I have always had a experience with almost any plumber. Although there was a first mix with the consultation, I was genuinely impressed by Ed's service. Ed is an Angel from heaven in disguise!!! We paid a previous firm that ran and took our money! This was devastating to us without water since we where for more than a week! Came out to fix a leak in my bathroom sink... they had been sent by first American house warranty after the first plumber from another company said he can not fix leaks!! What plumber doesn't fix escapes??

To start with I would like to thank Ed and his team for their quick, reliable, and professional work. His firm and ed will be sent! As our mainline broke, I had sewer issues that are significant. We had contacted a firm which took our money and ran. We obtained the amount of Ed from google and that he came out with in 20 minutes to give a quote to us. It was than what he had anticipated quicker and that he was VERY comprehension professional and friendly. As I shall also recommend him to ALL friends and my family, I will continue to go for almost any of my house's pipes needs! Thank you very much to his group and Ed!

I had an issue with my Rheem water heater. We had a few different plumbers take a look and they did not understand how to handle it. The men from ED then proceeded to attempt to receive their snake but it was too thick and they succeeded only in mangling my brand-new gutter that it has to be substituted. . .and they couldn't do the task because their machine was too thick for them to pull up. Now, mind you that I told them on the telephone that we'd need to clean the drain and that they should bring equipment for this undertaking. Nevertheless, they showed up unprepared for this endeavor, probably because he thought we'd authorize the work he recommended without doing any type of inspection to our pipes lines.
ED Plumbing Services is a! I phoned them to clean a drain, and when they showed up, he explained I needed to replace it or have a lining placed in to repair it and had roots at the pipe. Mind you, he had not even done a bit of exploration or work until he made this recommendation....none. . .nothing.... Not at all...
Little did he know, I had the traces inspected 6 weeks ago and there were no roots at all in the traces, and the traces were intact and clear. He stated that he would only snake the drain afterward, but would not guarantee the work when I told him this. . .Secondly, he quoted $389 for a simple snaking of the mainline from a rooftop vent pipe (I don't have a cleanout). It functioned flawlessly and in the past, I had the line clears out of this pipe, and they billed me. In this example, ED said they'd decrease the quote to $250....Still overpriced, however since they had been at the home, I approved the work...
In closing, if you want to be up-sold, overpriced and screwed, I highly recommend this company
