Rooter Master Plumbing

What was presumed to have been a minor plumbing issue. . .later become a plumbing crisis that would eventually end up being expensive. It was found that we had roots from our tree that were digging up and tearing into the pipes underneath our property. Harley was the stage man who evaluated his team led by Victor and the situation did a job that is tremendous and professional. To summarize what Harley and his staff failed, they first excavated beneath our home... second they removed the roots that were entering the pipes... lastly they diverted the pipe structure to prevent a situation like this from occurring again.
Now comes the dreadful part. . The payment... most businesses would treat customers as that... a client... however Rooter Master Plumbing, led by Abraham, saw their customers as humans... understanding that everyone goes through fiscal difficulties at some point in their lifetime, Abraham and his company was able to work out something with me that we are able to pay our debt in a timely way.
I may be overly dramatic by stating this, but this simple gesture of showing us humanity, really sets this company apart from the rest when most businesses are just concerned with dollar signs...
I look to keep on with this company for any plumbing jobs, with that said. Thank you Abraham Victor for doing an excellent job repairing and the team.

We have used Rooter Master Plumbing for many years and they never let us down. I told me all and called on Saturday and they were in the home within a couple hours. Proceed to find out after they took pictures of our pipes under the house, among those joints had been leaking. Our home was built in 1951 and they wear out. They made it possible for individuals to have the dinner party and came back to finish replacing all of the pipes and joints under the home. They aren't cheap but they are not the most costly. Their service is right on. If David and Abraham say they will be there, you can rely on them to be on time. I recommend Rooter Master Plumbing.

I was happy my plumber from Rooter Master was Melbi. She looked in my drain from every direction until she solved it and discovered the problem. She was relentless and allow me to know that hell or higher water, she was planning to get this fixed.

I'm a widow wanting to look after an aging home with a few plumbing that is older. I appreciate having a girl keen to speak about my pipes to me. . .and not like that I was the dumbest person on Earth. I have had a technician tell me that their opinion was the one that mattered and my 35 decades of experiences this home meant nothing to himin fact he laughed at me for insisting pumping the septic tank wasn't the problem. The tank was drained and it wasn't the answer, but it cost me $450.00. Melbi listened to me, mended it and explored my hand knowledge of my pipes then, with her experience. She functions clean, she is friendly, works smart and is reassuring that she is able to repair the problem.

This Rooter Master Plumbing did a good job on the sewer plumbing problem. The technicians and the workers have a good customer services. They are respectful, honest and efficient. I would use their services again in the future and recommend them. I'd use their services 12, when I'd renovate my bathroom.

I called Rooter Master for a landscape drain . Rooter Master discovered our drainage pipes were filled with dirt and roots. Ray, jimmy and Nick worked for four days and were able to clear out our pipes. Can't praise those three sufficiently for their hard work and professionalism. I will certainly utilize Rooter Master agin for any plumbing issues.

They're always reliable and at my organization and I have the Master rooter that is employed for jobs at my home and do a job using premium quality stuff. We had a gas leak in our home 2 decades back over memorial weekend and they operate throughout the evening. Individuals were shipped for by him and we had a project on Thanksgiving and did a wonderful job. Abraham is always there for me once I need him and I love that very much. For any and all Plumbing I'd recommend for business or your house.

Had work done under the home on parts of my sewer line. As were all of his employees abe was courteous. It was likely a hardship on his own company but there was no other way and so that there was a negative for both people he did receive the full amount. Not everybody in a nice area has a lot of money on hand: ( I appreciate what Abe did. I gave one of his employees copper coil to recycle and also offered my mother's new dining room table decided to not keep ( that was in storage at our garage ). Rooter Master would be recommended by me. Each of the staff works well, has very good manners, and does their very best to do a good job.

It was a huge project and Abe, himself, came to our house to review everything. He brought reinforcements and Daniel back to complete the job. These gentlemen made this situation that was very unpleasant . They're extremely respectful of our house and their cleaning up of this work area was impeccable. These are the nicest people and their workmanship is top drawer."
I just discovered that on June 8, 2015 I wrote another review for all these men....but had the wrong firm! Please know this was meant for Rooter Master!
And Abe hires the men! They're efficient, thorough and extremely pleasant. Yesterday he also had the attitude and sent out David who had been conscientious about his work. I also have enjoyed Harley, Chris, Daniel as well as Abe-The-Man himself. !
I've contacted Rooter Master over the years and they never fail.

This provider broke through the wall in the exterior. When I recognized the thing they refused to pay to resolve the harm and insisted on doing it themselves. The job was dreadful and it will cost me over $1,000 to fix. The owner tried to deny responsibility dependent on the fine print on the back part of his contract that pays attention to and did not relieve him of liability. He delivered one of his employees to look at his employee and the harm said the paint went to need to be redone and did not fit. RUN from this company and find a reliable one.

I called to ask about my dishwasher draining and that he said he understood how to fix it. He showed up said would cost me $590 & the next day. So I paid $95, really $100 because he didn't have change, for information that should of been free or a minimal price. Not very happy

I called a business duton Plumbing they requested me to pay $1,500 for a shower leaking out of upstairs bathroom tub tub. Rooter master plumbing came out and fixed the problem for $150
Ruben was great that he simply tighten the bathroom tub drain flange and spare a lot of cash call rooter master with any problems you might have they'll help save you money.These guys are great.
