Freedom Plumbers

Our tech worked hard to repair the leaking and would not leave until he was convinced that it was solved. Two hours later and I've heard no leaking. I don't want to jinx it, but I believe our bathroom is fixed!
After months of attempting to fix our bathroom ourselves, we called the professionals.
Our plumber arrived on time and was honest with what he saw. He explained that our issue could easily be repaired installing it ourselves and by purchasing a part - which would save money. We did what he said but had with leaking difficulties. I phoned Freedom Plumbers back and they sent the tech out the day.

TLDR:Since the work done, my wallet is intact, and nothing disastrous happened, In the conclusion of the day, I'd use them . There is a shortage of plumbers that are good, and plumbers seem busy, so that I don't lay too much fault on Freedom Plumbers. In other words, though they have their difficulties, I think using them is far better than risking another corporation.
At the same time, since it overlapped with the allowing problem though this caused to delay, the review failed, and Freedom Plumbers needed to make adjustments to the piping.

I'd use them , albiet with a little bit of hesitation.
Now for my experience.
On the flip side, it required Freedom Plumbers, from the date that I signed the estimate to start work, to the day a total of 85 days. Of those 85 days, I talked about two weeks of delays (well, my spouse did at least), due to a lousy WSSC number. The work the employees had a great work ethic. Most of the delays were administrative, particularly.
So what precisely caused the delays? Mostly an incorrect, and difficulty in communication license. Every time communication was required, I'd attempt to achieve Freedom Plumbers by phone. Calls would frequently go to a third party secretary, who would never pass along my message to Freedom Plumbers. Everybody within Freedom Plumbers itself was quite useful, but reaching them was frequently harder than it ought to have been, making a phone call felt like rolling up out a slot machine and hoping for three 7s, since if somebody outside the Freedom Plumbers team picked up the phone, my demands would usually not be fulfilled. I needed to keep calling daily until somebody from the firm picked up, and not a third party, meaning it might take up to a week to create any communication that needed to be produced. This will be the source of any frustration, and caused many of the delays, a few days at a time, during the encounter I've.
I utilized Freedom Plumbers to install a utility sink and also to operate drains.
Cons: Very pulled large delays between visits, the license, neglected first inspection.
Pros: Friendly employees were considerate of my space and time, fixed all issues eventually.
The second delay occurred after my floor was torn up for setup, it turned out they pulled the incorrect license, meaning I needed to wait for the permitting process a second time, only now with a gaping hole in my floor which remained for more than a month. Acquiring the license the time was tough and that I needed to make several trips to the WSSC so they could sort out the allowing, which I should not have been part of to connect them to start with. The license took my spouse being spat just as long, if not longer, thanks, but because of the aforementioned delays in communication, multiplied by the volume of communication required to obtain the license.
On the bright side, they we really friendly, did not overcharge, did not try to modify pricing last minute, kept my place clean, and the plumbing seems to work. They worked well on site, were conscious of getting employees out in a timely manner and everything done, and not using too much distance.

My main water shut off at the house I just purchased was located on the ground behind the water heater. . .it was impossible to reach. . .imagine if it was an emergency? Mr. Gary Brown - Freedom Plumbers -'Plumber Extraordinaire', set up a new main water shut off for me personally up high - therefore even an arthritic 63 year-old retired Coastie like me may reach it. He made it look simple. When he needed to get on the ground to achieve the old one, I truly got a chuckle. . .LOL! I Appreciate Quality Workmanship, Professional & Personable Employees and your prices. Continue the Great Job. Bravo Zulu!!

Came out fast to do what two other plumbing/septic companies could not do or didn't stop. We continued to have flooding in the downstairs bath.
Our issue was discovered by the salesman, david with his camera sent some helpers who came out now.
Brandon and Nemo were all wonderful. They dug up and opened the cap of the tank to locate the largest root system they have ever seen (see pics) and then inserted an access port so we can make it easier next time.

Sent a message through Yelp to numerous companies asking for help with a plumbing problem. Freedom Plumbers was the first to reply an was able to come to my house in a hour to solve the matter. The problem was minor an didn't require a good deal of work to be done. Freedom Plumbers solved it and moved about there way. All you want is a company get the job done and to appear. Freedom Plumbers went above and beyond that expectation. This company is strongly recommended by me!

But they are not affordable!
They were far too expensive for an easy job. I asked them for a reduction because it was a project to reducing their cost, and they agreed. They were fair about it and the plumber was very knowledgeable and very professional and considerate. I only worry it's going to be very costly to call them for another job later on.
They're fair however, and that's worth a lot in my book. I asked the plumber about replacing the anode pole and other things about my own water heater, and he said there was no need, that my water heater was in good form. I had a query about my sump pump plus he said it was nice. I can tell you that two other plumbing companies have recommended the anode pole replacement as maintenance and also replacing the sump pump, and I understand that isn't vital.
Will have to continue searching for a reasonably priced plumber... but should I want a fair, responsive firm which does outstanding work, I will not be afraid to telephone Freedom plumbers again!

The office was supportive and useful. Courteous and pleasant. Ricky was awesome when he came out to care for our septic system. They looked considerate and prompt what more could you ask for

Nick came out & did a wonderful job on a tub overflow & drain leak that 3 additional plumbers couldn't start to figure out. He was educated and friendly and understood and may explain the whole system in a manner that I understood. Robbie In the workplace has been super helpful in getting us set up with a consultation. I will call on them for future work!

It was a field inspection/camera and field lines turned into shredder. There never was a written proposal, The ball was lost and nothing was mended. Not great ethics abandoning a project leaving a 2 time breast cancer survivor with a daughter. Very very unprofessional.

I called Freedom following another plumber made an appointment and then failed to show-up (this seems to be an absolutely endemic issue amongst service people and contractors in my area - I guess they don't rely on repeat business). Freedom managed to come back on short notice. The plumber they sent was quite frank with me - he confessed that while he could snake the drain for many hundreds of dollars, it would probably not do much to fix the issue, even at the brief term. While is going to require a more long and costly term solution, I appreciate the honesty.

To be truthful I didn't think I'd wind up committing Freedom Plumbers five stars because of scheduling delays, rescheduling, running , etc.. Of getting Ricky for my 8, the practice was somewhat frustrating and stressful but in the long run it was worth it. Ricky has knowledge and a great attitude of systems. Mine needed pumping and, as well, issues were suspected by me. Carlos, his dad that is charming and ricky, did a super job that is expert inspecting the surrounding area to help determine the problem and draining the tank. The entire time I had been kept informed of exactly what was going on and learned a whole lot. The price was reasonable and they did a great job tyding up. Is currently sending a colleague to video my system to see exactly what is currently going on. He guesses a clog at the distribution box and this is the best and most cost effective approach to find out the situation. I will always utilize Freedom Plumbers as my move to for the septic along with some plumbing problems that arise. Thanks Carlos and Ricky!

I searched for plumbers on Yelp, found Freedom Plumbers and decided to get hold of them. The appointment process went the ladies were willing and helpful to make the encounter with Freedom Plumbers as quickly as possible. Our plumbers were Brandon and Joe. They were very considerate and professional! They listened to what I needed to say concerning our difficulty, conducted a survey and proceeded to cure the issue. Within minutes, our pipes problem was fixed and the family was able to do their business. The whole experience was easy!

Don't hesitate!) Beth called me back in less than 10 minutes to program an appt for between 10am-2pm. Tech arrived at just about 10am. Gave me a quote of $390 to unclog the drain. My shock was seen by him and said it wouldn't take long and he'd have the ability to cut it to $300. I was also able to give some canned food for their own food drive for an extra $25 off ( watched this on their own yelp page and requested )My sink drain was clogged to the stage it was taken off and emptied out. Tech was completed in about 35minutes. Overall very speedy response and service. Somewhat expensive compared to other technicians however as they say, you get what you pay for.

So after a road on our visit. The manager/owner Ricky rectified the problem IMMEDIATELY and to our satisfaction. He found a proper lid, had his technician come the next day take new measures and installed At the cost in 3 days! NOW THATS GREAT SERVICE!!! And I recommend to others and would use again.

This group is responsive! My main service underground water line broke. I spent two days trying to get a response from some of those plumber groups advocated by my insurer. This group was able to send someone out the afternoon we learn the issue and called. They have a 15 yr warranty that makes me feel great understanding if something happens again they have my back. Everybody from office ladies to plumbers have been easy to use and promptly respond.

I don't know about the other reviewers on here but our experience was top notch with Freedom Plumbers. Water started leaking down into our home and our sewer lines upstairs were clogged and Freedom Plumbers came out within just a few hours. They assessed the issue and told me exactly what was wanted. Price was given up front surprises. I've used the significant companies in the past and our price was a fraction of what they would have charged me. Friendly employees from the secretary. Technicians wore shoe covers and gave us lots of good suggestions about how best to prevent this in the long run. I think some people have unrealistic expectations on price. Plumbing is never cheap and if it's too cheap then the quality of the work was. Fair and fair pricing in my opinion. Thanks again!

The job was accepted by me because I did not know until I talked with people, I had been taken advantage. The folks I talked to were not suggesting anything cheap. No way this firm has a pump that much better than everyone else that cost that much more. Don't be tricked by this company and their answer. I haven't received. So the simple fact that I needed to do one with this business speaks volumes, I rarely do reviews.

Less than 1 stars but in order have to have a score. Cancelled in the last minute of a crisis appointment on me. I had no water pressure due to an PRV. They booked with me at the morning around 8am machine. Waited to inform me that the plumber would not be coming in any way. So I went with the other corporation. Inadequate customer service strategies. They tried to reschedule for Monday/Tuesday of the Labor Day weekend. They could have called before the end of my slot. I sat .

We highly recommend CJ and Freedom Plumbers and will call them again for our plumbing issues.
The only negative was that CJ showed up in the close of the appointment window and we did not know when he was going to show up. But we were glad he did. We had to arrange to have the water although he did have to return to repair the faucet.
We utilized Freedom Plumbers onto a shower faucet. He was very professional and personable. He gave us options and assessed the problem about how best to repair. He explained how and what had to be done. He seemed educated and very skilled. He did not waste time and he functioned. It could have been a repair or a little fix. It turned out to be a little repair. He managed to substitute.
