Even statements I made such as"Well, I will allow you to pay attention to your work now" didn't cause him to stop speaking.
The problem was fixed by diablo, but charged a LOT for it. Part of difficulty was that Rick was very ineffective. He wasted a great deal of time speaking (about anything and everything) to the point he almost seemed like he was purposely running the clock.
This could be bad enough when Diablo was charging by the occupation, but the client wastes not only his/her time, but his cash when it's charging by the hour.

The ideal response after somebody is trying to find an estimate for 4 weeks is"we aren't interested or unable to take your job in the instant" There is nothing wrong with that- you are a private company and can do whatever you want. You should never keep someone online saying"it is coming" when you have done nothing on their undertaking.
They have been referred to me as a good company so I was diligent in following up and being individual because I know these people have a"lot going on" (we all do). After no less than 20 phone calls and 6+ times of emailing plans since"do we have programs for your project?" Kinds of answers screw it.
You're the ones hunting for jobs, but there'll be a moment, in the future where your work slows down, although I know that it's a time to build in the bay region. I am hoping that people read your arrogance and this catches you up, since you don't have the simplest of management procedures in place, and people pass on your company.
Diablo Plumbing is one of the few companies that genuinely is terrible. I have telephone logs, and emails going back if they attempt to find this review pulled. Do not waste your own time, work with literally anybody.
I am a developer and work with trades people all day, everyday. The industry is full of flakes and individuals who are professional, but Diablo Plumbing takes the cake for the hands down tackling of customers in my personal life. I have a 6 figure pipes job ready to go, and first sent them strategies back in November of 2018. The estimator John stated he would have a look.

Tenant -"A thing within our unit remains leaking"
Day 2 was completely unnecessary, however, Diablo management believes differently and won't budge about the unnecessary support fees for Day 2.
Day 1 - $300 commission
Different Diablo tech -"We do not do any support on appliance problems. Have a wonderful day."
Diablo tech didn't walk the 5 measures to look at the machine and left.
Diablo tech:"It may function as kitchen faucet, but the leak is very minor and I doubt it would cause whats happening to the unit under. I'll fix it anyway (1 wrench twist to tighten). Did you run your washing machine sometime in the past 24 hours"
Day 2 - $300 commission
Client service/satisfaction is not a high priority for Diablo Plumbing.
Different Diablo tech -"It's your washing machine."
Tenant:"There may be a leak in our device that may be causing harm to the device under"

Rick was great. He explained what he would need to do when he got here. We needed the sewer line cleared, if we had a clean-out, and we didn't know. He arrived on the hottest day of the year, and awakened in the heat until he found that the clean-out. Explanations that are Fantastic, courteous and committed to getting the job. We are going to hire him to get plumbing work later on.

Rick came out and solved a very unconventional problem which had existed for years in only a matter of hours. He was unrelenting and very inventive. Additionally very agreeable to use. We also have loved working with Diablo Plumbing and they will be our go to technicians for the locations of our small business.

We'd Rick from Diablo Plumbing out today to repair a leak in the copper supply line into our upstairs dressing table. He was very professional and pleasant. The hot water , rerouted the line into a location that was better was substituted by rick, and cleaned up. Very reasonable pricing and prompt service. I would recommend Diablo Plumbing and Rick.

Diablo Plumbing recently repaired a flow in the ceiling of my condo from a hot water heater. They worked with the HOA at first, but I had been concerned that the price would be higher, once it had been identified that the flow was my duty. I was happy to see that the hourly rate was comparable to other service providers in the region. And the repair work was finished fast since the region had previously been identified and marked off for repair. I would use them again based on my recent experience!

Diablo Plumbing was helping me. . Rick and Danny are dependable, honest, knowledgeable, and professional. Office staff is always useful and nice. I would recommend Diablo Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

CHARGES FOR BIDS! This business was given 3 opportunities to inform me of charging a for a bid of their unusual practice. And the plumber neglected to mention this when he came to the house. He needed to inform me there would be a fee BEFORE he wasted an hour 45 minutes looking around my house. While he had been there, no support was done. No substances were used. And I DID NOT grant approval for him to bill for his"work" until he did it.
I phoned Diablo Plumbing and told the scheduling I was looking for"bids" in a problem in my house. I asked because many plumbers with results that were little have already looked at the problem, so that I need presses on re-pipe or a more innovative pressure test. The secretary advised a plumber and said ok. When he came, I told him two"that I am just collecting bids" on this work, he stated he'd look around and gather information for the bid. Following his lengthy look in the house and systems in question,'' he writes an invoice for his time and says"we bill for all bid work. The secretary must have told you" He presented me. I stated I am not comfortable paying this because I asked for a bid. He called his office supervisor who insisted they needed payment until he leaves. I stated"the least you can do will be bill credit and me this $214 toward any work I employ you to do." I believed she consented to charge me later. Yet, the plumber still would not leave until I paid him. Since I felt bullied into payment with this man in my house that indicated he would not leave until I paid 29,, I grudgingly gave him a credit card.
Beware.

Highly recommend Diablo Plumbing. Danny knows what he is doing and does it plays and efficiently quality work. He needed to correct problems in the two taps in the kitchen and the bathroom that was worked on by a handyman. Lesson learned. I'll utilize Diablo Plumbing from today on!

The prices they charge are high for our business and they charge for every little item. They're not very efficient as when they were hoping to fix leaks under our restaurant and billed us OVER $1500 for a regular fix that I later had to get re-repaired by a different plumbing company which did it for under $600 and did it in half the time. In addition, I suspect them of charging for bids and with working with our landlord before we could even get a reasonable comparison to charge out any repair job. I do NOT recommend this plumbing company EVER. We will never use them.

Our friends recommended Diablo Plumbing when they could come out right away and correct a leak we'd discovered in our bathroom ceiling at the night before, and we were very happy. Danny figured out where the leak was coming from and mended it. He explained everything thoroughly and left the toilet as he had discovered it. We were satisfied with our repair and we will definitely call Diablo next time we all have a plumbing problem.

Danny came to replace a toilet for us. He explained options for fitting a new flange and correcting valve fittings and is a fantastic communicator. He cleaned up all of the materials and packaging from the new toilet and is quickly. Really pleased with his job!

I've used Diablo Plumbing times and have always been extremely delighted with all aspects of their service from their scheduling into this service call the billing process along with itself. They have worked on bathroom and kitchen plumbing issues with the quality. They're great to use. Highly suggested!

So thrilled!! The dishwasher or washer couldn't operate with no backing up. My husband made the kitchen & an attempt to mend! Called Diablo in the daytime & Danny Couldn't believe they could find somebody. I was SO thankful. The clog was cleared by danny and had everything. He was fantastic with his crowd of small kids. :--RRB- that they LOVED watching. Prices I thought. Would call! So thankful to have a problem cleaned up quickly. Terrific service. Thank you Diablo!!

I received outstanding service from Rick and Jim. Rick talked on the telephone & was quite patient with explaining to me why and what needed to be done in my condominium to me before they came. I know I was lucky that he was knowledgeable about my construction. And he and Jim were both professional and very kind. They replaced 3 faucets and three valves. I would easily recommend them!

WOW! Over the weekend we had a main line blockage.... We managed to get through the weekend... expecting to prevent the outrageous costs of"emergency" service calls. I called Diablo Plumbing first thing in 8am... and also the office said they can get someone out to me not only TODAY, but in about twenty minutes! Low and behold, Ricky arrived! Super friendly, got to work and cleared out the pipe but delivered down a snake a second time to be certain it was apparent. Super nice guy, spoke of the company. As a small business owner myself, who likes to work with local businesses and put back into my own neighborhoods, I would strongly recommend this company for any and all plumbing needs!
