Good company! I seldom have enough opportunity to write some other reviews but I needed to now. I haven't had a kitchen sink for 5 times. As a single mom with 2 children, you can only imagine therefore the laundry likewise piled up, how many dishes which is, and also the washing machine can also be connected to the pipe.

Today Hugo showed up. He was on time, fine, smiled and was excited to help. You could tell when someone enjoys the company they work for because their mindset comes through! He snaked the drain, also clarified that the previous man had the snake go up the pipes into the device and not down to the roof under. He did the job flawlessly and in record time.
No one else is being used by me. Thanks Hugo for coming to my rescue and also for being so knowledgable, friendly, and on-time!!!!

On Friday one plumber showed up, late, annoyed, and exhausted. A snake it did not work was utilized by him, he shrugged and left.

Update attempt by Power Plumbing to resolve the leak ended up as the fix and a failure fell. Result: lots of families are without water for three days. The good thing is that HOA finally realized they will need to hire somebody competent.
Incompetent crew. Even the mainline pipe broke, after pocking inside all day, they"fixed" it. Because whatever they fixed fell in the morning we dropped water pressure . You're fortunate if you had a good experience with these men, we're days without water today.

During the heavy rains lately, our backyard drains up totally clogged. If it wasn't for Power Plumbing's quick answer, our backyard could have flooded.
We have used Power Plumbing for the last twenty five years, and they have always fixed the issue no matter what. Have always been courteous and knowledgeable.

These men are When my drains were clogged they take good care of the pipes in my apartment building and came out right away. They are professional and do a fantastic job. Educated and smart. 5/5 would urge!

I had a leak in the front lawn of my home . I had my gardener assess it and it wasn't a problem using the sprinklers. He legit knows his stuff along with Armen and one more person I do not remember their name. They got the job and were dependable and honest. They helped me save money also since the aluminum piping that they laid down was only needed for 10 feet out vs. the 15-30 feet some might have said to substitute. This was about a savings that are 2k. I appreciate their honesty and the job that they did. I would suggest them. I will make sure to use these for any issues we may have too.

I've home in Magnolia Park, Burbank, Ca. I accidentually flushed a Mr. Clean eraser spong. I saw an advertisement in a flyer. The guy comes along with his snake and then puts it down the toliet. I had been standing right next to him. He wasn't there more
than 15 minutes. He tells me I want them to set a camera in the crawl space and on and on. When he gave me the bill for 170.00, I presumed he must be confused. No, he had been serious. It was like nothing I've ever seen. I moved to Do-it-Ctr and for seven dollars, Now, I got a snake and also my toliet works. This company should be put out of business immediately. I recommend that no one do any business with this POWER PLUMBING business.

We had a kitchen sink drain clog that persisted even after I messed up a few of the pipes below the sink in the procedure and removed the P snare. Mike and Alan came from power plumbing and snaked and removed the clog but also fixed the mess I made under the sink, which was quite a job. They were both very friendly, professional, and considerate. They cleaned up the region well as soon as they were completed. Really nice guys and they did a great job!

Our HOA/Management at Park Encino uses Power Plumbing. Power Plumbing has neglected to address the plumbing issue affecting our unit that they were shipped here. HOA has paid thousands of dollars and the matter is still not solved. They're in diagnosing what the issue is, incompetent. Stuff changes and you'd think they actually fixed the issue, but nope, the leakage lasts a couple of days.

Came out Christmas Eve and Jason Mended in an hour!Someone hit my spigot and broke off it, spewing water all over. Had to turn off the water into my condominium. Jason, with Power Plumbing, replaced spigot and with the pipe in less than one hour, and was there within a half hour. Nice guy. I had my own water back in no time!

I've utilized Power Plumbing three or four times over the past two years and I've been impressed with their plumbers. They have set up a brand new garbage disposal for me, fixed a leaking bathroom (twice!) And leaking spigots all very professionally. However, the past two times I've called there is seriously something missing in the customer service dept. The not-very-enthusiastic receptionist tells me someone will be by from 10am-12pm however by 4pm, nobody has called or shown up. She put me on hold for a couple of minutes then tells me that someone will come out at 40 minutes when I eventually call to find out if anyone's coming. The first time this happened, let the plumber and I said okay. The second time, that was now, I said skip it, I will come across a plumber.

The U joint under our kitchen sink had corroded and has been leaking. Art evaluated the problem and decided that three connecting joints were corroded because he expected that the others would leak under pressure and that it would be cost efficient to replace all three joints at one time. When he took the joints he explained why it was an issue and showed us the extent of the corrosion. We fulfilled when he snaked our drain through a two Art am building plumbing crisis. He's knowledgeable, works efficiently, and is a really nice man. The job is guaranteed and we recommend Art highly.

The update to my January inspection is that even though I took it upon myself to diagnose the problem with the brand new TOTO Supreme in my master bath, the proprietor, Armen, was willing and able to send one of his technicians to mend it together with the part I managed to get free of TOTO. Power Plumbing did not bill me to get this part replacement, which obviously, was the right thing. So, even though I had any difficulties with the installment of one of the new bathrooms (the plumber left that tiny cap thingy that goes across the screw into the ground & I had to phone him back), the bottom line is the proprietor, Armen, is a stand up guy who will do whatever he wants to do to take care of his customers. Armen is patient and fair.

Power plumbing was known to me by one of my coworkers. They reacted and gave prices to me. The support tech that they sent was considerate, knowledgeable, respectful and got the job done in timely fashion manner. My clients were happy with the plumbers. I believe his name was Victor. I suggest power plumbing very honest business!

Dan and Erik from POWER PLUMBING were Fantastic. They came out, recognized and fixed the problem, which had been a massive ordeal with tree roots at the main line. They'll be on.
