Halo Plumbing and Rooter Service

I would suggest Halo to anybody else and my friends.
Because she's been using them for awhile, my buddy suggested Halo. They didn't disappoint. I phoned for my Dad and they could get there the next morning, when they said they would. My Dad was really happy with the plumber that came out and with the service. He was a good plumber as well as a genuinely nice person.
Also angle stops substituted. The fee was only about exactly what had been quoted ($50 less than a man in the area wanted to bill ) and he had to go get something at the store throughout the trip. No extra charge. As a bonus, he also gave my Dad a mature discount! He didn't try to upsell since my Dad gets that a lot, at all that is excellent.

What a wonderful experience. I had an unexpected plumbing difficulty having a kitchen faucet that needed replacing.
I contacted Halo at 7:45 am and talked with Matt who scheduled the job and was very professional and considerate.
Dan, the gentleman, explained what he would do and has been friendly and arrived on time,. He made certain I knew the scope of work and then he moved to work.
I will not be afraid to call Halo plumbing. They are top notch and Dan was symbolized them! Thanks Halo Electrical!
Dan was clean He had been done using the replavcement in about 30 minutes and lively and everything has been cleaned up superbly.

I would just like to add that as far as people who've left one-star testimonials of Halo based upon irrelevant issues, like what those reviewers saw (or believe they watched ) in driving scenarios, you need to find something better to do with your time, as your so-called review doesn't have anything to do with the true SERVICE Halo offers. If Halo was, say, a limousine or taxi service, reviewing driving would be proper, but it's inappropriate for a plumbing services.
I had contacted plumber at first to handle our kitchen drain not draining correctly and has been quoted a price predicated upon what looked like the need to possess the drain emptied out.
Moreover, Mike clarified that the construction of the sink plumbing was the issue (unnecessary to detail here) and not the cats' fur picked up in our washer. So, no need to get a camera from the OTHER plumber to pick up issues that may not have existed, nor washer issues. This confirmed my feeling that the OTHER plumber had been going to try to use fear so as to expand/up-sell the job's reach, as the other reviewer noted occurred with her. Halo addressed the job completely, quickly, cleanly and inexpensively and maintained the project.
This OTHER plumber (one having an"A" rating on Angie's List) suggested to us that the stoppage was the result of a build-up of cats' fur in our washer. He suggested that a camera be utilized in order to assess whether there were other issues in our plumbing. (Yes, there's a reason for mentioning these things, which I'll discuss.) Because their jetting apparatus wouldn't be accessible until the next day, I ended up calling Halo.
And the price was $450 less than the quote by the other company.
I contacted Halo on the recommendation of a friend, and I am pleased I did.
Halo is our go-to plumber for any future plumbing issues we've got, and we'll urge them to others without hesitation.

Halo was out now replacing gate valves for ball valves. They had to enter our terrace closet for the water heater. We had placed our stuff out in order that they could get from the closet quicker. Turns out they made a decision whenever they were done to put our stuff away. I told my bf to find out who did this. Thank you Andres! It didn't go unnoticed!

These guys are great! I have used them twice today (hot water heater flushes) and certainly will continue to use them. They are prompt, professional, clean and honest. They call me if they are about 20 minutes outside which is awesome. I have referred them and will continue to do so. Thank you guys so much!

They're my go to for almost any plumbing problems. They're helpful, prompt and fair. Pricing is very affordable. They have been used by me . Every time that I have received excellent support.

I won't ever use this plumbing service. Your driver is high people down the freeway in rush hour traffic putting on your horn and flipping people off. You have to calm down and relax buddy. Your motorist makes your business appear to be a whole group of anger minds that attempt to cheat and rush anything they have to do...

Top Notch, I am a landlord and I have a single family home which had roots in a toilet and another plumbing firm came out who tried to frighten me and up sell me and wanted to split the concrete, make a major hole at the home which had tile and said they'd finance this project and it might cost thousands of dollars, and they couldn't give me a quote until they beginning breaking concrete. The plumber was sent by me away.
I called Halo pipes and researched their testimonials, 1 review said they were tradesman not salesman and that I knew this could be a good firm. Up sell me and halo did not attempt to frighten me, they were able to cut the roots. Firm that is good, cleans. .

I have not used this business, but when one of your drivers pulls out onto a busy principal street from a side road without stopping, since they don't wish to have a couple of seconds to a minute to adhere to the law and wait for their turn, especially with a trailer attached to the rear of the vehicle, that is not cool.
It was now, 11/13/17, pulling around 3:40 pm onto Indian School and about road.

I've had great luck with them. . I've had 3 occasions to use their service, every time has been a fantastic experience as well as reasonable.

Worst plumbing firm since they don't know exactly what they do and above charging with bad attitude. Never use them again.

Halo reacted the exact same day and we had an issue with my daughter's shower, arrived on time and finished the repair quickly. The invoice was affordable and the service was stellar. Thank you Halo, you will from here be my plumber of choice!

Matt the proprietor did a phenomenal job in repairing the tub and sinks we purchased but was built in 2004. The water from the north valley reeked havoc on our lines and faucets and is harsh. He also set up a water softner and an R/O drinking water program in addition to helped install a new sink in kitchen. A couple of weeks later the garage was blown from by that the water heater and the home warranty company desired to get out someone . TWO DAYS?!?!? We have three kids in diapers and just two days was unacceptable. I called Matt and he had his man at our house at under two weeks and difficulty fixed. Matt and his team do astounding work at prices that are good. His craftsmanship is more like a work of art and he left everything looking tidy and pristine to my house. The cleanliness of their equipment and uniforms were far better than the care taken while moving across ours' two story house was noticed and any plumbing service I've used before. He has a customer for life. Thank you Halo Plumbing, over and over.

I just want to state the I had a fantastic encounter with Danny Ozment today. My hot water heater required to be replaced and that he did a fantastic job. He also was very informative on another plumbing needs that I need to look closely at. The price was great. It turned out to be a less than Home Depot. I'll certainly use him and them again.

A honest and wonderful plumber, I can't thank them enough for their honesty and diligence. Had many problems with my pipes nevertheless they charged me less. He then showed me how to fix and repair the toilets and taps if I run into this problem again and went. Of being salesman their motto is accurate. If you'd like a plumber you can trust and don't need to have your wallet hurting in the end of the day I would definitely recommend and use this provider again.

I have used several times that were Halo. It is terrible to desire a plumber in the last moment but Halo is consistently fantastic. The service is fast, the rates are fair and they're very professional. Highly suggested!

On a Saturday morning, I called Halo after a nightmare dealing with the plumbing firm for Lowe's to set up a new water heater. I guessed there could be a snowball's chance of getting it done daily. WRONG! Matt knew how difficult it is to be without hot water, and promised that day, he'd get someone to my home. Aaron, he was personable and quite professional when the tech came. I could not be more happy with this company and their customer service.

I had an experience with this provider. Matt who is apparently their choice manufacturer seemed reluctant to perform the job but scheduled it. He gathered his service charge showed up late then proceeded to inform my spouse that the access door was too little for him to find a realistic idea about what the job would entail. He advised her that he would need to attract a smaller individual out in order to effectively diagnose the issue. That was a week ago and after repeated phone calls, requests and messages for return calls with no reply I'm convinced that they/he don't intend to return. Stay away from Halo if you're currently looking for a reputable company which produces commitments and fulfills them.

Wow! I'd give 10 stars if I could to Halo Plumbing! Matt gave me a quote on Tuesday and his guys were morning to have the job done! They had to make a lineup that is new from my laundry room. They did a fantastic job sawing the cement and filling it back in. The yard had to be dug up for to the sewer however they put it back neatly. When Matt noticed that the valves on the hot water heater in my laundry room, he replaced them for me. My house is outdated with cast iron pipes, so I've had plumbers and rooter services outside here. In fact, I had a few companies come out to give estimates for this job to me and Halo overcome them all by a long shot. Halo Plumbing is by far the most professional and most moderately priced plumbing company I've found. I will stick with them for any plumbing issues. It's a relief to know that there are some hardworking people left in the world!
