Timothy is a plumber that is very attentive. I wish he'd write a book about plumbing's history - he understands the why of code and what changes over the years out and inside. His knowledge in this discipline isn't simply interesting - it is extremely useful if you just happen to own an older home, as I do.
I would advise Timothy for any plumbing job, but I would recommend him for work in homes - Timothy can, if anyone can find out it.

Think twice (or maybe 3 times) before hiring this man.
While he may know a lot about pipes, he understands very little about preserving a modicum of professionalism.
There are one-star testimonials for Timothy (I'm not the first) for a reason. I can write in detail each one the issues I suffered with this"professional" but I already know his modus operandi - which will be to refute all issues - at a demeaning, disparaging and condescending tone (he has done this with me through phone, text and text ). Read his responses, if you do not believe me. He does not defend himself he only attacks by demeaning.

Purchased a Brand New refrigerator but delivery folks unable to Put in Shut off water valve was leaking. Delivery had to have before refrig installation it fix. Timothy from Daystar came on precisely the day on very short notice and repaired our valve. He explained everything in detail as to what is done. Honest and dependable. Our water line is now working thanks to Timothy.

Timothy in Daystar Plumbing is quite friendly, honest, and goes out of his way to give the best alternative to the client. He installed our dishwasher air gap fixed our kitchen sink drain, and reattached the flange in our garbage disposal. The garbage disposal was not intended with this appointment Timothy needed a myriad of no escapes and components to address the situation in which it was attached and fix the disposal. He even provided recommendations on how best to fix different problems in my home (we had a problem with our shower). While some people I've spoken to pay less for similar plumbing solutions, Timothy breaks down the reason for every single price tag, his professional advice was worthwhile, and that I feel great behind the services from an independent local business. In addition, he reacts via text message as well. I will be calling Timothy when we need things done correctly!

Timothy is a skilled plumber and a company owner of integrity. Our home is a mix of fresh and historical plumbing and the early parts are fragile. He drains without any collateral damage successfully in two bathrooms and was able to replace taps.

Powerful, educated and professional, Tim is an trustworthy and outstanding plumber. Our garage sink drain had a continuous escape which we could not figure out (we barely use the sink!) . We predicted Daystar, after sending photos and asking several questions, he had an inkling of the difficulty (it was tied to condensation originating from our high efficiency furnace). Timothy is amazing. With some nightmare pipes, which included a rat mess below the dishwasher being replaced by us, he spent. He removed the dishwasher, set up a new garbage disposal, redid ancient pipes, cleaned up explaining and all cheerfully everything along the way.

What there is a wonderful human being Timothy. Like I asked for something that was out of Timothy's scope and he was kind enough to refer to other specialists who concentrated on my request! Much appreciated.

Timothy is undoubtedly the most kind, compassionate and intriguing professional in this industry. He behaves in a very professional fashion, tells you cost and work it takes to get the work done up front (will also tell you if he's not the right person for the task and refer others), and if you're lucky enough to get a conversation in with him you will learn a lot! I would call Daystar for any plumbing needs and happily refer to friends and family for him.

Timothy does tidy work and gives quotes on time and cost. He is one of the contractors we've had. His job demanded capping a gas pipe, eliminating an outdoor faucet on the deck and replacing it with you on the house, and a fix for a fitting out of meter-to-house (which PG&E advised us about sooner ). He did so in under a day and also for the sum which was absolutely affordable.

Timothy was great! He worked with our schedule (through Thanksgiving week no less!) And was able to fix the problems in 1 visit. He also suggested some techniques to avoid problems. He was able to recommend someone that we were using this was not his speciality.

Just wanted to update my review remains doing work for us. He recommended and installed a faucet for our kitchen sink that people adore. Over and over again he has been a fantastic resource for any and all plumbing problems.

He got on it....took the bathroom off the floor, showed me that the issue (yes, chalk another winner up to Kenmark Construction - home of the worst. . . .contractors that walk the world ), and suggested a somewhat interesting solution....that worked.
He showed up on time (and here I had always assumed that was against the Plumbers Creed), was incredibly polite, seemed at the issues, and suggested that a remedy (fix the leaking bathroom. . .doh!) .
. .has ever known as a plumber. I am surprised to discover that most plumbers are somewhat standoffish Due to this - they are inclined to hear things from their customers.
When I found I had had a bathroom so it started. . .one day, it hit the breaking point, and I found that a floor ceiling starting to sag.
I found Timothy to be a fantastic guy - and from what I can tell, a plumber. Can not recommend him enough for coasties. He is the best.
After hitting up yelp, I called Daystar Plumbing. . .and was a bit surprised to get a person on the telephone, but the proprietor himself - Timothy. He was on a job, but took the time to listen to my tale of woe, and rearranged his schedule so he could be here when my water reduction guy was here.

We believed I heard trickle, drip, drip and woke up after a storm. Oh dear, is the roof leaking? Nevertheless, it was lucky because it was that our water heater had just dismissed, that I discovered the dripping. No hot water and also the possibility of 40 gallons of water emptying into my garage.
We made our choice to stay with electric tank water heater and he said he'd be back the following day at 9:00 am required to finish the job. And he had been! We are bringing us around code for security and very pleased with the fix.
And then he answered on the third ring! We have utilized Timothy's solutions before to put in two high profile toilets and a new kitchen faucet and have been very happy.

Very knowledgable, professional - that he didn't try to cut corners...I cannot tell you how reasonable priced he's. We had a leak under our kitchen sink....found out that the dishwasher has been backed up using goop too. He gave a hose also to us and substituted the airgap on the garbage disposal. He replaced the extension piece. And snaked the Entry...
He's quite reasonable and honest....what plumber does that anymore!!!! He's local in Pacifica - his card includes his speech, and business license. I found him. !!!!

Timothy has wonderful customer service and is beneficial. As he had been already booked, I wasn't able to reserve him for his plumbing solutions. I read glowing reviews about him on Nextdoor.com and needed a plumber same day. Even though he was not available, he asked what my problem was and identified the issue. In addition, he supplied.

As with many plumbing problems there is not time to organize for service in advance. Provide choices to me, As soon as I called Timothy was able to understand the matter, and provide me with an estimate for repairs. Timothy showed me how and why there were problems I am rather delighted with service and the repairs, and was on time, clean, quick.
