When shielding my pavers and hardscape general Plumbing replaced my sewer line and water line that was clean day!
I had been worried that my lovely paver my sprinklers or my yard would be damaged... but .
Every one of the crew members cleaned up so nicely you can not tell they and realized their tasks had been here.
I am relieved, quite pleased, and am delighted to flush toilets the work.
With his sewer line camera and experience, Jorge (General Plumbing) decided that my flushing problems were due to large sag in my sewer pipe underneath the sidewalk. However, his company could replace the sewer pipe using a sleek new one with a"trenchless" technique.

Professional and Speedy service from this firm. We had a pipe break that was feeding among our hose bibs so we needed to turn-off the water. We known as General Plumbing & Rooter and they had Juan out to our home within a half an hour and he did an outstanding job repairing the problem. Juan is a really professional yet friendly person who gave a very accurate quote identified the problem and fixed the problem at a manner that is fast and effective. He gave a few alternatives to choose from and pointed out a couple of other issues. Thanks Juan to do a great job and we will surely call General Plumbing & Rooter again and request Juan for future plumbing issues.

A major plumbing emergency yesterday, we were having and I needed a plumber ASAP to snake our lines! I had never used General Plumbing they were able to find someone out in one hour to me and before but I took a chance calling. Juan came and quickly got to work. He had a fantastic attitude and was personable. He resolved our problems . I will always call General from now for his support that is awesome.

Came within two hours on a Saturday and did a marvelous and thorough job. Very happy. Would highly recommend and will definitely use them later on.

We called Router and General Plumbing on a Sunday having an emergency occupation, daily and they came out right away. The issue was recognized by johnny and started work right away. The job carried over into another day, and he spent basically helping us solve a mess.
The whole timewe knew we got top-notch service here. Of with, we felt like Johnny was really in trying to look after our home and solve problems, a partner. Would recommend these guys highly.

Last 11, we worked w Johnny on a crisis call and I must say he was in coordinating the client that was w, super friendly and helpful!

Danny came out to inspect a 20" corrugated metal storm drain pipe to get my client by"snaking' his camera AND I needed it mapped out because of different elements between the pipe so he mapped out the pipe using a sensor to locate the camera. He was very honest and communicative concerning the constraints that the camera may have before he started. We pushed it at the pipe every 3-5 ft and then Danny indicated the place . All went well on this job. Process was professional and quite personable. I can tell he actually cared. As a 2nd generation general contractor Who's protective and devoted to my clients projects I highly recommend this Firm

I had the water valve behind my machine replaced and they could find someone out quick. The tech was really nice and showed up on time but was not prepared and needed to go to Home Depot 3 distinct times to get supplies to perform the job. After he replaced the valves he melted the plastic housing them around asked if I was okay with it. I said no and that he said since it had gotten so 21, he could come back to replace it. Then he tried to turn the water back but broke the water on the home off in his hands (I know accidents occur and it was 20 years old so that it likely was due) but instead of checking the size of valve that he desired first he cut the pipe then realized the valve that he had was too little and went back into Home Depot and Lowe's to get the most suitable one. He he couldn't find one and returned empty handed at 8pm at night. He said he'd return in the afternoon with the correct valve at 7am at the most up-to-date but I would be without water for the evening. He replaced it and showed up at 7:30 am. So all in all he was really nice but I would not use them because a replacement that is simply valve ended up being more expensive than it should've been and took to long. Lesson learned

Plumbing company! We really appreciated the flexibility in scheduling and being able to determine if we wanted the job done once they diagnosed the issue (rather than simply paying an right hourly rate). We really enjoy that they want to fix the root cause. Very fantastic and professional communication. We will call on General Plumbing & Rooter again!

Definitely ask for plumbing issues again for Juan and will call them.
Great service from the company. Juan who came and fixed our main water valve did his job in a timely fashion and was very nice, educated.
He helped us out our Xmas party's afternoon that we were hosting in the home. Thank for doing an awesome job you Juan.

I can't give these men only five stars. I'd give 12 if we can give 10. The sewer line broke between the city pipe and my house. I had a quote for about $ 9,000 to dig up my whole yard replace the line and pull out all my bricks and retaining wall. Because they offer replacement, I predicted General Plumbing. They came out on a Wednesday gave a quote to me and they were here by Friday morning to fix it. Hardly any damage to your own lawn. We were testing the traces by running the whole houses water over 2 and a half an hour. Alex, and christian, Ray, Ramon were all here working on it. They were incredible. I won't ever call anyone else . And big shout out and thank you for assisting me in the workplace to Cecilia. Thank you! All of you are the best!

I was extremely impressed with the professional support and timely answer. Had a problem with the upstairs bathroom tub faucet. I was amazed in General Plumbing with Sid and Danny. They gave several choices to resolve the circumstance and inspected the problem. The fee was really sensible and the answer form the call to conclusion was the identical day. I would strongly suggest General Plumbing.

The sewer line from our house to the street was so backed up that all our toilets and shower drains were backed up before Christmas. General Plumbing had a plumber called the night, Juan arrived in our house and retuned our telephone within half an hour. The job required a lot of hydro, snaking, a two way and ultimately digging flushing to clear the lines out. Juan was very helpful in taking the time to explain what he was doing with each and every step and took the time to show us exactly what went on during what turned into a two day job and was extremely specialist. Juan completed the job on Christmas Eve. I'd recommend these guys to anyone - ask for Juan!!

Terrible! Called from the am, never gave me a quote"said technician provides me a quote on the project" waited all day for plumber Finally showed at 4:30. Only a snake outside drain possibly 80 ft. Quote $225. I laughed and said no thanks!!
Called Coco plumbers here at 9 this am mended my problem 10 min $100 never call General such a scam!!

Had technician Johnny Mogan come out to our home today for an emergency repair to our water line. Very professional and knowledgeable. We were back up and running in a couple hrs. Will surely put him and did a fantastic job and his firm on speed dial up.
