It didn't go, although I thought I could manage limiting the bidet water line. I grew up and texted Jon late at nite. He responded first thing in the morning, and arrived after his initial appointment of the day. He took all of five minutes to fix the problem, then installed the brand new toilet seat - warmed pleasant because the weather!

I had one of those bidet toilet seats that had been busted, and so I removed it to get a replacement (heated seat, no bidet).

Since our work done by Jon, the laundry drain eventually became untenable. The job demanded moving through the concrete foundation of our house, and replacing 50-year old cast iron pipe. Jon and Diego came out on a Friday night, and worked the entire weekend to get the job finished. They went above and beyond , although cost, work ethic, and just the job was enough to satisfy us. Had the water heater replaced the exact same day, and , for a very affordable price. They made sure that there were lots of photos of the harm to the water heater.

After a laundry drain that's been gradually getting worse over the last couple of years, we decided to have the line hydro-jetted and finally broke down. We'd received several quotes, and Hydro-Rooter was by FAR the very best of them. Jon came just as scheduled (Short note, I might add--2 hours from the time I first messaged him), and worked really hard to get the drain emptied. It took him almost 5 hours to get it done, but the drain hasn't given us a single problem because, and we could observe the blockage and buildup in the line, and where the line was offset by foundation settling. Jon was considerate, went above and beyond in assisting us, and professional. Rest assured I will be using Hydro-Rooter for every one of my plumbing needs, and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Called on a Saturday to Get a same day service. My phone was answered by diego and prior to dispatching someone to come outside, '' he walked me. He really helped me solve the issue and saved me a trip - and a few grief. These guys are my"go to" for future service. Thank you!!!!

Hydro-Rooters could book a same day appointment that was on Sunday. Diego came during the scheduled time frame and assessed the clog for the very best approach to clear it. The drain removed and was quite thorough in his explanation. While he was draining the drain he scoped out the drain and he was able to reveal the clog caused by tree roots. We've had this issue in the past but hired someone else who told us we needed to hire someone else when we wanted the drain scoped. When our drain cleared, clear it and they had to come out. We were happy to finally have some visibility on the true clog and see out it. We had concerns which our cellar would be flooding as a result of major drain. It is July and we've had no overflow issues or flooding in our cellar. Diego has a fantastic work ethic and is honest. Joyful we found!

Great pipes! Our 25 year old hot water heater decided to kick the bucket on the weekend and we hired Diego and Jon to replace it. I could not recommend tremendously.
Their equipment is top of the line. The ran a camera - before, during and after the jetting. The camera picture was clear, and much better. I managed to look over their shoulders in the track and they explained everything they saw, what needed to be done and what they do.
The job was finished in a economic and timely way to my total satisfaction. They blasted off decades of scale buildup and other residue in the line, smoothing and opening, and taking off rough edges the line so there are. My sewer line was left by them than if it was discovered by them.
My sewer line backed up in my cellar. My routine plumber snaked the line, but I hydro-jet it also, which will be a service that he would need to sub out having a markup and didn't offer.
Second, Diego and John are considerate and extremely friendly. They explained their pricing and it had been far more aggressive than what my plumber would have charged to sub out the job. They were incredibly neat, covering the floor with tarps, wiping all of the lines going into and out of the drain , using booties when they entered the home, and they left the work area cleaner than they found it.
I discovered these guys and got in touch via email. To begin with they respond. They responded to my email, and also follow up emails, nearly immediately. We reserved the service for the following day, plus they called when they were in their way and arrived right on time. Responsiveness is important to me when coping with a potentially significant plumbing dilemma.
