For our pipes needs for sure we will use this company.
Tim arrived within a business day of our email to check over our problem, then fixed it the next moment. He was very friendly, informative, the cost he told us was exactly what we paid, and the three distinct things we requested him to do (fix a broken drain pipe that was leaking, remove an old bathroom from the basement, and fix our upstairs tub so that it drained properly) were done in just about 3 1/2 hours. Quicker than I expected for a reasonable price with fantastic friendliness. I couldn't ask for more.
Quite happy with their services. My A/C stopped working and Rob quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed itat a reasonable price. I also have used them before. About five or six decades ago, I had a problem. I called another company first ( they shall remain nameless, but believe spring summer autumn winter, the four -------) that company just needed to sell me a brand new furnace. I called Buchner and didn't feel great. They came out repaired it and it has been working just fine ever since. I highly suggest them.
I will use them later on should the need arise.
Following my furnace went out, I called for service on new years. I got a call back from Jeremy, after talking with the answering service. He walked me and talked me through fixing the problem A help at a pinch.
