He had about eight guys there functioning. He explained everything to me every step along the way to ensure I understood what went on.
I had root intrusion in my pipes. I was having a year the pipes snaked several times. The pipes backed up so bad I couldn't use one of my toilets anymore.
Worked until approximately 8:30 pm and showed up shortly to find the task done.
This is where Charlie comes in. Charlie came outside to snake the plumbing for me but at the end of the day that I finally bit the bullet and then mended the situation. I am so happy I had the job is performed by Charlie! Old rusted steel piping under the home was replaced by his team. They also substituted another part of pipe.

So I contacted a number of plumbers because I needed to get an inspection done on my own sewer line just to make sure everything flowed properly. Found this company on Yelp, and I'm so thankful I did. I received a quote, the cost was fair, so I put an appointment for a non- urgent support. Ramon arrived now. He answered all of my queries and was very professional. He did an excellent job, and I couldn't be more satisfied with this corporation.

Charlie's Rooter Service are the only guys I call around the Northridge area. Luis installed my replacement faucet in the bathroom, and also clarified hoe to install it so I could do it next time. My dishwasher pipes were removed by ramon and showed me how to hook up the piping for second time. Their price quotes are also honored by charlie's. Thank you guys!

After that review I got a call from Charlie; as he wanted to find out more about the reason for my dissatisfaction. Charlie then offered a refund of this fee I paid. In general, I enjoyed the attempt to follow-up and discover a way to make this right. It says a good deal about a company owner to want to supply a service; although throughout the call some claims were made concerning the services requested and offered to meI saw that taking the negative of his employee.
I wish Charlie and staff the best. Their response times were consistently great.
The initial review was stellar, but then I discovered that the service that I received was not the service I requested nor received. I downgraded my critique. I was made to employ another contractor to get the work done correctly.
So, based on Charlie's professionalism I am updating my critique to 3 stars - this is a typical of the full experience; that consumed a lot of my time to be able to a) bring in another contractor to execute the fix I wanted , b) inspection with Charlie the scenario and why I was unhappy, and c) clean up the dirty water which spilled into my home as a consequence of the incomplete"repair".

Right off the bat those men were excellent. For one, they answered when I called. Secondly, they said they would be out within the hour and they had been out over the hour. They kept their promise. That's a start. Ramon increased under the house, looked at the situation, came out, figured out what had to be done, and did it. It was quick, and painless. Produced a appointment with some woman over the phone. I texted my speech and time of appointment. I got a response. I was given a two hour window. Thursday came around and no one arrived or left a message. Other people's time is wasted by what kind of company? Company has to be too good or all these testimonials have to be fake!

The Week: Issue adjusted

If can say enough good things about all of these 15, I don't know. Luis (my hero) showed up at 10:30am for what we thought was a very simple snake outside. Luck wasn't on my side. He called the boss out to confirm and then he promptly called the office, cleared his schedule, & spent the following seven hours digging to, clearing, & patching my sewer line. He surprised me with tacos when took a brief break. And, the purchase price can't be beat. I would provide my first born to them if I had more than one kid. This is a true honest, fair, family business. Go elsewhere at your own peril.

There's a reason Charlie has a 5 star Yelp score. We requested several plumbing forecasts and purchased an older house. Charlie was very generous with his time and explanation of services and charges. This week we'd Charlie and his team do a number of our priority things. They were finished the job As mentioned and very professional.
