Excellent experience from beginning to end. Contrary to other plumbers, who don't call you back or just don't reply, I left a message along with Cherie phoned me back within 10 minutes and called. Brian came out and gave me a quote, which was reasonable compared to. He is extremely helpful. Whenever we had any questions or made changes they were very accommodating and responded. My husband was here while Brian do the job and that he said that he did an excellent job and it was nothing but a good experience. As difficult as it is to find a plumber, I was hesitant to write the review because I wanted them to be my little lol! I will NOT use any other plumbers so long as they are about!

The honest and dependable plumber. Brian came on Saturday afternoon to check my leaking garbage disposal. I thought the entire thing had to be replaced with the water. Turns out, it just had some tightening. Brian did not feel comfortable charging me for this before he left and we had a conversation. He's an inspiration and local business leaders like him ought to be supported. I intend on sharing his information with anybody and my HOA that I encounter.

Martin was my fix guy. He was professional, quick, considerate and very knowledgeable. If needed, I would definitly call them again. He replaced my garbage disposal and the valve . My husband and I both had a good deal of Martin and questions was quite patient. He did not rush or drive; rather provided us and waited for my husband and I to discuss our options.

Here is actually the 2nd time we've utilized Professional Plumbing: once for once for a water heater that is busted and a blocked drain - their prices were very fair and twice their support was EXCELLENT! That is a family business and Rick and Martin helped us we are so happy we we found this company that is GREAT!

We have used Pro Plumbing in the last few months. Very impressed!! Office staff Is Quite friendly and worked to schedule both visits quickly,
First was going to fix a water leak within the garage wall, and what turned out to be a ABS sewer line that is busted. Work was performed quickly and professionally. They didn't charge me for the time, although it took longer time than had been projected since it had been a more intricate repair than expected.
Project was a few days prior to Christmas, to repair/replace the sewage drain lines beneath the kitchen sink that is double. I'd purchased parts and attempted to fix itself, but couldn't seem to find the joints to seal. I called Pro Plumbing following the superb service that was previous. It was early evening, and the plumber has been there in 30 minutes. He had the work done in about 20 minutes. For evening work, their speed is double the speed that is daytime, and they have a two hour minimum. He charged me for 90 minutes. I was glad to cover the $258 invoice and have everything.

I'd two bathrooms I'd bought from Home Depot are installed by plumbing. Where leaking from the base months later both bathrooms. The woman on the phone told me covers 90 days. Then I told her they're both brand new bathrooms and it's only been a few months, but she wouldn't honor the guarantee. Thanks for your support and customer support that is worse. I will Make Certain to cross them off my list for any future jobs

My husband snaked the line a few days, I guess the clog was further down the pipe. Being tired of getting my kitchen out of order, and did not want my husband to mess with the drain. . .it was time to call in professionals! In virtually no time, they'd my kitchen back in shape! I appreciate their promptness, and that I felt the price was fair for the ceremony. If I have another plumbing problem which my husband can't fix on his own, definitely will call Rick.

A number of decades ago, I met Brian (son), that resolved a plumbing problem. Brian completed the project consistent with our request. Now, I've had the benefit of Rick (dad ) and Jose (grandson) mend our instantaneous plumbing issues. Rick thoroughly addressed all of our concerns regarding tankless versus water heaters and courteously took the time to explain precautions which, although unlikely, we may need to undertake. Moving ahead, we would look forward to getting any member of this family company address our requirements.

His grandson and rick showed up on the dot at 11 am the following day. The problem was fixed by them in 1/2 hr and we had hot water 45 minutes later. They repaired a plumbing leak in the toilet for no extra charge and consulted on gas line path we are currently considering in our yard.
We now have a 7 month old infant and as we were about to give him a tub we realized our hot water wasn't working. My husband tried to get the pilot re-lit but we were unsuccessful.
All I will say is we were incredibly impressed by the kindness, kindness, good customer service and quality of work. In less than 24 hrs, baby got a nice tub and mommy and dad did! We will surely utilize the again and I would recommend them!
At 10 pm that same night, Brian called ushelped diagnose the problem over the phone and said he would send their"emergency services" into our house with a part that could fix the problem the following morning. We were amazed by the quick response and customer service, and were amazingly thankful!
We called Professional Pipes because it said on our water heater they did the installation, Following we were given the round-a-bout by our homeowners insurance.
