Darrels Drain Cleaning

These guys showed up just a couple of hours after my call. The gentleman explained the charge and spent trying to clear the drain. He explained, when he couldn't get it cleared.
He didn't charge me and then did all of this.

Darrel is your man, if your looking for solutions! He had been on time and knew what he was doing! He fixed our problem and was quite reasonably priced! I'd recommend him! Thanks Darrel!

Because the price looks reasonable, I call back and Kim and he seem to be a team that is trusted, Scheduling is simple and the appointment time is mostly come on by him.
I figure if you want cheap, sometimes dependable sometimes not mended sometimes not, service, proceed. I will not hire this provider . I would rather pay a bit more for service.
Initially I would have given 5 stars based off first services to this company , but over time I've observed reliability although the quality of the project, decrease.
I've had each drain in my home emptied by Darrel to obstruct up again soon as months after.
My experience wasn't so. Not only did he fully no-show/no call the first appointment, when I rescheduled and he finally did come out (about 5 hours from the scheduled time, waking me up, but no biggie)-- he did not resolve the drain. He did something then left but there was no change whatsoever. I called right back and Kim was happy to reschedule for him to return and re-try the drain. They"guarantee." The work. I put the air quotations because when he arrived the second timehe had a bad attitude about it, and I asked him if he would mind throwing in fixing a sink that was obstructed also on account of the hassle of needing to return, and he argued I was currently getting a"freebie". Seems a bit unfair considering I had paid full price for the fix initially, just to have it not be fixed the first time was a freebie. But ok, silly for me for asking a customer service gesture because he was so inconvenienced.

I have 4 kids as a result they have a tendency to clog bathrooms with toys or toilet paper all the time. I have utilized the many times of Darrel. Every time he is on time, pleasant friendly, also never adds in extra charges. What he stated the price will be is the price. Does a great job every time.

Dennis said that the lineup was 6.5 feet below his mark. The lineup was where he said it would be, within 6 inches in thickness. Thank you Dennis
I developed placing the lineup to both sides of the house and to excavation the sewer line.

If necessary efficient and will move on the roof. I called him early in the afternoon and that he cleared it .

Last month, 'd my pipes video inspected with these guys and never got the connection for the movie. I am having problems and want this. Called 4 times and Kim keeps telling me she will ship. Oh, and even if I do not get it, then call her back. . .WTF? How hard is it to send an email. Quite unprofessional and would never use them!

Darrels came out (again while my uncle was there) and told my uncle it was the cold water line under the cabinets in my kitchen. My uncle not knowing any better and they abandoned. Obviously as they didn't do exactly what I asked the very first time, I was not going to call RT, so I contacted one of the plumbers at work to come out and give me a quote since I knew he owned his own business as well.
He clarified Darrells SHOULD have taped the wall at which the line as there were at LEAST 3 Cold Water Lines at the area he identified, and SHOULD have clarified to which area of the house that line fed as a result of my block construction it'd be efficient to repipe, than to fix the flow due to the place. He the job to which part of the house it goes he would come out and give me a quote and the locator did was half done and if they could identify which line.
My water bill doubled over a month and that I couldn't find a leak. So spoke to RT Plumbing and explained it was under my slab and I needed to find a leak. They came out and needed my uncle meet them as I was at work. They, checked everything I did and billed me $100 to tell me that they don't possess the equipment to find the leak and gave my uncle's Darrels amount who phoned them (because I would not have as I viewed it as being taken advantage of first man I would not trust anybody he'd recommended).
I phoned Darrels, left a message describing my concern of having the particular line identified....Nothing. Left a message again....Nothing.
Simply, if you would like a job and someone calls nor stand behind their own work.

Darrel is simply terrific. Moment I called him and helped me. He predicted and was there an hour earlier. Darrel will forget. Fantastic work. Right things done the very first time. Terrific individual with a great sense of humor. Extremely reasonable. Would not leave until he analyzed three times and finished in time. I would recommend him to anybody.

After trying to get three other plumbers out here for a clogged drain, I stumbled on these men! Small company, friendly and efficient. They got and we're done in twenty five minutes. They do drain cleaning, which is a bummer because I'd use them for other plumbing projects.

I called Darrel's to come back camera my line. Wish I called them. . .would have saved me my initial $325 I paid somebody else.
I had a problem w/ a blockage in my property. I'd another service provider come out the day before to fix the issue and $325 afterwards, I had a blockage. Then they said it would be 4 TIMES that amount to camera after attempting to rooter my lines, after quoting me price to camera my line.

Would recommend in a heartbeat!
What a terrific company! Quick was a hero now. My kitchen sink was clogged and he arrived on a Sunday to ensure it got fixed immediately! Was pleasant and just a fantastic guy all around!

Great support. Darrel was called by me after waiting and waiting patiently for a different drain support company not worth mentioning. Darrel is definitely recommended by me. A nice honest individual, extremely punctual, without a BS. Most importantly, a very acceptable price. Thanks Darrel!

Had a backed up drain last night (from cooking). Got at 9am, found Darrel, and he had been by 11am at my house. Super friendly service, and $45 fee drain cleaning. Good and honest service!

$1400 value of work plus a days extra digging since this guy hurried the job a missed the flow .
Well the flow wasn't there and the supply lines were not even close. We discovered the flow on our very own and it was BEFORE it entered under the driveway.
I phoned him to ask what his policy is regarding such a major mistake and he replies,"We could appear and try again besides that its only a missed detection plus it happens". Excuse me Darrel the escape was discovered by us a driveway where you said it was on our own AFTER digging. I don't need that kind of help. A repair that may have cost a few hundred to fix switched to the escape detection of Darrel into a few million thank or in this case, Darrel's I don't have a clue
Contacted Darrel's locating to locate a water leak which has been discovered that I manage.
Darrel arrived removed his gear and said he located the flow under the concrete slab where the driveway fulfilled the garage. I had him indicate the water supply line from the city water service to the home what concrete we'd need to eliminate and so we can identify where we had to earn access to this flow.
