Clearwater Plumbing & Repair Inc did an excellent job by replacing our waterline and repairing a leaking pipe in our property. I strongly recommend this company; their quotes were explained. They have been on time and professional. It's funny because most my neighbors congregated to see the job they do and they were impressed with the service we received. Among my neighbors stated"you discovered a fantastic company to perform the job;" and I completely agree. What is also amazing about this business is their trenchless technology; they did not have to dig colossal holes in the floor; places they needed to dig were put back together; the place in our house where they needed to drill into the floor looks like work was never done there; pristine. . .not to mention their was no dust or mess with all the drilling they needed to do inside the house.
Had it repaired and found a leak in our water heater ASAP. I managed to get a plumber to come out within the hour and called. There was no charge to come out and we paid the price that was quoted. Friendly, professional service. Surely recommending to other people in the area too and using this company in the future!
When I first called Clearwater Plumbing and Repair, Inc, I told them we had a leak in an underground water line in my cattle barn and I had been having a hard time supplying water for the various creatures on the farm since it would freeze on chilly days and stop all of the water stream. They were very friendly, very informative came out fast, replied my questions, also gave me a quote. Unfortunately, I was wrong thinking we had"a" leak since we had a LOT of them in every single section of the underground water lines. The project I thought we had turned into an uncontrollable monster! This wasn't your normal plumbing job; it is an old farm house with barns, water lines moving to our outbuildings, and hydrants. A number of those water lines were beneath asphalt, a few were beneath concrete, some were along gas lines, some had lines crossing the water line, and a few were inside buildings. It looked like each day presented itself like the day that they needed to bring the jackhammer out since they discovered that the water line went underneath a 3' deep bed of stone that extended for about 40 feet, with another surprise. Every night after they left I was afraid they would not return the following day, but they showed with pep in their step and smiles in their faces each morning! No doubt this was a disastrous task they chose on, however they gave me so much comfort when they would smile and say"We got this". I have had many builders before that have encounter various surprises on the work simply to get angry, throw things around, and yell.... I can't tell you how happy and positive they had been during the entire 2 week job!!! I'll be grateful for not only their plumbing skills, meticulous workmanship cleanup that is impeccable, however they also LOVED my dog!!!
