Ron understands what he is doing. He's courteous, professional, and prompt. He had the part the next day and we had to replace the board and put in it the next. Being a brand new board the match was different. No problem for Ron as he had been ready and fastened fresh mounts. 30 mins after... our warmth was functioning and working how it should. Thank you!

I yelp-messaged Ron having a difficulty -- a water main valve. He had been exemplary with his yelp-messaging, swung by my house to look at it, also provided specific advice (and above all, re-assurance) about the issue and how I could certainly fix it myself (without turning off the main valve). He was generous. I'll plan on calling him when I've got a bigger job.

I want to hire a person once I need any service, so when I needed a Plumber one Saturday, I found and looked Yelp up. The firm had good reviews, so I chose to call Maintech. Ron replied and luckily for me, he didn't have any appointments that morning. He came within 30-min. He resides. He gave me a quote and looked in the issue and worked on the pipes issue. He didn't charge me extra, although it took more work than anticipated. I found Ron to be very professional and educated about his line of work. I'd hire him again and recommend him to other people.

Met Ron at the very best way, in his element. I'm a renter and the owner sent Ron to come take a look at a damage intake on the central heating, not only did he beat my price quote from another firm, he took photos and maintained amazing communicating between the us and owners (the renters) he did an wonderful job where all parties was happy and I wanted to tell you all know Rons the man! While working on my own water heater great response time and created recommendation. I called multiple businesses and this guy was the best price and good to use. Me did not over charge as opposed to other folks. I'd use him again for sure!

Ron gave me guidance about the best way best to manage the phone to the maker of my busted water heater and a few days later I had my component. If that really breaks I am in business! Upon arriving at my home he said he could get it and that the issue was something else. 30 minutes later he back installed . I appreciate his honesty and believe his job was done and worth the price. Ron managed to see me and answered my phone right away. Other companies were talking ending of this month! Ron fixed my heater and showed up on time. He's knowledgable, and also a"good guy". He's my go to!

Ron arrived and fixed my furnace problem. Prior to calling Ron, I already had a diagnosis of this problem conducted by another corporation. I know the cost quoted by that other firm does not make sense at all after studying the purchase price of the components. After describing the diagnosis he managed to give me a reasonable cost quote through text on labor and parts while other firms were not able to supply one. Ron, one the day of fixing this problem took couple attempts. He was so responsible to make certain it's really fixed and was consistent in solving the issue. He's fair and responsive. When I need it I recommend him and will use his service again.

We discovered Maintech through Yelp and Ron came out. He got our warmth working , and spent about 2-hours thoroughly troubleshooting all the issues.
Ron is exemplary! Our warmth had gone out through the cold breeze, and we called the'amount' (NOT Maintech) recorded on our HVAC unit. The company that came out informed us the unit required to be substituted, and wanted us to pay for a sales call.

We thought we so are we and went with Ron glad!!!! and following had a severe issue with our kitchen faucet We have lived here for more than 50 yrs and because proprietor of Rosenberg pipes retired have not found a plumber we desired to work with . Now that we've had coping with Ron seems after reading the reviews for heaters will add that and like we will use for almost any plumbing problems. Really responsive that is personable and will solve the issue no matter what. What else can you request??????

Reached out to Ron to have a look at the furnace in our new home that is original (1955! ) ) - he was quick to react, very flexible with scheduling, and above all educated, even about our furnace that is ancient! Thank you Ron for getting it up and running for us! Highly recommend!

Ron was amazing. He came for free on notice to check out my dishwasher that wouldn't empty, even though he said he doesn't work on these. He gave me some fantastic suggestions on how to solve the issue and prevent it. And didn't charge me one cent. He is on top of my list to call next time although we didn't do any real business this time, since he gave me great service AND is appropriate in my neighborhood.

He is always on time, or if a couple of minutes out, always calls or texts . He clean and clean up after himself. As a plumber and heating specialist, he could be invaluable with most issues. If he can't assist you, he'll help you find the right individuals to assist you. Not only is the maintenance service outstanding, the customer support is terrific. I have called on Maintech Service multiple times. Every time solved the issue at precisely the exact same time, assessed the problem and they quickly scheduled the appointment. Compared to other service providers, their pricing is very fair and they have worked with me to make a sudden project affordable. I would suggest Maintech Service and I'm glad I have this resource nearby.

Had to cancel my appointment for some other motives but five stars for Ron's promptness and fantastic pricing. He was the first to respond even though it was late in the day and had the best price out of six people that I contacted. Also made the effort. Would reach out again when I needed heating or plumbing services.
