Fantastic Customer Support. Someone really answered the phone when I called and we set an appointment for that day. I received a text from Bill I want to know he was on the way and that he was very professional and friendly when he arrived. We were given a couple options for every one by him and we had a plumbing difficulties and was able to complete the work quickly. When I need a plumber will definitely call them again.

The man have a look and said I had a fresh water heater since it was 8 years old and told me it would be over $800 for the heater and installation. The water heater would be 315 and would take about two hours to install and can be done the next day (that's roughly $250 per hour). I found my receipt for the heater and it was only 3 years old. I got another opinion and was told it had $30 in parts and about 1 hour to install them. The total was $200. Glad I have another opinion.
I called and my water heater stopped working and they sent somebody.

Here is the company that completed the repair work that has been required through of the home we purchased in Clearwater. In addition to replacing a broken shower head along with a 122b cartridge at precisely the exact same shower, they said that they said that everything drained properly and cleared the drain. We proceeded in and over 33 days exactly we had a congestion in the exact pipe. There are only two people and we did not even have the washer hooked up at that point for over one. We called them and told us that it was past the 30 day warranty by 3 days and they came right over and we would have to pay an additional $229.00 to clear the drain! They offer us or did not stand a discount due to the short period of time they had completed the work. As they did not stand behind their work we would NOT suggest this business and we did not care for the lack of support! Thanks.
From fixing my shower which would not close off jason left my house. He did a phenomenal job, he'd give me a few options to repair it, one cheap and quick and a long-term fix and there was no tension and he had been pleased to explain me both so I could make the choice. I'm delighted with his job and will continue to go back when I have my following pipes issue.
