Won't be calling Roman Plumbing again. Problems were fixed. No issue there, howeverit took 1 hour. No components involved glue. Charged $525. Not the weekend.

Just moved into my new house and had some significant plumbing problems. After combing through a lot of testimonials and doing a lot of research, I made my choice to proceed with Roman Plumbing. I never had to employ a plumber let alone shell money out for a plumber and also for all the work that they did, I say it was a fair cost for its professionalism and the client service that was supplied, its hard nowadays to discover a good reliable company. When I called and talked to Mindy I knew immediately I wanted to schedule, but before I did, I made one call. When I called back, I talked to a gentleman that was nice and that he scheduled me in. My main water valve to the house was leaking, they shipped Zach out, I had a very gratifying experience with him. Its nice feel comfortable. I had to call Roman back out again, but this time it was a Saturday. They shipped William out, again another pleasurable experience. William was very kind and quite knowledgeable. Because I did not realize, as it might save you a couple of dollars in the future, I really do recommend getting the Roman promise, I'd need them. Defiantly a business that you can trust. Don't hesitate or waste anymore time, go with Roman!

Roman Plumbing was great. They exchanged my water heater and were also proactive in assessing my previous heater's warranty. On time, friendly, not pushy at all and very up front. Ended up replacing the water softener.

Along with installing items in my condo per review, they also replaced the capsules in both showers. So that I believed that I had no hot water in the showers but did since I have lived here water in showers necessitated turning tap into the right have it everywhere else, that makes no sense of course. Roman was predicted by me and inside a minute Dave called me to clarify that if they installed new capsules they were found by them both upside down. I'm sure that was mentioned by him but I did not know what it meant. Anyway purpose of this review is that they made sense of the problem and responded. Now got a good laugh! Note to self: hot water constantly LEFT

Brandon went beyond and over, and installed the garbage disposal. He took the opportunity. He went to explain to me what is and isn't a fantastic thing to put down a garbage disposal. He took the opportunity to the garbage disposal to re-seal the very top of the opening to my sink. Ahead, Brandon was happy to help correct it apparently this hadn't been done correctly.
Brandon was my designated plumber, I received a text upgrade. Then I received a call I want to know he was on his way, and could be at my home in about 15 minutes. As a safety feature being lonely I really appreciated this. Roman Plumbing defiantly set an extremely professional manner prior to making it.
What was most striking is if Brandon was finishing up, he asked me"have you got some other pipes questions or problems?" I told him I had a question about the water (staining my toilets), he instantly knew it was hard water. A quick fix in the water softener. He said to me about the nouveau system (with citrus) an alternate to a water softener, since I did not like the texture or odor out of it. He also showed me the way to optimize my dishwasher, and that I advised him I use at watching them like 29, as my husband does much better job. He showed me the favored detergent for my own dish water, and also the way to tweak my rinse settings for more glow (I'm all about that sparkle & shine). Brandon asked with some other things simply to make sure I had no difficulties. Which allowed to me questioning the steam was accessible to my drier. Brandon took the opportunity to check for himself, and show me does make it to my drier so it does steam with real steam.
Brandon looked at the garbage disposal, and saw that it did indeed need to be replaced. It had leaked. But I had experienced any problems with it. I will certainly call Roman plumbing anytime I think I may have problem or a plumbing issue. I do just have one wish, that I would've found Roman plumbing or year when my husband was set up. They would have helped so much with everything, though I did not have really any plumbing problems. I know that if I may call Roman plumbing, they will always look after any problem. And if it's not a Plumbing issue they'll get me to the ideal person who will uphold.
The day prior to my appointment I chipped my tooth, and had to reschedule (so that I could see the dentist today instead of in two weeks). Roman Plumbing happily accommodated with a appointment on precisely the date with barely 24 hours notice.
For my husband's birthday, he asked for a new garbage disposal. A random request, however, he wanted it so he obtained it. Go to the professionals and I knew to take my fathers advice. So when it came to getting a garbage disposal, I knew to get expert advice. I predicted Roman Plumbing.
Brandon did the trade right there with me present. This was really nice, simply to guarantee safety of my credit card. He supplied the documents that went along with the garbage disposal to me.
I cannot start to state how amazing Roman plumbing is. My dad has always been the man that has come to my house to help with anything care shrewd, fix, or updates. But in regards to plumbing difficulties, he said call a specialist don't risk plumbing problems. I am rather glad that I phoned Roman Plumbing, they were so professional and considerate I eager to have a plumbing issue to call them. They excel at customer service, quality products and service, safety, and instruction of plumbing measures you can independently take.
I initially talked with Frankie, and he explained that they have three choices that were distinct and they would help inform me. I received an text and email telling for my appointment.

These guys are something....every time(twice previously ) I predicted with a crisis they had been there maximum 30 minutes. Very very polite people from answering the phone to those meeting you in your place....will always keep their number, will utilize them as I've been...

Roman Plumbing gets my greatest recommendation to their professional, prompt, and courteous service. They supplied a quote and they were prepared to begin the job. Unfortunately, we found that the wiring that was necessary has been lost behind the cabinetry that was newly upgraded. Dave and efficiently accomplished the installation and Chris were undaunted. In spite of the labor and a series of complications, I was not charged any more than the quote. If I'm in need of a plumber in the future, I am definitely calling Roman Plumbing and asking Dave and Chris - !

They're very courteous from the instant that you call until the task is finished. Met two gentlemen. A person who came to observe the issue and that the one who installed two new pop-up and later came drains in my vessel sinks. In a bid to keep the prices down I eliminated the vessel sinks, took out the drains and disassembled/loosened the top. As I do my own plumbing I had. The gentleman that did the work was out and in in one hour and fifteen minutes. In addition, he installed two faucets that I had purchased that weren't in the quote. Wonderful surprise! The damages were that was after they took off the 69 I compensated for the evaluation and $506. In the future I will have more confidence to make this kind of easy repair. I don't understand, I was second guessing myself using this repair. If I fail (after a legitimate attempt) to make plumbing repairs in the future I will call Roman Plumbing for assistance. PS - I will be a plumber in my next life.

Brian and Ann are exceptional tradesman who know their work, have integrity and will find the job done right the first time. We've used them four times already and having nothing but positive experiences will continue to utilize them. Before any plumbing work is conducted according to recommendations from other contractors we employ, e.g. drywall, electric, etc.. I get their opinion prior to any plumbing work is started.

Roman Plumbing, and repairman Scott did an exceptional job to repair the sink which was installed. They stand by their craftsmanship, and their job is impeccable. Fantastic customer services. An excellent company to work with for all of your plumbing requirements.

Amazing! I found Ann through Yelp to replace a water heater . This was somewhat tricky, since I had been on the West Coast (California) if this emergency arose. I purchased a hot water heater and Roman Plumbing picked it up and had it installed in 2 hours. Cost was what was friendly to take care of and quoted. Really came through in a pinch for me. I highly suggest this company.They arrived at our home as they stated the time window between 9am-10am. They fixed our water heater since we continue resetting it everyday for the past few years now.Now its working great and no problems at all.I believe they charged the right amount for the functioned they have done.Not like the other company I've dealt with,simply to come look at it whenever that they charge you an huge quantity of money. Saved me $4000 from another plumber! Man wanted to tear my front yard and attribute a tree. They came in drain and solved the matter. Only cost $100 which was and have no issues. If your drains back up get Roman Plumbing for another opinion! It might save you a lot. Thank you a million for helping!

She came out on short note to provide an estimate, and even though she had been somewhat late, she needed to let my tenant understand. When she came, she took nothing for granted and double checked for himself. It was that the work two other technicians said would run to the thousands was only small, and it was fixed by her on the spot. I don't understand how she'll perform on jobs that are large, but I will not hesitate to learn. She is at the top of my list next time I want a plumber.
