PG&E came out and told me the issue. Jeff has 100s of 5 star reviews. I can see why. I was given a quote by him, came after he explained, completed the job professional and quickly, and the price didn't change.
I will refer all of my clients to Jeff at In Demand.

This was one of the easiest home projects we've had completed from start to finish. Beginning with the immediate and fast online scheduling! Shortly after scheduling a four hour window, then I received an email giving a window that's wonderful! Jeff was our brand new home the following day, right on time! He was quite fast and effective and there were no hidden costs. Our recently installed crap disposal is working great and our kitchen faucet is amazing and brings our fresh kitchen. I can not recommend In Demand Plumbing enough. My toilet was completely clogged so that I did a little research and came across in need. Within minutes of my inquiry I had an appointment scheduled for a few hours later. Jeff had the toilet fixed and arrived. He managed to complete them and had a while to check some of the other small tasks out. I had been impressed with his service that I scheduled another appointment with him to change an old regulator out. And knowledgeable and really prompt, he identified the problem during his initial trip and it was that.

Will be calling him with any updates or problems I have in my home or my mother's!

Super thankful to have found this firm. The plumber was fine and appeared very knowledgeable. I had a couple of small things needed to get a sink replaced and he had been very fast and the price was good. Once I have another plumbing requirement I 100% will hire him again. Thanks again!!

2-changed the washer hot and cold valves that were rusted and required replacement such as the hoses ( I supplied the hoses)
Had 5 items done for a total of $250. Can it all in One Hour
4-turned on the refrigerator water valve that was stuck because of rust (today we can make ice and receive water out of the fridge)
5- the water pressure
Safe go to for pipes and will work with to replace my water heater. I had these issues going on for awhile and thought I would need to replace a lot of items but it was replacement and some simple repairs. Thank you doing a good job and Jeff for being a professional.
1-fixed a dishwasher that did not drain
3- fixed the kitchen sink

Jeff did an excellent job installing a garage disposal and is ancient. I really do recommend his service.

Walked to the garage only to detect water where I've never seen it and took off, my very first thought was water heater. After overeating in a buffet, we confirmed the water heater was leaking from the floor and returned home. My initial reaction is go to yelp. I found In shot and Demand them petition for a quote, it was about Friday. Yelp has been the guts to respond with a quote to have a look within a half hour and shot 4 asks. Jeff was able to begin immediately, clarified the procedure that I didn't understand some and arrived at 3:30. So Jeff went to work by starting with draining the tank then a visit to the plumbing shop for 30, I had already cleared a path to the water heater. After returning, Jeff tore into and I left him alone. I popped in periodically but didn't wish to distract him. I after some time I discovered so we chatted, fine man Jeff was wrapping it up. All I could say was Jeff spared us from a day of discomfort, the occupation looks good and the price was good in addition to adding a pan under the water heater to direct the water away from the wall as it finally fails within a decade or so, hopefully.
