my pullout kitchen nozzle's hose. I spoke with Nancy and explained the matter and offered to deliver an image of the hose and flow. She saud it wasn't necessary. Handed me a bill for about $100 and had been here 7 minutes when Andrew arrived he said he could not repair it temporarily with no part. I called to tell them nothing was completed. They said that's their policy. I provided a picture and advised them I sm not paying because I had told them the ussue. Their websute says satisfaction is guaranteed by them. Once I called to tell them the part they said they'd cone at a month because we refused to oay 100 bucks for repair or satisfaction had been obtained by me. I inquired for Kirk Kyle the proprietor to call. Nancy called back and said the owner said to find another comoany. We paid them hundreds and this is how We were treated? Money is their only concern and we are upset over our treatment. Find a company that is different if you want satisfaction and service!!
