"I really could go on and on about Troy along with his team that helped us mini-emergency we only had this past weekend. Our sewer issues began on Friday and by Saturday I called the house warranty business - they referred us out and I have a huge run about. That very first company did not even wish to call or speak with me on the telephone before"the following business day...". We called the house warranty back and after an hour of waiting and fighting for another business to be known as - . Troy is the proprietor and he's the one that got the telephone while he was out searching Saturday for his spouse. We ended up calling him directly and told him we were given his number by the house warranty company, he stated he would be out to our house within one hour and only had to run home first! We were thrilled and in awe that he would give up his Saturday night for us, but we were SO THANKFUL. He's only an honest dude, a veteran, a hard-worker and friendly. He was here for a brief time on Saturday and then told us repair and he would need to scope the pipes and dig up the lines to redo the mainline. His schedule transferred around- functioned on a house that has been scheduled for Monday morning instead, so that he would be here in our location morning and find the job finished. He was ... like he said he would be. He completed the job by the end of the day Monday and we've got running water and that I will use my dishwasher - yipppeeee. "Call Centurion if you have an emergency or if you would like some honest cool dude to repair your issues.

Troy, the owner of this business, is great at customer services. I've been unlucky enough to have some plumbing issues when the plumber came and looked at the problem they'd say"That is a lot of work".

Troy told me the steps to get from where I had been at to end, assessed the circumstance, and supplied a quotation to me. He had been successfully resolved my pipes issue and true to his word.
The guarantee company assigned Centurion Plumbing to fix a leaking valve . Troy came out and took a picture of it and said he had to get authorization to do the repair. After two days I texted him and he said he was waiting for the authorization. I contacted him again the following day and he said he'd get in touch with the guarantee company. I called the warranty company after yet another two days went by, when I didn't hear from him and they reassigned the task to some other plumber. I was called by the company right away to schedule an appointment, the plumber replaced the valve that was leaky in 10 minutes and came.
This company is a joke. American Home Shield sent him to our home. He had been in our hone for 2 hours and assumed to submit a report. We are still waiting for this report, 10 days later. He responds to their phone calls or emails. We want our hot water recirculating pump return on and functioning.
He would be readily referred by me or request him again although troy was shipped out from my house warranty company. They scheduled me same day, and called of requesting service within one hour. Troy and Zach were knowledgeable, personable, and very friendly. They fixed the issue in a timely manor with caution to detail and also provided me with understanding to the future. It was evident that the customer is always the main thing. I've had plumbers try to deny coverage or make bigger problems simply to make money and Centurion is all about caring for you. I can not say.
Centurion is an plumbing firm led by its proprietor Troy along with his son Zach. They take pride and they go the extra mile. After having one business sent by AHS to correct sewer stoppage, the tech left without blaming, mending it and suggesting matters not related to the true issue. He only (spoke, zero knowledge and non-technical ). Then we obtained Centurion, and Troy managed to get the business done within 30 minutes without anxiety, but instead with grin. Everything is back to normal in the house, Troy was convinced from the moment he walked into our property, and he promised meEverything will be fine after seeing me upset about the whole mess. Five stars to Troy, he made A + + + + and thanks from consent department at AHS to Tiffany for picking Centurion as another opportunity to address our problem.

Centurion was delivered to us by our home warranty. Troy came out to rescue us out of toilets. He was here within 2-hours of their home warranty company phoning him. Don't understand what these 1-star testimonials are about, but for us; his customer service was put on, appearance was clean & professional, and he kept us informed that the whole time. Above all. . .the backed up plumbing that sent us to resort, was fixed!
Troy was drain in my laundry room and the pipes company sent to my home by American Home Shield to tackle an overflowing toilet. He is the only one that took the opportunity. He cared about my home, my kids and my pets that this issue affected. I have referred other people to Troy. I look forward to working with this project with Troy and his staff.
So it happened to us, the dreaded water heater that was busted! Obviously, I was anxious and stressed. I happened to catch Troy in the middle of his office work. He dropped everything he was doing and was at our home in within 30 minutes.
His company along with troy, Centurion Plumbing, were great throughout the process. We had been without hot water for near a week, and no fault of theirs! They helped me choose the water heater to our house. I flip-flopped over sizes, versions, energy efficiency and warranties. I shifted brands 3 times! Throughout every decision they let me ask the exact same question, and possibly every potential question a few times over. Troy was great, he oversaw the project and assisted to discover. His sons were equally as skilled and educated about the circumstance and both did the real function that is physical in our home. They treated scenario and my home as though it was their house. Calls, texts and the communications were easy and prompt. I would use them each time I may be in need of plumbing services! Thank you

These guys were fantastic after having one of the worst customer experiences with a plumber from a different company! When they stated they'd, they showed up. They were prepared. They took good care of the stoppage within our drain quickly. And they were professional and very nice.
Troy came out to fix my Own Water heater And he was professional and explained everything that was going to be done to the invoice. . Finally someone who is instantaneous and honest!

Good communication and excellent work! When they were on their way I had been called with an ETA. Troy and Zack came out to my house introduced themselves (Im pretty sure this was the very first time that I've had this occur ) and repaired both of my issues immediately. Very professional and would highly recommend them for any plumbing requirements.

They had been outside once to repair a tankless water heater. Unit outside again. Called times and got a call back. They could not endure for four days. On the day waited for four hours. No display. Called again. Only voicemail. Apparently no office. Would never advocate.
Wow what a great experience I had with Centurion Plumbing Services. When he said he would, troy showed up, he had been courteous and professional. He was able to fix my leak in no time flat and did not control me and arm and a leg! I enjoy that Troy is a veteran and he is teaching his son well. Nice little family company that I am happy to encourage for reasons!!
We have used Troy several times and he is fantastic. He understands precisely whatever is fair in his pricing and needs to be performed. He will always be the first person I call when I need a plumber!
