I found Brian's service to be thoroughly professional. I learned that when you do not have two keys, my truck has a safety feature which needs a good half an hour or longer to complete the programming. Instead of being annoyed he'd need to fool around with this particular job for so long, Brian apologized that it would take some time.
Although I live in Folsom, it had been well to find keys. The seller wanted $150 to cut on me a key worse, I would need to wait a week, and two trips.

After several attempts Brian managed to clear cars system of most preceding keys, known as incorporating the Admin key statements that are new and Flashing the machine. However, he did program that the new fobs since Mykeys but would not cut the secrets before he investigated a solution, this was on a Friday. By Wednesday of the week I hadn't heard from Brian so that I sent him a text and he reacted with directions to get me input Mykey to clean, sadly, these configurations are only accessible with the Admin key. Since he was unable to Flash the machine that he suggested that wasn't the case although there was something wrong with the key fobs. It turned out to be the machine Brian utilized to plan the fobs. They proposed another locksmith and I called the company that sold me the fobs and confessed they do not actually know whether the locksmiths they refer have the correct systems to do system Flashes. I discovered another locksmith which flashed the machine, programmed the fobs cut on the blanks but also provided me with the code that was essential in case I ever needed a key made and didn't have one with me. I'm disappointed once I clearly stated the need to remove the MyKey attribute, Brian was not more active in resolving the issue on his skills to carry out the job and left me hanging for days several times. I supplied him video of the procedure but he wasn't valuable. I had to seek another locksmith who understood exactly what I talked about. The sole Pro was Brian didn't charge me for driving out to his house 45 mins away, having me leave without a completed job just to be forced to track him down to inquire not or if he could complete the job. But he confessed job could not be completed by him dependent on. The minimal star rating is based on the total amount of time I wasted waiting for Brian to acknowledge he didn't have the system to do the job blaming it on the brand new fobs I"didn't buy ."

Brian to answer the telephone and was prompt and arrived. He was professional and friendly. He left. Cost was reasonable that's a plus.

Brian was amazing! So professional and kind. He came out within half an hour of calling and I had a emergency and made certain to do his very best to give the options to me. Heard there was a cellular guy in Cameron Park and tracked down Brian. Glad I did! Needed a spare key for brothers SUV and did not wish to invest between! Brian advocated a w lock fob rather than OEM and the integrated lock. It had been 1/2 Brian and the cost arrived at the house. When he said he would came, he kept in touch via text and arrived.

I wish there were 10 celebrities to give - greatest professional out there! Brian got my automobile project re-keyed and working in time that I had to pick my son up out of school. Highly recommend!

Great work very professional came on time needed I was stuck in work.I really realized I had two locks once they'd left. They came back to help me fix the lock after I called Because they fixed one of them. They were willing to work around my schedule .
