George and his team are topnotch. From original communication caring about the customer and final outcome. All the bases are covered by them. They helped me all day on a significant project that required and that I couldn't have asked for a better crew. We were able to save a lot of cash thanks! We will definitely use them again in the future.

I am amending my previous review. I am pleased with the way it was handled by them and received a call addressing my criticism. They took care of my concerns to my own satisfaction. In terms of the job they did about my plumbing, I would recommend them based in their work and was very happy.

Just wanted to update that I phoned Plumbing Brothers back in October to look in my storm drains and had yet another fantastic experience.
The only downside with these men is that they are occupied and always always in demand, however, the upside is that they are fair and honest. Thanks for the help guys.

UPDATE: Back around 4 stars following a nice apology and a bit of a discount. I would if I could give 4 1/2. Their job was strong through three adventures now. Another experience without the runaround would bring up it to 5.

Excellent Service; honest and professional.
My drain lines were installed ALL by them at a really reasonable speed. They informed me that I might experience in the future; I will probably have to replace the drain line to the street. I didn't have the money to fix that issue at that time, so that they jetted the line to buy longer to me out. I experienced backup. Did not understand what the problem was so since their previous work was under warranty that I called Plumbing Brothers. They said they will come to inspect, and I emailed them my initial invoice, and if the issue be due to their work, they would honor the warranty. But as it turned out, the problem was what they'd cautioned me. George showed me so I could be educated and fully 19, exactly what the camera was seeing in the drain line. Time had come to replace that line through trench-less installation. Just like before, they did an excellent job at an affordable speed. They were very inclusive with me and their job, so that I can see just what they were doing and why.
After my dreadful experience with MR. ROOTER, I had been VERY skeptical of contractor work. PLUMBING BROTHERS & ROOTER SERVICES surpassed my expectations and revived my faith that there are people out there that can do good work at a fair price.
They falsified billed, AND the license, installed work NOT to code for work that NEVER solved the issue, AND was unnecessary. He cited seven VIOLATIONS by MR. ROOTER on job that was NOT and had to get a building inspector and also did NOT address the issue! Evidently, this is exactly why Mr. Rooter faked the license ).

Plumbing Brothers put into a tankless water heater in our home. Didn't know what to expect - that they were wonderful and took care to not damage the inside of my home at all during installation even though our tank water heater was challenging to remove. Customer satisfied and would highly recommend them.

At the moment, we didn't wish to hydro-jet the point, although Plumbing Brothers could have completed it. We finished hydro-jetting up after and the line is clear. We are not sure if we'll proceed with lining/bursting, but, if so, Plumbing Brothers will surely be because of their politeness and their honesty in the mix. George also called back to follow up, a nice touch. I highly recommend you give them a phone, In case you have main line problems.
We had several businesses come out to appraise our really main line.

Our backyard faucet decided it wouldn't turn off and all the shut off's jammed shut. I phoned Plumbing Brothers and over the hour, they had Jose come and have a look. I had copper piping, a ball valve, and turn offs. I was stuck at work on the westside and they were able to undergo my roommate to get everything. I am glad I have a brand new emergency plumber and paid the phone on! Speedy emergency service and nice group of people:)

I scheduled a quote and was advised that they would be out at a particular period and George was there right on the button. He had been friendly, considerate and incredibly professional. The following day the work was done at my older Mother-in-Laws house and we are beyond please with the standard of job and the fair cost. Shortly after the job was completed our landscaping contractor harm another pipe which required that the water source be shut off. I called Plumbing Brothers and explained the situation and they returned after their regular scheduled tasks, they worked to ensure that my mother-in-law wasn't without water over night. Plumbing Brothers are strongly recommended by me.

Plumbing brothers were called by me last night, my water heater went outside and that I needed to scrub my dishes and take a shower. They had someone outside here and way live . Luckily my water heater did not have to be replaced, it was as simple as my pilot needing to be reignited (which I would have no idea how to do myself)!
They charged a fair price, along with the plumber that came out was exceptional! Enormous thank you to pipes brothers as well as my plumber Scott!

He appeared to look that day, purchased the replacement component, and the morning after, arrived early to put in it. I value his time, flexibility and desire to satisfy customers. Will consider this company again in the future.
Called these guys up based on Yelp reviews, and set an appointment up two weeks later to find a free estimate. Regrettably the techs never revealed after I called the company to complain, George the owner called me personally apologized for what happened. He explained they dropped the ball and he wanted to make up it to me.

We were evacuated because of the Creek Fire and if we came back we had trouble our water heater - we called them and George came out and took more than an hour - when he ended we asked" how much" and he said" no cost". Earlier to replace a different water heater, We'd used them and have been impressed then - They are one of the rare, honest and trustworthy companies- we will be customers for life!

Nothing short of miracle workers! We go Drain Defender, through their sister company, but they were utterly backed up for the week. Plumbing Brothers were advocated by them, and they are top notch!
Easy to communicate with, capable of any occupation, we had them. George coordinated with us to make sure it was taken care of ASAP, and Scott the tech was nothing short of a professional.

I predicted for of a toilet that required fixing. I talked to a very knowledgeable lady who immediately passed my information the day to advise me about the 26,, into George who came out. The day Jordan came 10 minutes before the appointed time and called. He was professional and clean and started repairing the issue once he made a thorough inquiry into the situation. He was pleasant, worked fast, and though it had been necessary to replace the toilet because it was unfixable, he solved all of the problems competently and needed all in his truck, took every precaution to not get anything filthy, politely answered all my questions, was a really wonderful person whose purpose it was to do things right and make his client happy. Nicely done. Thank you!

I just wanted to provide a shout out to his team and George! He came to our house because of a but by the time the next day, they came, itself had cleared. George taken his camera down the drain to see it, and insisted on checking the drain to obtain the cause. The crack was also identified by him at the drain and provided a couple of quotes to resolve this matter and a couple of different needs he detected. I have to get the work but it's wonderful to get a full test with no fee - that is excellent customer support! The issue arises again, or once we are all set to get the work done, I'll make certain to call George in Plumbing Brothers & Rooter!

We used Plumbing Brothers to diagnose and fix a leak under a family member's home and also for reconstruction to the kitchen, laundry room and bathroom by the water damage. This family has Alzheimer's and George and his team were friendly, kind and considerate. They went beyond and over when dealing with her. They were on time. The office employees were always helpful and friendly. George was a help working together with our property insurance company and our claim. George kept me advised when there were changes. I would recommend them for building and pipes. They did a fantastic job!

We texted forth and back and over 15 minutes of answering my questions and getting a quote that he was hired. Very friendly and professional. It was our line that had to be snaked. The job was completed over 1/2 hour. He showed us a camera view of our plumbing.

They have fixed sewerlines. Fantastic work at acceptable prices. I cannot say enough great things about the firm. Very very sort.

These men offer-5-star provider. Literally 3 minutes once I submitted a request for a quote, I got a call from a woman that was super at Plumbing Brothers. She had been severely nice. When the plumber arrived (on time!) , I totally (accidentally) squandered his time. My water problem was due to an unpaid bill from my HOA (that I didn't know about) rather than a genuine plumbing problem. He had been so understanding. He spent a bunch of time trying to figure the problem out - I feel badly that it had been a waste of his time. That is the one for you, if you want a plumber with superior customer service.
