Because I'm more fearful of water I had then out now to replace a toilet that had a seal. Matt Blankenship showed up. . .gave the quote up front and while we had we had the bowl replaced. Again, excellent job and left as clean as when he began.
We've been using them for years and every time they are in we know why!
I've reviewed but wanted to discuss my past 2 experiences. During the cold this winter I had a pipe burst in my basement. Courtesy Plumbing was in the morning fix it and then to find the pipe that is broken. After locating 2 split plumbing Matt Blankenship told me what I had to keep if I had to submit an insurance claim and cleaned the area.

Just wanted to provide a shout out and thank Jason for all the work he realized at my home! He was well mannered and exceptionally professional. He did not leave a mess behind and also worked quickly. The pipes jobs were large jobs within my own eyes and he knocked on out each one apparently tirelessly. And the best part...I did not have to take out a bank loan to pay for it! I felt I have a great value! Thank you Courtesy Plumbing for sending me your professional!

Speedy service and friendly. For dripping faucet, came out on a Sunday for an emergency fix. Arrived quickly and mended quickly too. Mike was great. This is our second time using them.

Justin came out to get a leak. We had no idea where it was coming from. . He did a detective job and solved the issue. . I was impressed although I am not sure just how he did it. Out providing a quote for our shower drain that was leaking, I had Jason. He was excellent with searching to fix our problem with the minimum price and trouble for us. He also recognized the issue and talked through all the options with us patiently when I had questions. Would definitely have them out since they were friendly and professional with zero strain, to look at any of our problems. Thank you Jason! While I expect that we do not need your services any time soon, you'll be a go to for my plumbing requirements.

I did not have a fantastic experience with Courtesy. They came from my front yard to my house clean out to my house. They suggested that I dig the line for an extra cost of $3500.
I would not recommend.
I had the town come to inspect and they said it needs to be rodded out. I ended up calling somebody else neighborhood and they were able to perform the job that Courtesy wasn't able to perform for $305.

We have relied on Courtesy Plumbing a few times and have been 100% satisfied with their services. They don't over-sell and are knowledgeable. They do quality work, and it has been easy to get appointments.

Answered the telephone and gave us a price that is reasonable Sunday to get our emergency fix that day done. Would definitely use again.

James of Courtesy Plumbing came out today and gave me a quote... I bargained a little and we agreed on the price. I asked James if he can install the toilet cabinet/vanity that I removed due to the water leak issue when he performed the work. James agreed and ended the leak issue supporting the walls (quite hard to get into unless you're as tall with long arms such as James). Re-installed the toilet vanity, tested the work for no issue and leak/s. Fantastic job.
I'm a guy that is fairly handy but in order for me to correct this issue I would need to buy some tools I don't have and not be able to use it if ever.

My condominium association contracted this business and they recommended I substitute my own garbage disposal. They quoted $425 to substitute the refuge for my bedroom condominium. The plumber said it cost about $300 to set up and $125 for the disposal, which can be outrageous cost for an install. Should you call they will provide you a range of choices but they didn't offer any choices while they were within my unit doing work. They are out to make off you as much money as you can. I would advise getting work accomplished by a more ethical business.

Unfortunately we had some plumbing to be rodded. Luckily we discovered this firm. We have had them out for various issues on 3 seperate occasions.
Each time we had a man that is different but all were polite, professional and got the job done immediately. They are the firm in our region and surrounding region.

Our water heater went out on Saturday. Called Courtesy because they were the only place. Same as some of the others I was charged $150 for them to emerge. Justin's work, the tech was extremely efficient and clean, which was appreciated given the time of night. He was also a nice man. Not that we had an option, however, the ceremony was so good, we would use them again.

I'm Ripped off. $125 for a service call. Plumber Re-lit my pilot light on my water heater. Do not support it (drain it) or do anything else. How do they justify the expense of their services. I won't be recomme ding them to anybody. Avoid.

I detected that a drain which has been outside the house on a Sunday night and had family over for the holidays. Courtesy Plumbing sent out James the next day and scoped the sewer line, it was collapsed. Turns out my house had an old clay sewer line. Because it was sealed closed with roots and mud, I could not use any water. Courtesy Plumbing was able to find a crew out to my house the next day. They were very cautious with the water line, all the pump discharge line, along with the gas line all. I'd suggest them.

We'd courtesy plumbing come out after we had a new kitchen sink. The person before did not understand the piping need to be reconfigured. We also had a new toilet. We are extremely happy we travelled with courtesy plumbing. We have used plumbers in the region previously and unforunately their support has diminished.... So glad to have discovered a company that is honest and does good job

The best service I have ever received from an organization! My spouse & I have been the service & clients for years! Each plumber was so kind & respectful, thus the title"Courtesy Plumbing". The toilet was fixed by him once he also did a excellent job and was here. I will be using them again.
This is the second time I have called and highly recommend them. Both times the pipes were honest and were on time! Mike took a look said it was likely the trap needing washed out. Asked if my spouse could do the job and was handy. When I told him yes, he said great that he would hate to charge me.
