I discovered these testimonials on Yelp about Davis and had a plumbing problem. So I predicted yesterday, and he and his helper were fast receptive. He managed to carve out time for a quote. I was worried it was going to be a expensive endeavor. Not so! David was correcting the work of another contractor I had hired 9-10 months ago to put in a new sink and vanity. The leak developed over the 9 months. No PVC should be linked to galvanized steel he clarified. He managed to perform the job right which I loved as I had taken the afternoon off.
Great experience with David. To start with, I sent an email late at night hoping not to hear back until the following afternoon needed availability the day and but Rebecca responded right away. I also had to organize their availability and they left it super easy -- just texted David an overview of the issue after Rebecca put us and then he reached out to my tenant straight and coordinated timing from that point. He called me from the condominium after he checked the situation and was very clear about the issue, what it would cost to fix, before he went 31, etc. I also originally called him because of low water pressure in the bathroom sink, also between the first outreach and him coming over my renters found another issue using the dishwasher (electric ) which David was also able to assess and fix. So all around great experience.
Bathroom clogged and tub backing up in a one-bedroom, one-bathroom(!) Unit I own. Obviously, a fast fix demanded. By the time of the telephone to the response from Owner, David Mizrahi, was approximately 10-15 minutes. It was very much valued, although that not always possible. Very good on communicating when he'd be in a position to be there, permitting for my travel time as well. Handled the matter, identified additional issues to consider, and washed up reasonably well. Definitely a company to put to call for all plumbing problems.
David came right on time. He gave his recommendation and looked in my first difficulty. I requested him to look at a few plumbing difficulties and he obliged. He and his staff fixed my bathroom were on there way. I would use them again.
Great company! David was responsive showed up on time, and mended the clogged drain in a few minutes. I use these guys again.
