I'm selling a house and a block sewer line was mentioned by the purchaser's inspection report. Steve quoted me a fair price we scheduled an appointment the day before Mike and the vacation cleared the barrier without issue. I'm somewhat bias because they are both from Michigan but I was delighted with the experience. Diamondback explained what they were likely to do, made me conscious of worst case situations and then did what they said....honest work.

We rescheduled to receive an estimate for a gas line's accession to our kitchen to get a new gas stove . The service representative that came to our house was friendly and professional.Their prices were fair but we decided to not proceed with the work at this time.
Steve did get in touch with me and apologize for not being receptive. I appreciate it if someone owns up for their error.

According to Friday rep on the phone said she did not know but would have a somebody call me back who'd know. . .wait until Monday afternoon, no return call...I call back and the rep on the phone said no, they don't work on propane, she seemed a bit"snippy" once I said it'd have been nice for a person to have called me back to let me know that, as they had promised. Won't be calling back for some of my plumbing needs.

Came out to give a Quote. Plumber said he did not have the correct part and that I could pay $200 to maintain their"supply depot" open after months come back the next day. I opted for them to come back another day. The attorney said a total would be called with by the office and get consent to commence repairs and collect payment. It's been 6 days and I never heard from them . Seems my issue was not going to make them a lot cash so they ignored my business. There are plenty of other wonderful plumbers on the planet that are grateful for your business, I'd look to them instead.

Disappointing. Following a delayed one a day later and a missed appointment they showed up, replaced the entire regulator unit and found that it was only the gas hose that was leaking.
What makes this even worse is 1. I was billed by them without testing what was wrong two, for the issue. So that I needed to purchase a dollar component, 3 didn't have a connector hose. Told me to install this, and 4. Took the other part away, likely.
My 4 year-old AO Smith water heater started to escape gasoline, so I phoned over the gasoline company. Their magic sensor was used by them and explained it was something that has been under warranty, the regulator that went bad. Since I am new to substituting water heaters I phoned AO Smith and they sent a new regulator and recommended diamondback.
My problem with them is that I informed them I"guessed" it had been the regulator. As a professional firm, I'd imagine unless of course, they desired the service charge that is larger for the operator, and that I guess they would test this theory and also do their own troubleshooting.
I'd have expected a great company to outperform their customers expectations by determining the matter first before replacement and then shipping back the part to conserve AO Smith cash on a replacement nad the client money on an unnecessary service charge for a part that was not bad. Oh, rather than expect their own water heater to be fixed by a client when that is what they were called to do.

The tech managed to have to work to find the issue in our front yard and showed up. Within 1.5 hours that he fixed the water line into your house and he was professional and efficient the whole time describing exactly what he was doing and also how the device would fix the issue.

Had a leak under the kitchen sink. Called at 11am and they were onsite at 1pm. Garbage disposal escape. Replaced and cleaned up in a single hour. You do not rip off and provide timely and expert service. They're my plumber of choice.

Our brand new water heater was installed by chris T at Diamondback. He was personable pleasant and knowledgeable. He spent time on the telephone and was very professional.
The owner of the firm told me that he'd treat Chris and his girlfriend to a dinner that was nice if he received a fantastic review so here it is, and very well deserved! Thanks Chris!

Owner Steve gave quite competitive pricing was fast to react to my bid request on yelp and sent out Anthony who was a super type employee who worked on our own water heater as it'd ceased producing hot water. We've got hot water again! Update: They also sent somebody out to check out. Definitely will be using these guys for my plumbing requirements.

Justin P. Came out into my house, reconnoitered the pipes, and got right to work. He needed to run the hydro jet the length of the pipes over once to clean it outside. He then conducted down a camera and showed me the state of the piping. This alone was worth the price as it gives me reassurance. He quite thoroughly, gave me the bill and cleaned up his work place.
I have a house built in 1962. Additionally, it has (had) about 50 years worth of dirt buildup. Every year my kitchen will back up and I'd need to snake it. The machine would back up into my kitchen sink everytime it drained.
When I called Diamondback Plumbing they understood precisely what I needed and also the best method to have it done. They gave me a ballpark quote and scheduled me.
All in all, I would recommend Diamondback Plumbing. And Justin P. too.
I discovered about hydrojetting and decided that could be my very best alternative. I was a bit worried because. I needed a camera jog the pipes down to make sure they were in good enough shape to hydrojet. I called many areas and was thrilled by what they wanted to do or the way before coming out, they tried to upsell me. Many tried talking me to having the line snaked with a scrubber. This might have been viable, but wasn't exactly what I needed nor exactly what I asked for.
They were a few bucks under their original estimate.

From now on these men are my go to business for my plumber issues! I could not be more pleased. That is what you call excellent price, same day awesome company, and quality of material. Water heater 7am. Called DB by 8am, plumber (Matt) at my home by 3pm and repaired within a few hours so that our family had obtained water.
Spoke with Chad for he and data and the quote was very specialist, taking the time to explain recommendations and everything. Filtering other businesses out I discovered Diamond back to be the ideal. With that, I had a plumber (Matt) come out only hours after that day. He also was onsite to offer a quote and was inside the parameters of what I was quoted over the phone. He too took the opportunity to spell out anything I needed or wanted further clarification on. He too was very professional, friendly and extremely courteous. Outstanding customer support, experience and wisdom.
I could not be more pleased with the degree of superior, care and support work overall from DiamondBack Plumbing.
AM yesterday, my water heater broke and I phoned this company to deliver an estimate over the phone based upon location, the kind, size and what has to be carried out. Their quote was by countless under competitors. Taking into account quality of material!

Love these guys!! Good fair rates and techs! Following our new water heater broke and water poured into the company that installed it wouldn't come out for days as well as our garage, Diamondback Plumbing had our rear! I wouldn't call anyone else.

This company will go out of their way to accommodate you and is extremely professional. We had tried two other plumbing businesses and they could not program is for about 5 days out. We needed somebody to come as we had. Diamondback was very accommodating and may program us in 3 days. Our technician was Cabe and he was on time, very courteous. He replaced our garbage disposal and got right to work and installed two new faucets in the toilet. We would highly recommended this company and had been very happy with the way things turned out and we'd use later on!

I had four pipes issues at my home I had fixed. I reached out to a few companies and Steve in Diamondback Plumbing was. We spoke on the telephone and he explained everything to me what to anticipate. I got a call about a half hour prior to our tech came. Justin was our tech and did a fantastic job people were having. He was cleaned up after he was done and quite friendly. At the end the cost was precisely what I was quoted by Steve. Would definitely do business with them again.

A toilet I couldn't plunge or snake myself out is bad. Nevertheless, when it occurs before my parents are expected to arrive in the morning to stay at my home for the week, it is really bad.
Most could not get me. Some might come outside, but could just do it and would need to charge additional. But Diamondback was able to squeeze me in during a 1:00 to 5:00 window. It was also the only company willing to give me a ballpark figure on how much I should expect to be billed for the job (Every other place would just tell me that there's a call out charge which would be waived if they did the job, along with the plumber could ascertain the fee on site).
Guess, what? It worked.
The plumber came that I had been given. Unclogged the bathroom in only a few minutes. Because the job was so easy and quick and gave me a discount. He wished to insure that a first-time client would give them a glowing review, recommendations, and use them.

I had been referred to DiamondBack since I had a slab leak in my home. Steve was super useful on the phone in talking through the process. Rather than schedule a trip to get an estimate, which would cost money and hours, he advised the techs to return to my home to the repair job less than 48 hours afterwards. Those men - Davonte and Bryan - were wonderful. They were friendly and effective and they understood what they were doing. They were able to reroute the leaking pipe without any hassle, even when another firm had said that could be done if the bathroom counter was pulled out, although I had been prepared to need to have slab cut into and my bathroom floor demonstration had. The icing on the cake was that it was less costly than I had been lent by the other firm. I would recommend and use these guys again.

This inspection is a long time arriving. My hot water tank blew up recently..called Diamondback as my tank has been on warranty. Spoke to service manager and he said the tank could be covered. Then said it had been a $150.00 stocking fee and $350.00 labor. . To get a total of $500!! So I did not argue, I was desperate. . $500 for what should've been liberated. What is said is that this was my go. . NEVER AGAIN!! So dishonest!! Please heed this warning. . This company is dishonest because they come!!

Great communication and service. Was knowledgeable always took our funding into consideration when making recommendations. Fixed our escapes timely and kept labour costs down.

Had a sewer line problem, of course after hours, they came to my home with. Service was fast, professional and very reasonable. No after hours fee - win for me. Definitely will use them again and refer business their way.

PS: I read a comment on here that posters with 1 review are fake. I am definitely not fake - this is my very first article on YELP and I wanted to compliment DiamondBack Plumbing on which was a nice experience with their business. My only other link to DiamondBack is they substituted a guest shower enclosure several decades ago and worked into the wee hours of the afternoon to have it done.
I called on Sunday afternoon kitchen sink stopped up and was told I'd receive a callback 7/8 for. Brian called me back and stated they had several calls, but he'd get back to me. Within three hours he was out to the home within 20 minutes, as promised and called me back. Brian made quick work of a backed kitchen sink up, and I enjoyed being able to get quick service to a Sunday. Thank you, Brian!
