Nate came out to my Home and rotted out my pipes to the street I would recommend him to everyone of my neighbours.

He was nice and very enlightening.

I had Nate put in and come my brand new water heater. He is productive and professional.

I had a bathroom issue at my home. An appointment was made by me online, spoke with somebody that next morning who told me that I would need to be the second appointment daily. That I greatly enjoy it that they fitted me in and he was right now. He wasnt here no more than thirty minutes. Resolved my issue,fix something which could have been a problem in the future. Very reasonable cost, will call them again. thanks guys

Ken is the owner of the company and performed the work that had to be done. As usual, there's more than meets the eye, to fixing an issue. Ken phone it preventative care or fixed a couple and that and ascertained the reason behind our issue other problems.

I do not recommend Residential Plumbing because of my experience. I advised Residential Plumbing the repeated problems in my house like bathroom tissue overflowed in the drain hole and water sipped through the floor of this washer/dryer room where the house sewer line is. Residential Plumbing proprietor Ken arrived at vanity sinks and assessed showers, bathrooms and my house multiple times and found no issues. He charged me $120 without recommending any fixes or fixing any thing. He did not mention to me that the possibility of having a sewer issue. As a home owner I'm not knowledgeable enough to understand the difference between sewage problems and plumbing difficulties until I found another plumber that the sewage issue and performed checks. I am disappointed at Residential Plumbing for just performing shallow checks and billed me for doing absolutely nothing.

Ken Fenzil, owner of Residential Plumbing, along with his staff of plumbers are extremely professional and prompt! As a realtor, I rely upon my list of service professionals on a daily basis and I never hesitate to recommend Residential Plumbing! They describe the job take photos to document the jobs that are completed and required! They have been used by me personally. Telephone them and you won't be disappointed!

Overdue review. . .Ken came into our rescue. I sent an email query in the middle of the night mad about a gas leak and that my house was going to burst. . .post a laundry room remodel. I received a note from Bonnie first thing that afternoon telling me to give me a phone. Ken was very professional during the whole job and managed repair the flow and then to come out to the house in a few hours.
I will definitely be a returning customer for problems or projects come up and would recommend their service.

Ken was quite professional, on time (called when he was on his way) and performed outstanding work. Found some one who offers support. I will recommend to my HOA and will use again on our next plumbing project.

I'm very lucky to have had. I have my own home as well as 7 investment properties, so I need a plumber on a fairly regular basis. Ken understands what he is doing and has solutions to my problems. He happily works for timing of his appointments with my tenants and me. His rates are fair and he renders my place cleaner than you found it. I would advise Ken and his men .

You do not realize exactly how important it is to work until you're faced with a clogged kitchen sink. It was a dreadful inconvenience, when our sink was clogged. I called RP to emerge. Ken was professional and very timely. He was able to clear up things . He also. He really knows his stuff. Everything has been flowing w/o issue, and no longer escapes! Thank you Ken and Lauren. I would strongly recommend.

Great people to work with! They did a excellent job and took care of my plumbing problem at a price that was reasonable.

I was having constant issues with my own water heater with other"professionals" not having the ability to assess the matter and come to some resolution for the issue on the reason why it kept tripping after usage and not refilling with hot water. His pricing is somewhat high if you utilize your debit/credit card just for his time on the clock and there's a fee. If you get him to service you on a good day he is friendly. . .otherwise he may appear a bit introverted and unfriendly in and outside to get his occupation. I recommend him for jobs that are big or small.
