Our toilet was obstructed for the last four days. We've tried multiple times. Louis and Sergio came in and saved the day. It was like magic! If you need someone dependable, friendly and sometimes (a bit early) these are your men!!! Can not thank you enough!!!

They reacted in a timely manner and arrived to save in a really short time period. The entire fix was less than one minute: measure 1 media reset button, measure 2 utilize a"S" to loosen the ground. Done. $205 charged. I would say after you read my opinion, you d save this 205$. 1 star off for how expensive that this 1 Min was.

I've been having issues with my garbage disposal for a couple of days. Given it's about 11 years old, I was completely anticipating the garbage disposal to require replacement. To me, the team did not replace it and came out - they did a check to make sure if replacement might be avoided and was absolutely needed. Who does that nowadays?! These guys are fair, and I would highly recommend them. You can tell from the manner in which they perform their work they are extremely fast yet professional and have a good deal of experience. I even received guidance for things to think about in relation to how I should use my new garbage disposal. I would like to acknowledge Louie and Sergio who were amazing.

Called this company to find someone to come out. They said they'd charge hourly. That is fine. But they still bill when they cant fix the situation. Really??? What confidence or confidence if that to the client. On top of the rep was not the best person. Can not use them...

I called them with a problem around airgap leaking water. Charge $80 / and they affirmed that there's an issue with air gap arrived by and will need to replace it for the airgap. No matter there. Since they did not have it in stock, they must come the day with the part and scheduled me.
I can buy a dishwasher with amazon services and get it replaced for $229 / for $400 /.
I asked a breakdown of their charges in writing but today that they have already got the check in my spouse, I doubt I would get it.
I won't suggest them to any of my friends or acquaintances in the near future.
Issue is that the work was finished in 20 mins just and assuming they still charge you for the entire hour, it ought to be $285/(I had been told on the phone that they will pro-rate to 30 mins of work if mend was finished earlier and not for the complete hour when I'd asked). I'd assume the 15 mins that they came into diagnose on the first day would count in this.
The tech Kirby was great and no complaints for him. He did his work.
The lady on the phone was rude and said that it is common sense as we don't carry airgap for every dishwasher out there that we charge you labour for part shopping.
They quoted me at 1.5 hours of work for $205/- per hour and with part, it will be $385/-

Pipes and Sewer Solutions are rock stars. We had our main sewer line substituted from our house clean outside to the road. They were considerate and very knowledgeable. Louie and Kirby are experts. This was and we're glad we had quality pipes by our side.

Charging individuals money for just showing up (visit fee) is absurd.

We had a kitchen faucet replaced, they cared for quickly and at affordable cost. I said a mysterious issue while they were here. I called back a couple of days later with more info (dishwasher slowly filling up from the bottom alone ). They gave us a work-around until we could get a dishwasher, sussed out the issue, and came out the following day. They did not charge for this second trip!
These guys are definitely my go-to for all plumbing needs.

Best plumbers in town. Period. Plumbers are individuals you hope you never need but you would like to locate the very best ones to work in your home, if you do. These people are it. They are friendly, efficient, and plus they understand their pipes. We had a plumber come first and he didn't help resolve the underlying issues. And low water. Turns out that the water osmosis system discharged salt into the pipes and broke. Louie and Kirby worked together to flush out the house and they returned the same afternoon to set up a new kitchen faucet (my old one had been obstructed with salt so that I needed to buy a new one). Subsequently my machine stopped filling to purge the hoses there as 20, and they returned the next morning. They didn't even charge me for that visit... although I also had them replace my shower heads because they had been at the house. I will be calling them.

So glad we found this company. . Our kitchen sinks have been a tragedy. Sewer Solutions and Pipes came out, correctly assessed the issue, and all was repaired in about an hour. Kirby was efficient and polite. He explained every step and took care to keep everything tidy and tidy. The next time we have a plumbing issue, we will immediately call Sewer Solutions and Plumbing.

Drain pipe in master bedroom shower area got water & clogged overflowing. Some water started to drip beneath the shower downstairs via the flood lights at the ceiling right. Tried everyone & a few plumbing solutions was reserved. The woman that answered my call said the exact same thing. But when I was desperate where I could find support again & asked her, she stated she would make some calls to determine anyone was available to perform emergency repair. It's late day & she called back in 10 minutes & found my help. 2 technicians came & tried without success the very first time. They came back an hour later. Problem got fix! They were courteous, professional. Excellent service! Will certain recommend their services.

This company is everything you need in a little business enterprise. They're courteous, professional and reasonably priced. We had sewer line broke and Louie was nothing short of a rock star! He was able to supply the best option to get it fixed over the weekend to us. Thank company and you Louie!

This company wants to charge me $205 for showing up to fix a toilet that I paid them $375 to mend less than a year ago. Don't fall for this $205 visit fee, there are a lot of high quality plumbers that will not charge anything for a trip and supply a free quote (including highly rated Plumbing Care).

I called this company to fix a toilet that I have in July. They told me that the fill unit inside the toilet wasn't functioning and charged me $225 to fix it. Afterward, my then my renter called me (albeit, perhaps not inside the warranty period of 30 days) but called and said that the toilet wasn't functioning again (same problems as before). (this is the sole reason I'm giving them two stars rather than one).
Anyhow, the business goes out, does something to the toilet and works fine for one day and renter calls back and says that the toilet is not working again (something related to the deal ). The plumber had mentioned that if it does not work again, to call back and tell them to deliver a new flapper. So, I tell them and call back the plumber, our toilet just after one day is not working! They tell me it'll cost $225 to return using a flapper. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME????!!!! $225 for a flapper. He explained that the handle on the toilet was so tight that it was getting stuck andn't worked. He fixed the toilet in under a I'm feeling a bit more than annoyed at this particular plumber and wonder if this was somehow a setup...I will never know but what I do know, is that I will not be calling this plumber out again!!!!

Discovered a significant water leak between the primary and the house. I picked Plumbing & Sewer Solutions depending upon the high number of Yelp reviews. Called them and had a plumber (Manny) in my house within 45 minutes!
Manny was very thorough and amazing. Appreciated constant communication and his professionalism throughout the process. Rest assured if Manny comes to a property, your in hands!!! I would suggest Plumbing & Sewer Solutions!

Sergio and another great guy (sorry, I didnt cdr his name) came out to support a pipe that burst under the house. It was a muddy mess and had to dry. They came back that day to do the job although it was late and getting dark so we could get the water back for our loved ones. Enjoy energy and their customer support. They were quick, very responsive, and specialist. We will be keeping their contact information for next time.

I saw the good reviews on here so when I found a leak out of my toilet I gave these guys a call. It was about 4:45 pm today. I told the woman that answered it had been no emergency and I wanted to get on their schedule. She told me that because I called earlier six it was a normal call and she'd have someone out between 5 and. Sergio and Manny came at 5:40, found and fixed the issue in another 45 seconds and refused to write up a bill. I was told by them it had been their most easy task all day and they're happy to have been a help.
